I wish I could give it a higher rating. Service was ok, not the best though considering there wasn't too many people seated. Food was ok but they did give a lot of it was very full by the end of the meal. It was kinda gross I did notice at the end of our meal that my cup of water was super dirty on one side which means I was drinking whatever didn't wash off.

This restaurant has been a favorite of ours for some time. They have a great menu with a variety of quality well prepared Vietnamese dishes with an array of vegetarian options, too. What we did not know until our 50th wedding anniversary which we celebrated there last night,... Pho Vina and staff can throw a great party! We were able to arrange a gathering of nearly 40 family members in a portion of the restaurant which they set up for us. They even provided some decoration and a photographer on their own. We had not requested the level of service they provided nor the bouquet of flowers they gave to my wife. The level of service they provided was above and beyond.

This restaurant was excellent! I loved the pho & appetizer. The chicken fried rice was good too. The service was good & helped our needs like more water/plate/utensil. I recommend to anyone who wants a nice, cozy, and delicious pho place.

Staff are so amazing, kind and attentive. I had the Chicken Pho with extra veggies and it was absolutely delicious. Very comforting. Two others in our party got a beef pho and the only complaint was wishing they had gotten a bigger size for one of them! Shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce was very refreshing. We asked for extra peanut sauce and they were NOT stingy, very generous with the sauce. We also got the crispy egg rolls, yummy. Prefect setting for rainy day, especially with the sweet staff. They made me want to come back and try different dishes.

    HORRIBLY OVERCOOKED WINGS! Like RUBBER!

WARNING my first time at this place was a terrible experience! I ordered the Pho with rare beef and brisket but got just the rare beef one. OK, no big deal, I didn't even mention that he got my order wrong. I also ordered chicken wings as an appetizer and it looked very nice when it came out. But when I bit into it I almost burned my mouth! Had to wait a bit and gingerly take small bites out of the skin which was good enough but really hot. Then after a minute or two ate more of the meat of the wing but it was rubbery and totally overcooked. I tried two more wings to see if they were better? Also terribly overcooked. I've had a lot of chicken wings in my life and these had to be the most overcooked wings I've ever had. Did somebody leave them too long in the deep frier? I told the waiter and he shrugged and said he was sorry and walked away. Interesting...so I turned to my Pho and it was good pho but not great pho. Oh well, was really hoping to like this local place since it had such great reviews? My usual go to is Rose Pho, and their broth and food is MUCH TASTIER! So, at the end of the meal I said, " I hope you're not charging me for these horribly overcooked wings?" To which he replied, "you ate them, of course we charge" I was taken aback. I explained that I had only sampled a couple but each one I tried was horribly overcooked and tasted like rubber. Please try one. He got the owner or manager or somebody from the kitchen to come out and I explained the same thing but they would only give me half off they said because I had nibbled at them. How am I supposed to tell they are not good if I don't try them?? So, they brought me the bill and instead of half off it was a 20% discount. As I was leaving the waiter pointed to a sign at the entrance saying they have the right to refuse service! I told them don't worry, I'll NEVER BE BACK! Absolutely terrible experience. All they had to do was take my word for it and either make me another order or take it off the bill like any DECENT restaurant does. So, WARNING Do not give your business to an establishment that does not treat their customers right! I'm usually a great customer who is nice and tips 25% and above! My interaction with both the waiter and the (owner?) was so heated and awful I left no tip for the first time in my life!

I've been here probably 5-6 times I'm surprised I haven't left a review yet. The food has always been good! The crab rangoons are delicious, but a little more expensive than I think they should be. The pho is fairly standard but nothing wrong with that. The music is always great imo. Their prices have gone up but that's happening everywhere.

I ordered the beef steak Pho again tonight, delivered, and it did not disappoint. Seriously. Their Pho is soooo delicious! And it's packaged for delivery with such care. 10 stars!!

Perfect service and the food choices, quality and quantities is perfect too. Each dish was presented well, fresh ingredients and 3 Bros exceeded my expectations. A highlight was the picked sliced jalapeños that was great as a complement to spice up my meal. An interesting cultural difference here is the informality and efficiency. Service is relaxed, and they don't want to rush you - you can sit as long as you like. Therefore the cultural difference is you pay at the counter when you're ready to leave. It's one of those small cultural differences that feels a bit different at first but quickly becomes normal. This was our first experience here for a lunch and we definitely will be coming back.

I just couldn't nail down a specific palette that it hit...even with salt it wasn't enough to capture an exact flavor, it was ok, like I said, next time I'll pick a protein, lol! I suspect they are a family business with mom as the cook, plus a son and a daughter as servers, which was the case on a quiet Sunday. The son as the server was bubbly and amicable as I asked questions about popular and favorite dishes. The food is excellent and flavorful, with plenty of leftover foods. Parking is readily available along the streets. The Food and Drinks: Beef Loklak Rice Plate, $20 - 5 Stars This is a hardy dish with flavorful pieces of beef, a fried egg, fresh greens, rice, and a bowl of soup. This dish by itself is a substantial meal. With the sides dishes we ordered, half of this went home. Lort Cha or Fried Pin Noodles with prawns, $20 - 4.5 Stars Available protein is seafood or beef. I requested prawns only, which they accommodated. Served with a side of fish sauce in a squeeze bottle, the server said to apply all over the dish. He also said this is his favorite dish. The food has very good wok hei like a Hong Kong noodle dish. I had plenty of noodles left to make a second dinner after adding veggies and protein. Beef Skewers, $18 - 4.5 Stars Five good size skewers with a dallop of pickled veggies. The seasonings are very distinctive. Oddly, the flavor reminds me of some Chinese style beef jerky. In any case, these are smoky, savory, and yummy. Papaya Salad, $16 - 4.5 Stars They use all the real, authentic ingredients here, including bits of tiny baby crabs. Be careful if you have sensitive gums. Sugar Cane Juice, $7 - 3.5 Stars I would think sugar can juice are all quite similar, but they are not. I didn't like theirs as much for some reason. It was a bit murkier. I probably won't order this in the future. Coconut Coffee, $7 - 5 Stars Our server recommended this. Coconut and coffee sound weird together, but this drink is a winner. Very unique, a touch of sweet, potent like a Viet coffee, and very distinctive. Thumbs up. They are probably closer to 4.5 Stars. Rounding up to support a family business.

This spot duck was mostly bone and gristle. There is Chinese cultural value in eating meat with bones, but I don't like bones.
