Food was ok. Noodles was over done and the service was the worse. I asked for regular hot coffee and the server gave me ice Vietnamese coffee. Then I asked for a fork for my dad who is in wheelchair and pointed at the counter and said I can help myself.

Found a fly on my soup. Never going back again to this place.

Found a fly in my soup I had ordered three pho's and asked for a full refund to this the employees refused to. That's the least they could do as the soup is mixed all together. Very disappointed I feel very disgusted. Never ever going back to this place again.

Now I'm staring to question this place. Pho was really oily and on top of that I found hair in my soup. SMH Went to go pay and seen workers eating by food smh

came in this evening got a bubble tea and a side order of white rice came up to like $11 when I looked at the portion of the rice. It was so skimpy. I went to go purchase another up on purchasing this other I look at the menu the price was 299. The total price came to $4.38. I asked the person behind the register you're saying it's $1.30 some cent for tax. something is wrong that's not right. The owner overheard the conversation and said you want to complain. I said no I'm trying to figure out why is it $1.30 for tax somethings wrong that's not correct. He informed me that I was being charged for the container at that point. I was just disgusted asked for a refund and left. Is that what we're coming to now so do we have to pay to use the plates? Pay to drink out the cups pay for the salt and pepper pay for the condiments on the table now it wouldn't not have been so bad. Had I've been informed ahead of time or it was in writing we go out to eat for the experience. That was a bad experience and I'm not a cheap person. A fair exchange is no robbery that was robbery.

    Medium seafood pho

Came into this place cause everywhere else was pretty much closing at the time. It's your typical pho join with a pretty basic menu - no frills save for some items like Bo Kho beef stew. Service was pretty quick, and staff were friendly too. When I got my seafood pho I was a little disappointed that there weren't scallops like the menu said, but the broth had that oh-so-flavorful, beefy umami quality to it (even though it's a seafood pho). I always appreciate a pho joint that can give that savoriness and depth to its broth. A little heavy on the noodles, too, and would have liked to see more onions & garnish. But I'd give it a solid 3-4 stars.

I love pho but the pho at this place lacked in flavor. The broth was bland. However, The summer rolls were pretty good. The service was ok. Asked for sriracha, got cilantro instead. Oh well, can't win them all.

I have a friend who is obsessed with pho. We always go here because the food is great, service is good, they have more than just pho and has boba. The flavor of the short rib is so perfect. Seasoned well, charred well and comes off the bone. The slaw and dressing for the slaw is super yummy and delicious and I could eat a larger amount of this stuff. Honey dew boba is the way to go. You definitely need to check this place out!

Bun with shrimp and grilled pork-- ans I've already been working on this for quite a while. Heaping bowls when brought out!

Chanced upon this place when our favorite Japanese resto in Southcenter had an excruciatingly long wait. Small, quiet, unassuming compared to the pricier options of Miyabi and Bai Tong. Place had a continuous flow of families. Ordered a pho and bun-- both were soooo good! Attentive and quick wait staff, yummy food, generous portions and well priced. Loved this place and will be back!. Thank you! The best bubble tea, too! Ube and mango flavors are the best! And cheap! Full disclosure there was a week interval between text and pictures in this post. In short, we came back to this place thrice in 2 weeks-- ordering pho, bun, bubble tea, banh mi. Consistent quality of food and service so far!

The yellow highlighted portion is the gratuity that my mom was unknowingly charged for.

On a hot, sunny day around 2:50pm on Friday I decided to make the drive here after suddenly…read moreremembering one of my foodie friends had this place several times during other weekends. I actually had to park behind the building then look at other Yelp reviews to find out that there is parking on gravel near their dumpsters closest to LaShaun Daye Hair. Though I don't know if the parking lot where this building and E Marginal Way meet can also be used...street parking in this area was scarce, contrary to most Yelp reviews I've read. Anyway, I came to an empty but very chill interior with several tables and window seating, along with some semi-quiet VPop playing near the front counter to the right-hand side of the entrance. There's a small flower display along with the cafe logo a little to the back which is perfect to take photo ops with your drink and food like I did. The menu is above the front counter and - as their logo says - they specialize in banh mi and coffee, though they have some matcha and soup options among others. Staff at the front were very quick at making my coffee as I was the only one inside. I got their 16oz egg coffee, which is one of their best sellers according to the asterisk on their menu next to the name of the drink. Very strong phin-dripped Vietnamese coffee along with condensed milk and an egg foam that gave a sweet, creamy taste to the already bitter coffee at the bottom. Drinking the egg foam first, it's a nice, thick custard-like format that the coffee does not overtake, which is good since other places I've had don't have that kind of balance. My next trip back here will have to be for another one of their coffee drinks and their banh mi sandwiches as well. I can already hear my friend telling me to get one right now as I'm writing this up!

I've been wanting to try this place since I first heard of it…read more GETTING THERE: It seems tucked away in Tukwila, but it's actually extremely easy to get to and not to far off the exit from Hwy 599 coming from South Center. It's maybe about 2-3 min off the Interurban Ave exit. After a couple left turns, it's right on the corner of a 4-way stop. You can't miss it. PARKING: The place isn't very big but there is plenty of street parking available. There's also a small lot by the convenience store nearby. AMBIANCE: It's a very small place with Vietnamese decor and an aquarium. It was giving vibes of the sunroom at my aunt's house Vietnamese music playing in the background haha. There are limited seats if you choose to sit and enjoy your coffee. They have a couple tables on the side, or you can sit on the stools along the window. I think the place felt a little empty. It could use a couple more tables and chairs along the window instead of the stools. This layout kind of felt like a Baskin Robbins or a small local ice cream shop. SERVICE: I didn't see anyone at first when I walked in, but there was someone to ready to take my order by the time I got to the counter. She took my order then I took a seat at the table until she called me to grab me from my order. Not much else for service. FOOD: I mainly went here for the coffee, but I figured I should try the sandwich while I was there. I ordered the bánh mì đặc biệt (house special sandwich) and the cà phê trứng (egg coffee). The sandwich to me was alright at best. The flavors were unbalanced. I mostly tasted the chả over the other cuts and the meat was pretty cold. I get that it's called a "cold cut" for a reason, but it was really cold and kind of threw off the sandwich. The bread would've been better toasted, or at least have the option to toast it. The one thing I enjoyed was the amount of pate used. The coffee on the other hand was decent. I've been in search of more places that serve egg coffee and I usually get it every chance I get. I found it a bit weird that it comes iced. I usually get an option to choose if I want it hot or cold. It didn't specify on the menu and I was never asked. So I just assumed it was not iced because the only thing that was iced was the cà phê sữa đá. Well I was wrong... The egg part was super thick, fluffy, and creamy. It was the right amount of sweetness and saltiness too. Honestly it might be the best egg cream I've had on a coffee, but it would have been much better if the coffee was warm. I just think egg coffee should be served hot. It's a personal preference. The ice keeps the egg cream on top and I can't really mix the whole thing evenly. I would've enjoyed it more if every sip was a even mixture of egg cream and coffee. OVERALL: At the end of the day, I enjoyed this place. There are a couple small improvements that would've changed my experience. I did enjoy the coffee and that's what I originally came for. The sandwich honestly wasn't bad, but I think I would try the thịt nướng next time. Some places just do one or the other better. I think it's harder the get the cold cut sandwich right vs the grilled pork. Overall it's a nice little meet up spot and I would come back again just for the egg coffee.

To make matters worse, the guy serving us really wasn't very friendly, which only added to the subpar experience. The restaurant itself felt pretty clean which was definitely a plus and definitely appreciated. To be fair, when the employee did speak, she seemed like a nice person but there was no customer service attached to my experience. I paid, started to leave, and even waited to see if someone would say "have a nice day" or anything...........nothing. I don't like being overly tough on fast food places, but people work extremely hard nowadays to earn money and the bare minimum any business can offer is a simple smile and basic customer service. It's not about big business vs. small business it's about kindness and showing appreciation that each customer feels valued and appreciated. The food was outstanding, and our waitress provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. She was friendly, attentive, and handled a difficult situation with professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by how the manager on duty, Sam, handled an accident. While helping our waitress deliver our food, he accidentally dropped a container of ketchup that exploded all over the side of my body, covering my arm and my white button up shirt. Accidents happen, and I truly was not upset about the accident itself. What disappointed me was the way it was handled afterward. Immediately after the incident, Sam insisted that a rag with sanitizer and water would remove the ketchup from my white shirt. He then disappeared and never checked back with us until we were preparing to leave. At that point, he handed me the general manager's business card and said I should contact them to have my shirt laundered. After we explained that we were from out of town, he continued to insist that laundering was all they could offer. My wife politely explained that would not be practical and that the situation needed to be addressed while we were there. Rather than working with us, Sam simply walked away. Our waitress had no idea what was happening and was left trying to manage the situation herself. After some time, Sam walked past our table to tell our waitress, who was helping another table, that my meal had been comped because of the incident. He never came back to our table, never looked our way, never apologized directly, and never acknowledged our appreciation for comping the meal. It felt like he wanted to avoid the conversation altogether. Our waitress mentioned that the owner truly values customer feedback and takes reviews seriously. If the owner reads this, I want to be clear. Your restaurant is excellent. The food was fantastic, and your serving staff represented your business very well. However, Sam's handling of a simple customer service issue fell far below what I would expect from someone in a management role. Accidents are understandable. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and avoiding customers are not. Based solely on our interaction with Sam, I believe he is doing more harm than good for an otherwise outstanding restaurant.

The restaurant is located in a small plaza. Parking lot is small and we were able to park easily. Upon entry, we were greeted and were seated right away. We had a window view which was nice. We enjoyed basking under the sun LOL! For starters, we ordered two coffee, cream and sugar while we browsed the menu. The restaurant was pretty spacious and clean. Not well lit or bright. It appeared that one section (rear) was kind of dark. It was a little odd. After we placed our order. It took approximately 45-50 minutes to receive our food. It was quite long. Sadly, our waitress didn't check in to refill our coffee. My daughter ordered the waffle combo with two sunny side eggs, hash browns and two sausage links $20.99. She enjoyed her food. I had a chance to try her Belgium waffle. It was light, airy and good. For my meal, I ordered the Avocado Florentine with carne asada (up charge $5.99) Total $25.99. It looked really delicious however, it was not. Unfortunately, it was bland. No seasoned and no flavor. I added salt and it still did not taste good. It didn't help. I had only three spoons and stopped eating. This has never happened. I had packed up my leftovers for my husband have at it. When my husband tried it, he stated it was bland. I rarely give bad reviews and rarely have bad tasting breakfast. This one hit that for me. =(

Family owned spot close to our hotel. Pricey! Typical breakfast fare for $20 a dish. Nah…read more.... Food was decent. Coffee was decent. Server was nice. Place was clean. There is a bar inside. I didn't even dare to look at drink prices.
