Affordable and honest! I had a nail in one of my tires. They quoted $20 for the patch but after testing the tire with high pressure and sinking it underwater, they found that the nail went through so there was no damage to the tire nor need for the patch. I ended up paying around $10 for the inspection and test. Everything took around 45 min. read more

To make a long story short. If you take your car here plan to leave it over night. At 6pm they decided to freestyle and not work on your car. I was lied to about a lot of services that was done on my car. I checked and verified . My mileage was the same and my tires had no air. I had to call the police . They wanted me to leave my car again for the second night but after having my car for 5 hours couldn't tell me what's wrong with my car. My tires continue to go flat and I have to pay for air. He told me the scanner said my back tires reads an issue but he only took the from driver tire off. They want me to bring my car back again and wait , they can't give me priority. I originally started coming here for oil changes. No complaints. Then one weekend I noticed that my truck started overheating. A friend had just installed a new radiator, so I thought it was going to be some expensive fix. Brought my truck in on a Sunday. The gentleman at the counter asked if my 'check engine' light was on. It was, but I already knew it was a cylinder misfiring. He seemed to insinuate that I didn't know what it was and that they would check it because it could be something else. Hmmm. Okay. When he came back to give me the diagnosis, it was because my friend didn't bleed the radiator when he replaced it. Less than $30 to fix. Plus, he said that it was a cylinder misfiring (like I said), and I would need a tune up... and brakes. All confirmed to be true from my other mechanic. So yeah, even though I wasn't crazy about the guy questioning my 'check engine' light skills, they were honest with me about future repairs needed. read more

Sold me the most expensive used tire i ever bought, took them over 3 hours to fix. Then never called me to tell me my car was ready. Not even 24 hours later and my tire was flat. When i went back to get it replaced they treated me horrible and told me "atleast theyre fixing it before closing because any other shop would put air in the tire and send me on my way" they were trying to justify the fact that they sold me a faulty tire. read more

Beware!! Cuidado! The sales associates are VERY disorganized. They are your typical fast talking, dishonest and unprofessional sales guys. What's worse is that they refuse to take ownership of their mistakes when they're wrong. I decided that I couldn't trust them with my business and left. Immediately, i called a friend who knows Miami better than me. He referred me to a different shop and the experience was 10,000 times better and CHEAPER. Horrible horrible horrible!! Took my car in for an oil change and to assess the break pads- one hour after the car had been serviced it has a bunch of alarms indicating the traction system is turned off and the wheel is not aligned. I take it back to the vendor and the manager Mike tells me he is not responsible!! I never had these indicators on my car ever!! He told me to take him to court and get it fixed at the dealer- BEWARE of this place!!! You will end up costing yourself a lot more if you do anything here! read more

Stay away. Starting from customer service.. They treat you like if they are doing you a favor. I went there 3 different times and never again. They changed my mother's oil. When she got home the oil was leaking all over. She went back and told them what was happening. They said that the car does have a problem with leaking and it's written on the receipt but never told her anything. They just wrote it on the receipt.. Which is not there anyway. read more

Ok so I have to get an oil change for my wife's car before she goes to work at 12. I wake up at 6:50 to be there by 7am. Thinking they'd open at 7 like most other shops. Get there and find out they don't open until 7:30am, ok I wait in he car until 7:30. Go try to get in, still closed. Wait by the door about 5 more minutes, a dark complexion gentleman gets there sees me, doesn't even say good morning and while he opens the doors he asks "what do you need" I replied Good Morning!, just need an oil change. He doesn't even reply! We get in the place and as soon as I walk in behind him he says "you gonna have to give me a couple minutes". I said ok. This is ALREADY a bad start for a person who had never been to this business trying to get a service done. I wait about 10 minutes, approached the desk without him even calling me over and then says "ok what car you have" I tell him all the info, he says it's not going to be $19.99 because it's a newer car it takes different filter so it'll be $31.99. I say ok no problem just need to get it done. Takes the keys and tells me to wait sitting down. I go outside since I always like to see what's been done to my vehicle. Technician tells me shortly after I cannot be in the work area, perfectly understandable. I go to the outside area, Wait. Technician seems pretty nice, does his job. I go inside try to pay early so that I can leave as soon as it's ready, no time to waste wifey needs to take her car to work. Go in and tell "Mike" (the same and only guy there) I wanted to pay so I could expedite the process. He goes "No, you can't pay you have to wait until I get invoice" I explained why I wanted this done. He replies raising his voice at me "Sir, you have to wait until I get invoice and car it's outside" almost yelling. Let me make something clear This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, you DO NOT treat customers disrespectfully. If you have to explain something you do it in a polite and respectful manner. I felt so frustrated but figured it wasn't worth getting in an argument so I waited until tech came in dropped off the paperwork and keys (Again tech was nice and polite). I paid and got my keys back. I asked this "gentleman" who was the manager in the shop and he said it was himself. He said his name was "Mike". Well I hope Mike knows they lost a potential recurring loyal customer and hopefully many others reading this. I dropped my car off at 7:30am for to tires replacement, no call from employees on the status of my car, i returned at 3:30pm car still in the same space i parked it, employee mike stated tires just arrived, started installing the tires notice mike order the wrong size, i left there with to flat tires.. very sad business and customer service. read more

The only reason I got the oil change because it was Sunday and I finally found the time and the place to take it. Because when I first drove up to Phoenix I was met by Tony who had a terrible attitude. I said "I need an oil change where can I park the car?", his response "Park in the middle of the road for all I care, what kind of question is that?". THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! I told the staff I was in a rush and had a 12 hour drive in 5 hours, they assured me I would be out in no time. 3 hours later after asking 3 times if they balanced the tires I'm driving down the highway and my truck is shaking. I had to drive all the way back just for them to tell me that the tire the sold me is faulty. I asked why they didn't notice that when they initially put them on since they "claimed" to have balanced them. They gave me some BS excuse. Now my 4 year old son and I have to wait an additional hour and a half just to get the old tires put back on. 4 1/2 hours of my life I will never get back. The mechanics clearly don't care about the customer as I see them taking there sweet time and talking on there cell phones, laughing at my situation. Most unprofessional tire place I've ever been, now I have no time to get my vehicle ready for our family trip. To top it all off they charged me for balancing the original tires they had to take off that had no issues to start out with besides being bald. Thanks for nothing! read more
