Now I parted ways with itrade and upon my exit I had hundreds of dollars in trade credit. I asked that they give me comedy club gift cards. Speaking to the rep he said he would priority mail them to me. Well upon receiving the "mail" the itrade "priority mail" was wrapped in a US post envelop (picture is in review). The mail WAS NOT sent priority and someone had clearly ripped it open and gotten my gift certificates. When I called itrade (as this was their fault as it was not delivered and not priority mail as promised) they said I would have to take it up with the post office. This company doesn't give a f--k that they just handed over hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money and it was their fault. Had it been sent as priority it would have been in a larger envelope and the gift certificates would not have been stolen as they would have been seen so easily. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY ARE MAKING MONEY OFF YOUR MONEY. MY TREATMENT BY ITRADE IS ATROCIOUS. YYOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
