I've been consistently coming here for my manis & pedis, since I moved to the area last year! Everyone here is friendly, space is clean, and I always leave happy with how my nails turn out. The last few months I've been trialing gel bridal nails. Tina was super helpful and gave me great advice for a French tip look. I'm a natural nail girly, but wanted to try something fun this time. Pictured is a soft white French with Put It in Neutral and added chrome! It's beauttt, thank you Tina!!

Today my mom and I went to Phoenix' Grace Nails Spa and it was amazing! Such friendly atmosphere and nail techs which made it welcoming. Updated review: They reached out to me almost immediately after my post and informed me of their 7 day policy to fix nails however since it broke in an unusual way offered to fix it for free and was able to fix it in less than 24 hours. Was very kind when reaching out to me as well as fixing it. Appreciate their kindness and promptness to make things right with their clients! Original review: My nails from here have lasted 3-4 weeks in the past. This time it only lasted 10 days before the first one broke. 2 days later another one broke - have hard gel and the color popped off

Went in for a fill and they just came out awful. I definitely won't be back. I asked for short almond, i got extra short and crooked. And the more she tried to fix them the shorter they became. I also asked for a small design and the poor girl didn't know how to do the stars so I just said let just gloss them and call it a day. She already had burned me with the drill didn't think it could get any worse til we finished.

Once again, I had an amazing experience during my recent visit for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. I've had some trauma from getting acrylics and gel manicures before, which left my nails brittle, and I haven't gotten them done in over 3 years. But Chloe did a good job with my manicure that completely put my worries at ease. - Chloe listened to my concerns and showed great patience, making my nails look both natural and beautiful. - Tammy is always fantastic and has great attention to details! They both listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve the results I wanted. Update: I initially posted the review below which I will leave unedited as I feel it is an accurate account of my experience. I am raising my review from 2 to 4 stars as the owner immediately called me to apologize for the negative experience and nail damage. That carries a lot of weight with me. He sent me a gift card for a manicure as well. I appreciated his caring response. Original review: The technician who did my pedicure was lovely and did an excellent job which is why I am not rating one star. I came in as a walk in on a busy day. I let them know I appreciated them taking me last minute...but after my experience I would have preferred to have tried somewhere else instead. Tammy did my manicure and scolded me twice for not making an appointment, made my cuticle bleed then told me twice I have such dry skin (I don't have dry skin...she just cut me). She seemed annoyed that I didn't want gel. My nails are really healthy and I prefer to leave them bare most of the time. The worst part is whatever she did to buff my nails left deep scratches and ruined them. I have never had this experience before with a regular manicure. See photos. I realize this could have been an off day but it's not ok to treat your customers like an inconvenience, nor should she have damaged my nails.

Wow I didn't know I was getting cheated until I came here! Hands down the best service I have gotten in over a decade the way Lee Lee took my gel x off was a breeze and Tammy did the best pedicure of my life even with a stone massage and stones under feet when I was getting nail polish. All the ladies @ Phoenix Grace are friendly & efficient! While I'm new to this nail salon, Michelle has been doing my nails for years! She's awesome at what she does and always gets my preferred nail shape right no matter what length. She really cares about nail health and is a miracle worker when it comes to pedicures! I came here for the first time and had a dip powder manicure done by Salina. She was quick, friendly and her work turned out beautifully. I wanted something subtle and neutral and love the way the manicure turned out. The salon itself was very bright and clean - Salina even gave me the nail files she used on me to keep for free. The online booking tool through Yelp made making an appointment very easy and I will definitely come back to see Salina in the future. read more

The last few years, I have suffered with very brittle nails. They would constantly chip and wouldn't grow. I tried gel and dip and both made my nails even weaker. I pretty much gave up, but then I saw my friend's nails. They looked amazing. She sent me Tiffany's info at Phoenix Grace Nails Spa. She is a nail master and has completely transformed my nails. I get the hard gel manicure and she does a phenomenal job. They don't chip and they always look great. I haven't gone anywhere else since. Annie is the sweetest and gives the best pedicures. Omg her foot massage is on point. Also, she does an incredible neck massage. I highly recommend them both. Thankful for them. read more

I've been to almost every nail salon in Costa Mesa. This is the best. I have always had a great experience here. I love the deluxe pedicure; flowers in the water, leg mask, scrub, paraffin, callus remover, massage, and hot stones. Amazing! Prices are great. Today Vickie did my pedicure and she was so sweet. This is my go-to nail salon. I usually come at least once a month (pre-covid). I came by today for a much needed pedicure since they re-opened. I always ask for Vickie. She always does an amazing job and makes me laugh. They've been taking all the necessary precautions. They have plastic guards between you and your nail technician, everyone is properly distanced (masks are required), and they sanitize each station between clients. It's very clean. The massage chairs are amazing too. read more

I was visiting from out of town - vacationing with family at Disneyland. Thanks fo the yelp reviews I found this place. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they did an awesome job! I can't say I have had a better manicure or pedicure anywhere, so I'm glad I came here! They were very nice, very detailed, and precise with both manicure and pedicure. They did both at the same time so I can in and out fast. They have matching gel and regular polish colors which is great. They cared about the details and even painted a little Mickey Mouse on my nail for me from a picture I brought in. Thank you guys! Incredibly nice and detail-oriented technicians! I had a color change on my acrylics that were done elsewhere. They were uneven and not quite the color I had wanted. Nicole did such a perfect job repainting and reshaping them! There was also no wait and everyone who greeted me was very friendly. And they had so many "trending" colors I haven't really seen at other salons. Highly recommend! Ask for Nicole for acrylics. :) read more

This was the BEST nail salon I've EVER been to. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and both lasted, in pristine condition, for over a month. I was shocked and delighted! I visited Newport Beach for work and took a wonderful break at Phoenix' expecting regular service but receiving a truly above and beyond experience. Established in 2016.

We have been working in the nails salon business for more than 10 years. We've seen them all, both the pretty in the fronts and the ugly behind the closed doors. We want to change all that bad reputation of nails salon. We want to prove that no one should sacrifice their health for their beauty or vice versa. Thus the Phoenix' Grace Nails Spa was opened on Nov 21, 2016 and welcome all for a best experience.

Dipping Extension is $45. There is an additional charge for nail arts depend on the design. You can show the nail technician the designs, they will let you know if how much it will be before you decide to di it or not

Even though it was incredibly last-minute, I tried to be understanding and rearranged my schedule. I drove around and came back at 2:00, only to be told again that she was still running late and asked if I could wait until 2:15. I said okay, giving them yet another chance. Then at 2:15, Katie came back and casually told me the tech was actually running another 30 minutes late. At that point, I was beyond disappointed. This wasn't just bad scheduling -- it was complete disregard for my time and incredibly inconsiderate. I had already gone out of my way twice to accommodate them, and on top of that, I had to arrange for someone else to pick up my children because I had planned my day around this appointment. To keep getting pushed back over and over with no honesty, real apology, or accountability was beyond frustrating. What upset me most was how casually this was handled, as if my time meant absolutely nothing. If you're going to run that far behind, be upfront and honest instead of repeatedly stringing clients along and disrupting their entire day. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and honestly shocked by how unprofessional the entire situation was. I would never come back after being treated like this, and I would caution anyone considering booking here to think twice if they value their time.

No problem right, I go to the Costa Mesa location on 5/9/26 and tell them what happened. After talking to the manager, we agreed on: they would fix my right hand and I would pay $30 for a polish change. The nails that I got were WORSE than what I came in with (I came in with a French and left with a solid nude color). The nails are lumpy, bumpy, thick, the nail tech apparently decided to snip off half the pinky nail???? So now I have half a pinky. Honestly I hate these nails so much, I have had to come home and re file alll my nails myself. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I'm extremely dissatisfied and just frankly disappointed. I would like a resolution to this (withouttttt attitude or aggression from the manager this time) because now I have paid $130 in total for a nail set that is less than one week old and it looks terrible.

I'm extremely upset that I paid $165 for my toes and nails with tip included to get nails and service of this quality. Had it been regular gel nails, maybe I wouldn't be as upset but it's due to the fact that I PAID EXTRA FOR THE GEL BUILDER TO LAST 3 WEEKS.

I really do not have any negative comments about this amazing salon. From the time I walked in I knew I was going to get my money's worth for services that I received. I saw Salina for a pedicure and she was absolutely amazing. I came in on my lunch break and she ensured that I was out in time to get back to the office. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time, always saying, 'let me know if I can get you anything'. Her perfectionism and great work went hand in hand with her efficiency. The salon is so clean & organized- they use new, sterilized instruments for every customer. $22 for a basic pedicure but worth every penny. I will absolutely be returning! read more

MOST SANITARY, ETHICAL, and MODERN nail salon in the area!!! Anh and Tiffany took me around and showed me how they sterilize the tools with expensive medical grade equipment. The plumbing and chairs are state of the art! The plumbing is all brand new and treated like a hospitals do it. All their products are organic and do not re-use any of the files or Emory boards; those go home with you. I have plenty of friends that will not go to a nail salon because of the horrifying fungus and viruses (that many have had already). I will not go to any salon but this one. I came here to fix a bad gel manicure I got at a different salon. They took me as a walk-in right away and Miley did an AMAZING job - I have never loved my nails more! She suggested dip instead of gel because my nails were so weak. I've never done dip before and I tried a shape I've never tried and Miley's attention to detail made the whole thing so easy and comfortable, they are PERFECT. I've been coming here for a little over two years now and won't go anywhere else even though it's a bit out of my way. Tiffany is amazing with gel overlay manicures. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to my nails and she does such a good job at making sure all of my nails are the same shape and length and painted to perfection!
