I've been consistently coming here for my manis & pedis, since I moved to the area last year! Everyone here is friendly, space is clean, and I always leave happy with how my nails turn out. The last few months I've been trialing gel bridal nails. Tina was super helpful and gave me great advice for a French tip look. I'm a natural nail girly, but wanted to try something fun this time. Pictured is a soft white French with Put It in Neutral and added chrome! It's beauttt, thank you Tina!!

Today my mom and I went to Phoenix' Grace Nails Spa and it was amazing! Such friendly atmosphere and nail techs which made it welcoming. I got an acrylic nail set with Tina and she was really amazingg; I can tell she takes pride in her art and is a perfectionist! I am super happy with my nails and will definitely come back!!

I have been there twice now and both times I left there satisfied. Especially since i choose very time consuming nail arts. The place is always clean and calm.

Updated review: They reached out to me almost immediately after my post and informed me of their 7 day policy to fix nails however since it broke in an unusual way offered to fix it for free and was able to fix it in less than 24 hours. Was very kind when reaching out to me as well as fixing it. Appreciate their kindness and promptness to make things right with their clients! Original review: My nails from here have lasted 3-4 weeks in the past. This time it only lasted 10 days before the first one broke. 2 days later another one broke - have hard gel and the color popped off

Went in for a fill and they just came out awful. I definitely won't be back. I asked for short almond, i got extra short and crooked. And the more she tried to fix them the shorter they became. I also asked for a small design and the poor girl didn't know how to do the stars so I just said let just gloss them and call it a day. She already had burned me with the drill didn't think it could get any worse til we finished.

Once again, I had an amazing experience during my recent visit for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. I've had some trauma from getting acrylics and gel manicures before, which left my nails brittle, and I haven't gotten them done in over 3 years. But Chloe did a good job with my manicure that completely put my worries at ease. - Chloe listened to my concerns and showed great patience, making my nails look both natural and beautiful. - Tammy is always fantastic and has great attention to details! They both listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve the results I wanted. Update: I initially posted the review below which I will leave unedited as I feel it is an accurate account of my experience. I am raising my review from 2 to 4 stars as the owner immediately called me to apologize for the negative experience and nail damage. That carries a lot of weight with me. He sent me a gift card for a manicure as well. I appreciated his caring response. Original review: The technician who did my pedicure was lovely and did an excellent job which is why I am not rating one star. I came in as a walk in on a busy day. I let them know I appreciated them taking me last minute...but after my experience I would have preferred to have tried somewhere else instead. Tammy did my manicure and scolded me twice for not making an appointment, made my cuticle bleed then told me twice I have such dry skin (I don't have dry skin...she just cut me). She seemed annoyed that I didn't want gel. My nails are really healthy and I prefer to leave them bare most of the time. The worst part is whatever she did to buff my nails left deep scratches and ruined them. I have never had this experience before with a regular manicure. See photos. I realize this could have been an off day but it's not ok to treat your customers like an inconvenience, nor should she have damaged my nails.

Wow I didn't know I was getting cheated until I came here! Hands down the best service I have gotten in over a decade the way Lee Lee took my gel x off was a breeze and Tammy did the best pedicure of my life even with a stone massage and stones under feet when I was getting nail polish. Miley is the best nail technician I have ever had! I made an appointment for a gel manicure this morning and had the pleasure of getting Miley as my nail tech. It was only her third day at this nail spa but she said she had been doing nails for over 7 years. She was detailed, friendly, and professional. I have never had a better nail experience! I have been going to Phoenix' Grace Nails spa for the last 4 years and always have the best experience! The salon is always clean and well kept and the staff is always very friendly to me. Tasha is my go-to girl for my gel nails and she always knocks it out of the park but this time was absolutely amazing so that's why I'm finally posting a review! I wanted to get my nails done for a vacation on a Disney cruise and something that would go well with my many different outfits for the whole trip and Tasha blew me away with these chrome nails! These are some of my favorite design I have ever gotten because it went with all of my outfits, was subtle but also elegant and had that little touch of sparkle and Disney Magic. read more

Go here. Love all the ladies - they're hardworking and sweethearts, even to the most difficult clients. I speak Vietnamese and can vouch I have never heard them gossiping or talking crap about customers. I have been going here for years because it's the only place that 1) doesn't sound loud and gossipy, it's actually a very relaxing atmosphere and 2) all the techs have taken their time and mindful when I tell them I have thin skin on my hand due to eczema and bleed easily. They do good work here. Do you sometimes have a blemish or small mistake? Sure, no salon is perfect and sometimes a polish is difficult to work with. But they 100% want to make sure you are satisfied and not kept waiting too long. I am sooo in love with this new mani I tried. Tip extensions with gel and a special design. read more

I have been to this salon once before and had a good experience. This week the staff was fairly rude and unwelcoming. My whole experience was entirely rushed by the nail techs (she even made a comment that is was slow that day) and the woman who did my pedicure dropped something on the ground just to pick it up and continue to use it. Not okay. I live nearby so I was hoping to have a place to continue to go to but will not be returning. read more

My first time at this salon and it ended up being a disaster. I got a deluxe gel pedicure and my toenail was cut so improperly that it became ingrown within a week. I have no history of ingrown toenails. Long story short, I had to have half of my toenail removed by a doctor. It became infected and, overall, it was a very painful experience. My sister also had a similar experience with this salon but made it out less extreme than me. Also, I rarely ever review anything on Yelp but felt the need to share my experience. read more

Wonderful pedicure! I came here on a whim and was very pleased. I got the Deluxe Pedicure and it was worth it. Kate did an excellent job! :) I made an appointment, of course, and they were so on top of it, calling me about 1 1/2 hours early to let me know they were running behind and asked of I could come just a bit later. With a nail salon on every corner, it can be overwhelming to choose where to go. I have tried quite a few all around Orange County but Phoenix Grace is where I chose to become a regular. The salon is clean, the staff and even the clientele are friendly. When you get a massage with your mani or pedi, you actually get a massage instead of just lightly rubbing your legs or arms. I was introduced to gel build ups and this is what I regularly get now. I love that my nails never break but I still have feeling in them (unlike when you have acrylics). I always ask for Tasha for my gel build up and color because she does a phenomenal job. That being said, everybody seems to do a great job there. I don't think you can go wrong. The prices are consistent and they won't aggressively try to up sell you. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a new salon. read more

I have never been one to give myself a pamper or treat myself to a self care, but my coworkers wanted to bond and get to know each other! One of the girls have actually been coming here for a while and recommended this place. When we got there the workers immediately welcomed us with a warm smile. They had to tell us there was a short wait considering we were just a walk in. I believe we only waited about 10-15 minutes? We finally sat down to get our pedicures and the workers were so friendly and accommodating with whatever we wanted, they gave us the book to choose our colors, and let us talk and be ourselves. They were also engaged in our conversations and got to know us as well. Their prices are decent for what it is! As we only got basic pedicures. We continuously went once every month and the same workers always remembered the three of us and as they continue to do so, we always felt so welcomed and wanted in this atmosphere. I highly recommend coming here to get anything simple and you will leave with what you desired! read more

Nicole did my hands and Natalie did my toes and they both were amazing! So impressed with their attention to detail. Nicole even carefully did a nail art pattern I showed her on my phone. AMAZING nail salon - I drive 30 minutes just to come HERE! Everyone is SO accommodating and friendly (esp. Judy!), stations and tools are clean and sanitized, and all staff wear masks. Even when I walk in without an appointment, I've never been disappointed with a pedicure or mani. But if you're looking for great nail designs, you must book an appointment with Tiffany! Came here as a walk-in for gel mani fill/regular pedi. Seated right away! I was kind of blown away by the service provided and the meticulous work both techs put in. Tina did an amazing job on my nails and she really took her time to make sure the shape was perfect. She would ask me if the shape was okay and if I like it and check in from time to time whether or not she was hurting me with the buffing drill machine. I love her work! I didn't get the name of the lady who did my toes but I was so surprised at the service she gave me for a regular classic pedicure! Way more detailed work than other salons at similar price points. I am so happy with my nails! I have been coming to Phoenix Grace Nails for a long time. The shop is very clean, they have good practices concerning masks, distancing and cleaning. Salina has been doing my nails for over 3 years. Her experience and attention to detail is what keeps me coming back. The gels work well for me and they look great!! First experience was good. My most recent visit was not. Just spent $120 on a gel mani/pedi. The pedicure was good but my manicure was not. The technician didn't ask me what shape nail I wanted and gave me square, I usually do my nails rounded. My gel manicure began peeling after 4 days. Today is the 6th day and two of the nails were peeling so bad I just decided to remove the gel from all my fingers. This was the worst gel manicure I've ever had. The manicure technician seemed to be rushing the whole time. Feels like I wasted my money on a manicure that damaged my nails and couldn't even last a week. Won't be going back ever again. read more

I meant to do this the last time I was here but now I have to make sure to give this place 5 stars! I've been coming here for about a year and I've always been very happy with my services, but these last two times they have been exceptional. I've been having a rough go with my nails since I returned to work. I bartend, so my hands are constantly in water. My nails kept breaking; gel nail, dipped nails, you name it. Tasha suggested I try a gel builder. This worked like magic. Tasha is fantastic. She meticulous about her work and is a great conversationalist. I love how she really takes care of me. I have never been the one to make an appointment but after last time, I needed to make sure she did my nails again. She did not disappoint! She made my worker hands look fabulous! I visited Phoenix'Grace Nail Salon yesterday for the first time. Mani-Pedi with regular polish. Chloe and Tracey did an amazing job! Very friendly too! This place is clean and the prices are fair. Call for an appointment as this place gets very busy. Tips are in cash, so be sure to bring some. They do have an ATM for convenience for $1.00 transaction fee. Salina saved the day!! I absolutely love my perfectly dipped nails. It's been years since I had my nails done. At first, I hesitated to get them done just to keep my nails healthy and strong. But I caved in and allowed another technician give me a dip manicure 11 days ago but had to travel for work and couldn't get in sooner to have them fixed. I called them the day I left and told them I was not happy with my nails as there were too many imperfections but couldn't come back until I returned. Today, I returned for my appointment but didn't have enough time to "fix" the imperfections. Salina overheard my challenges, stepped in and expediently made me one HAPPY customer. Updated review: Went today and got dipping powder with extensions with Mai! Mai was super friendly and did a really good job! Some of my nails had previously broken and were uneven so Mai added the tips for me and made them look super natural, but still even. I've been to this salon a few times now and I absolutely love it here! I get my nails dipped and Salina and Kelly always do a great job! It always comes out very clean and they will fix anything that you ask! Now for the reason I truly give this place 5 starts is for what they did for my toes. Normally I would never post a picture of my feet, but Salina did such a good job fixing my big toe nail. Prior to coming in my toenail had gotten bruised and fell off so I basically had no toenail... Established in 2016.

We have been working in the nails salon business for more than 10 years. We've seen them all, both the pretty in the fronts and the ugly behind the closed doors. We want to change all that bad reputation of nails salon. We want to prove that no one should sacrifice their health for their beauty or vice versa. Thus the Phoenix' Grace Nails Spa was opened on Nov 21, 2016 and welcome all for a best experience.

The salon is decorated so beautifully with flower walls and a whimsical swing that provided perfect photo ops for the girls that they enjoyed for hours! The ladies that were working there were delightful! They were warm and welcoming from the minute we walked in the door (which was especially kind because we arrived a few minutes late). They had everything ready for us so we got started right away when we arrived. We knew that the girls would want to jazz up their polish with some cute little nail art designs, and the ladies were wonderful about accommodating all their special requests. The products they use at the salon are non-toxic so I was excited about that, knowing that I was taking my daughter and her friends. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was - we honestly had the best time and I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a fun way to enjoy a little pampering, especially with a group of tweens. Had it been regular gel nails, maybe I wouldn't be as upset but it's due to the fact that I PAID EXTRA FOR THE GEL BUILDER TO LAST 3 WEEKS.

I really do not have any negative comments about this amazing salon. From the time I walked in I knew I was going to get my money's worth for services that I received. I saw Salina for a pedicure and she was absolutely amazing. I came in on my lunch break and she ensured that I was out in time to get back to the office. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time, always saying, 'let me know if I can get you anything'. Her perfectionism and great work went hand in hand with her efficiency. The salon is so clean & organized- they use new, sterilized instruments for every customer. $22 for a basic pedicure but worth every penny. I will absolutely be returning! read more

MOST SANITARY, ETHICAL, and MODERN nail salon in the area!!! Anh and Tiffany took me around and showed me how they sterilize the tools with expensive medical grade equipment. The plumbing and chairs are state of the art! The plumbing is all brand new and treated like a hospitals do it. All their products are organic and do not re-use any of the files or Emory boards; those go home with you. I have plenty of friends that will not go to a nail salon because of the horrifying fungus and viruses (that many have had already). I will not go to any salon but this one. I came here to fix a bad gel manicure I got at a different salon. They took me as a walk-in right away and Miley did an AMAZING job - I have never loved my nails more! She suggested dip instead of gel because my nails were so weak. I've been coming here for a little over two years now and won't go anywhere else even though it's a bit out of my way. Tiffany is amazing with gel overlay manicures. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to my nails and she does such a good job at making sure all of my nails are the same shape and length and painted to perfection!
