Cleanliness is number one my list when looking for a nail spa. I generally only get regular manicure and pedicures so I cannot speak for gels and full sets. However if you are like me, this place is very clean. New tools are opened in front of you. Everything is explained. The basic pedicure service was great and including a 5 min massage and hot stone which felt amazing. Very happy with the store, service, my nails and professionalism of staff. cool place. i like how the workers wear nametags so you actually know their name. free fast wifi. i repeat free fast wifi. awesome chairs i never wanna leave. i got the deluxe pedicure which is amazing. although it said there was supposed to be lemon slices in the water which werent. i love the different scrubs they used. super small place which its fine whatever. no decoration or fancyness which is ok. ill be back but im not in costa mesa too often. read more

I have been going to Salina for a over a year now and she has never disappointed me. I always book my appointment online through yelp which makes it so much easier for me and the staff. Every time I walk in then for my appointment, my chair is ready with hot water for my feet and my beverage of choice (hot tea) always waiting for me. The nail techs were not friendly and one cut my finger nail cuticle! I got a gel for my hands and they didn't have the matching regular polish for my pedicure. I was excited to try dip powder, and after doing my research, I decided to go to Phoenix Grace. I got Mai for my first appointment and am now on my 4th appointment and I wouldn't go to anyone else, she is the best! I am also LOVING the dip power. I have thin nails naturally and this stuff stays (I can go 3-4 weeks between) where as my nails chip or the gel peels after about a week. read more

Love Phoenix' Grace Nails Spa. All these ladies are friendly, attentive, and very efficient. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun loving and the cleanliness of the salon is above average. I have problems with my feet and Selina is always gentle as possible. She takes care of my feet whereas I no longer can. My daughter has Annie and she is excellent with color. My daughter's mani-pedi is always gorgeous But really, any one of the ladies would be an excellent choice as they really know their work. And the results for me are perfect every time. I recently began using the dipping process, and in the hands of someone less skilled, that can be a messy and time-consuming experience. My daughter and I came in for gel mani/pedis one afternoon. The place is clean and spacious, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. I wasn't happy with two of my toe nails, so I called in to let them know. Tiffany was apologetic and offered to have them redone, but I declined. The next day, the owner called me (Ahn) and wanted to hear about it and apologize, and encouraged me to come show them and get them redone so they could learn what was wrong and repair it. I agreed that was the right thing to do as I really like the place and appreciate a business wanting to know exactly what was wrong and then fix it. When I came in, everyone was incredibly friendly, knew about the issue, and took care of my toes in a jiffy. I will definitely keep coming back! First off, every time I come here I leave super happy & relaxed. Phoenix Grace is by far the cleanest nail spa I've ever been too. When you start your service the technician explains that all the tools are freshly sterilized, and they open the package right in front of you. They also use a new file and buffer for each client & let you take it home. They have over 100 colors to choose from, and if you absolutely in love with your color and want it again they record the color number in their computer, so your not going through all the colors trying to find that one. They are super detail oriented, and my nails always look clean & perfectly polished & I usually always get regular polish, and my mani & pedi last weeks. & with working in a hair salon and long lasting manicure is a miracle.
