Thank you Ling, Nathalie and Diane for transforming me into a vibrant, classy red head at age 45!!!! Since I've been going to Phoenix I continually have strangers walk up to me and tell me I favour the actress Amy Adams! Before Ling worked her hair magic and Diane got rid of my facial hairs (ha) I was looking a bit frumpy, hair damaged brown and gray. The most incredible part to my story is that Phoenix Hair Spa is not a caddy place or a snobby spa. The opposite, dear reader. I, along with each client I witnessed, is treated with respect and the employees are all humble and down to earth, not afraid to make me or you look like a celebrity!!! My husband goes and loves his hair cut by Ling!!! My daughter goes and she looks fabulous, as well!!! We are also impressed by the charity work that Phoenix is 100% involved with to genuinely help others who are in great need. I'll put it this way...my husband says if we have to transfer closer to Los Angeles, we Will be making the drive to Escondido once a month...simply put...because it's worth it. I love going to get my hair cut and styled at Phoenix Hair Spa! Everytime I go in I have a great time chatting with my hairstylist Ling! When I first walk in you automatically feel relaxed with the awesome decor. You can pretty much get anything done there. I always look forward to getting my hair cut there because it is my time and great for socializing and relaxing for an hour or two. It's a great place to mingle and get away from the hubby for a few hours. I recommend Ling for your next haircut. She is fun, cute and cool to chat with. :) I am picky when it comes to my hair done especially when it is getting cut! So when I went to get my haircut at Phoenix Hair Spa, I left with an awesome haircut and style for a good price and made a new friend as well. My 10 year old daughter got her hair done by Ling Ov, a fabulous hair stylist. The service Ling did was the Brazilian Blowout straightening process. My daughter has the kinky, curly mixed ethnic hair & after the process her hair was smoother & healthier! The salon is beautiful, the people are friendly & the atmosphere is calming & relaxing. I also went recently to have my hair done by Ling. I got summer highlights & it turned out beautiful! Ling knows how to make any hair look good. Melissa Vargas has been my hairstylist ever since she was in beauty school! She has never messed up on my hair. She has always done an amazing job. She has an acute sense of detail and never misses a strand. I always feel like a million bucks when I walk out of the salon. If only my hair could stay that way... I found this place driving around and decided to try it one day. I went here recently to get a cut and color and had a stylist named Ling. She was terrific. My hair cut and color came out gorgeous. I was trying on makeup and she offered to give me a mini make over, so I said "OK", and it turned out beautiful. I was very pleased! I would definitely recommend her, she was very nice and friendly. The first time I came here was for my prom and upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised at how cute and quaint the inside of the spa was. Everyone was very warm and welcoming making me feel at ease instantly. Phoebe did my hair extensions, styled it, did my make up, and i also a full manicure...the whole shebang! Such a good experience here, I've come back multiple times to have Phoebe color my hair and do eyelash extensions. Love this spa! read more

Took my 15 year old daughter to Lisa Richardson (Color Specialist) to fix her hair after she had used a bleach kit on it and dyed it purple. She did an awesome job correcting the color and restoring it to it's natural shade. She gave her the most flattering cut and thinned her hair so that it is much easier to style. Lisa treated her like a princess and she walked out looking gorgous. Lisa will be getting all of our future business. read more
