They didn't, I sued in small claims and won. I got hit in a parking lot and took it to Sam's the same day. I received outstanding treatment. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not using them first. I am now scheduled with them, to have 5300 dollars worth of wind damage repairs done. I'm not making that mistake again, of going somewhere else.

The owner, Pedro and his crew, did an absolutely fantastic job. Red metallic clear coat paint matches perfectly with undamaged areas. No evidence of any damage. His crew even fixed a few other minor scratches not part of the accident. It took awhile, about three months, but this was due to a lack of parts in the inventory and parts had be ordered from Japan. Not their fault. I have used this shop on the past and always had excellent results. Would highly recommend this body shop to others.

FANTASTIC service! SEVEN.........days ago my wife's car…read morebattery died. So I drove out to her and gave her a jump start so that she could drive home ASAP. From home, she called AAA roadside assistance. An hour later a tow truck arrived, tested her battery, said it needed a new battery. Then they said they were out of stock, and would have to order a new battery and that it "SHOULD" be available in a week. Today was that week and now they are saying 3 more days. It turns out that AAA supplies the batteries to the tow truck companies from one source. AAA has done absolutely NOTHING to resolve this issue. So this morning, my wife calls Teresa's and the manager tells her that her battery will arrive in 20 minutes, and that he would install it himself. We jump started her car and she drove to Teresa's. When she arrived there, so did the new battery. They drove her home so that she didn't have to wait at the shop. Two hours later they called and said it was ready. They came and picked her up, and she drove herself home. We completely trust Teresa's as they always provide professional service and NEVER try to upsell you something you don't need. We are dropping AAA roadside assitance after being a customer for over 30 years. We are going to try the Sam Club for roadside assistance, and switch to Travelers for auto insurance. The repair itself is flawless, panel gaps, paint match, everything lines up like it came off the line that way. On a G-Wagon that's not a given; plenty of shops will happily take a swing at one and hand you back something that's almost right. This isn't that. But the part that really made the difference was the insurance side. Dealing with the at-fault carrier is normally a part-time job you didn't apply for, endless calls, lowball estimates, supplements that go nowhere. Alex handled all of it. He knew exactly what to push back on and how to document it, and I basically just got updates instead of headaches. Zero fighting on my end. He also does diminished value reports, which I didn't even know was a thing I should be asking about. A car like this loses real money on paper just from having an accident on the record, and he walked me through recovering that. If you've been hit and nobody's mentioned diminished value to you, ask him about it. Bonus: the man knows the local food scene better than most people who write about it for a living.
