Phoenix Sports Center is one of few indoor soccer venues in the Valley... It has a long history and you can tell... It doesn't appear that they've done renovations in many, many years. That being said, PSC offers a full-regulation size indoor soccer field, it's fully air-conditioned, and they offer soccer for everyone ages two and up! Family-owned and operated, there is also a retail store inside the facility, which is convenient should you forget any gear for your game! The venue also has a snack-bar and lounge area offering basic snacks, food and beverage to be enjoyed downstairs, and an upstairs spectator area. I've been to watch my kids play here on many an occasion... it's fun to escape the heat, keep the kids active, and watch a faster paced game. Great place! Good competition, good pitch, great refs, family owned and very inviting atmosphere!

Quick caveat: 4 stars ONLY because it's a great field. Good seats, nice building. But there needs to be some fundamental changes in selecting referees. Management needs to introduce mandatory eye checks. Cannot trust the refs' integrity. A clear goal and they don't acknowledge it? What? If I'm a plumber and I don't fix a pipe that's clearly broken, should I be doing what I'm doing? The answer is a crystalline-clear NO. My friends, my FAMILY, suffered because of the ref's inability to do his job. A goal is a goal...plain and simple. A message to the ref-selectors: You need to 1) mandate eye-checks; 20/20 minimum, 2) install cameras as a contingency check, 3) provide reparations for this absurdity. REFS NEED WORK. Won't name names, but I hope to never see the blind eyes of the ref I witnessed today ever again unless it's in remedial referee school. read more

This is where my indoor soccer teams plays. All they do is indoor soccer. There are leagues for little kids, on up to over 30s, co-ed and women-only. The facility itself is pretty old and worn out, but it does the job. There's a gallery above the main field, where friends and family can watch the game. Okay, I admit it. I used to be a biggins. That's right, I was a little on the heavy side for a while. College and awesome food don't mix. But it's okay, my girlfriend was a total chubby chaser, I enjoy wearing Hawaiian shirts and I think I carried my weight well. But after a while, the ol' truffle shuffle stopped making people laugh and instead produced more of a :( Like most American's I want stuff fast and easy. Loosing weight was going to be no easy task. Soccer helped me shed the pounds. Although, proper diet helped a little as well. Soccer Locker is exceptional in every way. Their astro turf is clean, as well as the field, largest in Arizona. The store has some of the best customer service around. One of my first purchases I got a discount on and a coupon for my next purchase. I think it was 15% off but that's a lot off when I put it towards my new Mercurials.They have a huge assortment of club jerseys from Atletico Madrid to Real Madrid as well as colossal sale section from boots to scarfs. On certain matches, they will even host viewing parties in their event room. My only complaint is the ventilation on the field isn't that great and gets a little warm. Anyways, $575 for an adult team and one hour of practice a week. You should definitely gggoooaaaaallllll to this spot! No? Not into that kind of thing? I've played several indoor soccer seasons here, and overall, while the facility isn't awful, it could definitely use some renovations. But the field itself is pretty nice, as they just had new turf installed at the beginning of the year. I also wish they would schedule games earlier-10:20 p.m. for a game on a Tuesday night is too late...or maybe I'm just getting old. They've also got a store inside that sells soccer gear, and it seems to open pretty late. For spectators, it's nice because they can watch from ground level, or go upstairs to watch from above. And if you are trying to get a friend or significant other to come watch you play, let them know they serve cheap beer! I'm pretty sure that's the only reason my boyfriend comes to my games, but it's the though that counts right? read more

This is my first time writing a review, as I have never felt so upset about something before. The indoor soccer arena is old but has all that you need and the staff is accommodating and nice, but you would get more for the money if you just paid out the referees. To clarify, I play an adult soccer league during the week and the referees did not provide fair calls during the game. It seemed that it would be more likely for one to win the lottery than for them to provide a fair call. In addition, it seems girls get an advantage by falling down and having a foul called on the other team and a goal by a girl gets 2 points versus a 1 point goal that a male player can get. Is this a sport or female ego boosting game? And to top it off, as a girl myself, I've found that playing in this league does not do soccer justice as a sport. read more

I have been trying to trying find soccer cleats for my daughter for the past month. She is 13 and in between sizes. Not to mention looking for just the right design. We were on vacation in the Phoenix area and a Yelp and Google search lead us to this store. It was perfect great selection and the prices were so reasonable. The same cleat we picked at $90 was $150 at Dick's sporting goods. They were so nice and have allot of soccer gear and clothes too. To help us get just what we wanted Felipe was patient and brought us about 10 pairs of shoes making sure the fit was correct. If you are in the area a must stop. The scoreboard has needed new bulbs for years. It difficult to read, even without considering the filthy windows that look out to the field. This could be a great place with just a little regular basic maintenance and upkeep. read more
