Bought a large Box Truck from Paul. We needed a special box so he pulled it off another truck, and put it on something better for us. We had an issue a few days later. He picked up the truck which by then was 2 hours away. He repaired it and returned it, No Charge. Paul was very prompt and kept us in the loop at all stages. We will definitely use him in the future. read more

Think twice about doing business with them! They tell you that you are getting a DOT inspectable truck ready to work and that their mechanics have gone through it. Well their mechanics do not know what they are looking at or inspecting. They said my truck was in great shape and ready to work. Apparently smearing some silicone on a crack in the gear cover is a good fix. The brake cans must have the holes in them for ventilation? Good luck getting any answers or assistance after they have their money. If you buy from them plan on spending thousands more after receiving your truck. I Made a deal with Paul Conway (sales) Made a Guarantee that this vehicle would be DOT approved and in tip top working order. How ever when it was time to deliver the vehicle he is on Vacation.im was more handed the deal off to another sale rep who said he would not deliver the truck, Talked to me like I was a Dog.My funding is verified The invoice they sent me looked like it was done on a old style word. read more

They stated multiple times over the years that their "classic car guy" was an expert and could handle a classic car. For the first 5 years of living in atlanta, I took my classic mercedes here until they finally told me their classic car guy was leaving and they wouldn't touch my car going forward. Frankly, they did 5 years of changing my oil and nothing else but they'd charge me for what they called "regular maintenance". Regular maintenance on a classic car should include a lot more than just topping up the oil and calling it a day, but every time I'd mention knocking noises or brake issues or anything else to them, they wouldn't address it at all so I had no idea if they thought it was an issue or didn't. Finally 5 years later, thank god their classic car guy left, because I took it over to a place in Decatur and all of the things I had been worried about, they found a reason, they gave me a full breakdown online of what they recommended and why, they answered all of my questions, and I could pay the invoice online and feel good about it. Update: As of 9:30 p.m., Jacob, the owner, repeatedly called and texted me after my review. He first falsely claimed I'd only visited once four years ago, then offered to pay me, which I refused. After that, he pulled up what he claimed were years of invoices that were not real, despite the fact that I have the original receipts for my own transactions. Even after I repeatedly told him to stop contacting me, he continued until I had to block his number. Based on both my experience and his behavior afterward, I would never recommend this business.

I pulled up Yelp thinking I'd have to find a tire repair shop, drive there and spend my entire morning waiting to get my tire fixed. Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire. It was a very smooth and painless process. I HIGHLY recommend this business.
