I told her what was going on and the rest of the visit was great. I brought up a few concerns, they answered all my questions and gave me some recommendations. Expressed interest in getting my puppy Health insurance and she gave me a detailed explanation of what was being offered. The shop is small but I was drawn to the cageless grooming so dogs aren't kenneled the whole time. Aniyah took time putting the loose dogs behind the gates so they could test taking Penny back and she instantly warmed up to her as she walked back. When I rescued Penny, she had never been groomed so her quicks are pretty long, but I liked how they utilize the "alternative cut" style then filing each nail so it's short as possible. While she was nervous on the table, Aniyah did a great job talking to her the whole time and kept her as comfortable as possible. Forgot to take the before, but they came out amazing afterwards.
