The beef was extremely tender. The vegetables were sautéed seasoned to perfection and then we also ordered the beef spring rolls for me. The spring rolls were OK. I like more of the shrimp ones. I wanted to try something new I believe because the meat is hot. It does mess up with the roll in house while it's wrapped it felt like the heat of it kind of messed up the integrity of how the wraps are usually pretty tight but besides that it is definitely a good place but like I say, give it a try and then you decide.

I loved this place so I kindly asked for a remake and they refused but shouted it across the restaurant which attracted many stares. I paid and left the drink there. Pho Kobe is gonna be my new spot after this experience, definitely recommend them instead. The noodles in the stir-fried pho were a little chewy, but I loved the bean sprouts, celery, and onions that came with it. It was a little saucy, which was great. The shaking beef dish didn't use any special cut of beef. They also didn't ask how we wanted the beef cooked; it came out well-done. There weren't enough bell peppers in the dish either. We love the young woman waitress the best, but her Dad (?) is also very friendly on weekends.
