    All they care about is making the sale. On 6-27-26 at…read moreroughly 6:45pm I went there against my better judgment due to my wife's interest in getting a new phone. She was making the switch to apple from android. When we entered there were people ahead of us so we started looking around at the display models so we could weigh out our options. When it was our turn the young lady working ask how she could help. We explained our plan. She immediately said "are you sure?" She explained a lot of people don't like making the switch from android to apple. We said we would be fine and her response was "ok just don't return it." That comment was pretty rude, but anyway moving on. We mentioned how we were looking for a lg screen type of phone. Her response was "ok then you want a 17 pro max. do you want orange or blue?" Never did she get up out of her chair to show us possible options, show us the display models, show us comparisons between the options vs what's available and in stock. On display was a 15 pro max, 16 pro, 16, 15, 17 etc. etc. All she cared about was going right to the top of the line most expensive model available and pushing the sale. It made it feel like this was our only option. Terrible decision on my part to continue to stay there. I should have already walked out before we reached this point and went to the Swansea location instead where they actually take their time and take pride in customer service to make the decision of purchasing a new phone a pleasant one. Anyway to continue, she didn't explain the pricing, the down payment, the insurance plan, how it would effect my monthly bill, NOTHING. I had to ask all these questions that should have been explained ahead of time. When I mentioned a trade in with the old phone. She responded "no its too old." What happened to the trade in any phone towards a new purchase? My next question was naturally about transferring the data from the old phone to the new one. Her response was " oh um no we can't. it will take too long." Then on top of all that she hands the phone over in the box and says "your all set but, you will just have to call customer service and have them transfer your phone number to the new phone." Wait what? Isn't that your job? Part of her final farewell was "make sure you leave me a review, ill take at least a 7. that would be good." So in the end I spent a ton of money on a brand new phone to leave the store and not be able to use it. That actual makes sense to you? RIDICULOUS! When I got home I did some research online and found how to perform the data transfer myself. took roughly 30minutes. Then the next day I called customer service to activate it for me who by the way was also dumbfounded how the store staff had conducted themselves. Yrs ago I had encountered a similar experience when the location was still sprint and I said I'd never go back there. I will not make that mistake again. All though over the yrs the staff has changed the one thing that remains the same is all they care about is making the sale and doing as little as possible in the process. STAY AWAY from this location.

    I have bought and had installed 4 TV's from these guys since 2013. Every one has been delivered as…read morepromised and professionally installed. 2 days ago ( Sunday night) our 12 year old TV went blank ( original cost less than $200). I called them on Monday to discuss my options regarding size, the wall mount and brand. We were not sure the old mount would fit so they agreed to bring a new mount with them "just in case". The new TV was delivered on Tuesday before noon and installed within 15 minutes. The old mount worked just fine. The two young men who did the installed were patient and professional. They installed the unit and insured everything was working before leaving. This place is a class act.

    I'm tired of people accusing Flint of the whole "nude photos" thing when ALL charges were dropped…read morein the end, with the judge essentially calling those charges ridiculous and entirely unsupported. People flamed Flint for accusations without due process. That's not what America and our Constitution is about. Those accusations turned out to be essentially baseless, yet none of the flame throwing reviewers on here bothered to update their reviews That says a lot more about those people than it says about Flint. I've been doing business with them for decades, beginning with Gary in 1992. (They know me by my real name, first name is Bob.) Are they perfect? No. Then again, who or what is? My only real complaint is that they're not very open to accepting returns on products that simply don't work from the factory. There is always some fallout rate with any product; smart and knowledgeable customers with engineering degrees who've spent hours deeply troubleshooting the problem shouldn't be blamed for that. Regardless of that, I continue to highly recommend Flint and generally enjoy doing business with the Gagnes (both Gary and his son, Sean, who acquired the business with a partner in January '24). Summarily, disregard EVERY review on here that centers around charges that were subsequently dropped in their entirety before any trial even began.

    Very disappointed in how, after 2 plus years of solid service they completely dropped the ball…read more Went to open the house on MV 1st week.of May. Error code on units showing no refridgerant, which means probanly a leak. Called that Monday for appt. Was told they are not on island t il Thursday, so took appt then between 10 and 12 arrival " but they will be there closer to 10" per customer service person. 1 pm to 2:30 pm multiple texts and phone calls to the owner and his CSR. No response from.owner and.CSR was in a meeting At 2:45 got a text they qere not coming today and woukd try agin early next week to get back on island. Temps were n in low 40s at night, 50s daily and i had no heat. Called Climate Care MV. Set up appt for 2 days later, but a guy frred up and was there at 7pm Ran tests, put in a dye came back 6 days later and detected the "Massive leak" in one of bedrroms. Called Senville, found out F&J had tegistered the unit with correct address and email but had someone elses name and phone.number, so we had to correct the registration Shipped unit in 2 days. Climate care installed, recharged, pressure tested and all was good to go with time to spare before 1st renters arrive. Will use Clmate Care moving forward as they are very reliable , thorough and on island. I woukd think twice about using a company for mini splits or any unit that may need routine servicing or emergency servicing that is based off island. Find an onnisland vendor. Sorry F&J but here we are 4 weeks later, no text email or phone call to apologize for completely failing a now former customer ​​

    I met this company through AngiesList last year. I used them to complete an HVAC project at our…read morespa. The owner was unprofessional. When he started the project, he left the place messy and I had to clean up after him. All the equipment was all over the place, as you can see in the pictures. I had to collect them and clean everything after he left. These pictures were sent to him at the time. He was extremely aggressive, asking to collect the remaining balance even though the project was not completed. While our spa was under construction, he was overly insistent in wanting to install the unit system even when the contractor advised him to wait. We asked him to wait until the project was completed entirely because we wanted to protect the HVAC units from the debris of the construction. In the end, we let him install the units while the construction was still happening because his behavior was inappropriate, and we just paid him to let him go. We've been having issues with one of the units since May. It had been making noise, and we called him in order to let him know that one of the units wasn't working properly. He said he would stop by to take a look, but never did until June 14th. He picked up the pump and said he would get back to me within 24 hours because the pump wasn't working. I have been calling him since, but he never picked up his phone or called back. At this time, the weather is extremely hot, and our products and guests are both being negatively impacted by the heat. Overall, my experience has been negative.
