Came in without calling or making and appointment. Located off 40 (take the Middletown exit on 70 it's across from the Weis). I brought my iPhone in and was immediately helped (smile included). My phone was immediately priced out ($120 is not bad at all for an entire new screen and screen cover) and the repair was only to take an hour as a part was going to be delivered from their Gaithersburg location. I have a 14 and if they don't have the part for your phone it's nice they have another store they can access. Great experience, good price. Will be back as I drop my phone a lot. Keep that in mind 1hr away. When I got my phone back it worked fine for about a week and the phone screen would just not turn on, it would be extremely glitchy. So I had to make the hour drive back 4 different times to this place because he could never get it fixed. A total of 8hrs was spent on driving back and forth because of the damn issues. This time, however, we were strongly denied by both agents because they were "too busy". They couldn't help us even if it would take only a minute or two. Instead, they suggested we do it ourselves using their scissors. We then addressed the issue with the manager and hoped for better customer service in the future. We did leave the store disappointed as we wanted the copies to look neat for our daughter's professional performance. We don't think we will go back there again though.
