Luckily, the team here was amazing at following up and checking in with us and our venue to make sure that everything went smoothly! When we first got in contact, they promptly responded to all of our questions about the setup, space, event insurance, etc. Once we confirmed with them, they sent us some backdrop options, but were also willing to make us some custom settings. We ended up going with a plain white background and a custom frame with pastel colors to go with my wedding theme. They actually gave us a few mockups to choose from, which made it so easy for me to decide! We also got a cute custom intro for the photobooth with some of our photos, which was a nice personal touch. :) On the day of the event, my partner and I didn't really have to worry about the photobooth at all - it was set up and in use by the time we got into the reception area. We even had older family members taking single and group photos without really seeming to need help! The only note I'd make is that the tape they have on the floor to mark where you should stand is there for a reason... a lot of us got overly excited to jump into frame, stood way in front of the tape, and ended up with just eyes and top of the head in the first photo lol They also sent over all of the photos digitally pretty quickly (maybe a couple of days later?), which was so fun to look through, especially since we didn't have a ton of other wedding day photos at that point. I hired them for my daughter's sweet 16. They took photo after photo, agreed graciously to stay an hour later for which we paid, and the guests loved their photos. I felt they were very easy to work with. Toward the end of the party, I asked about the video portion of the package and why the guests were not being told they could do that. They corrected this, and offered to do it. At this time I was bothered by this because the session was just about over and they were barely offering to video guests. We could not get messages from all of the guests due to the short time available. We had the guests go on camera toward the end of the session, and very quickly they all gave a very heartfelt birthday messages to the birthday girl. We tipped the attendants VERY well because we felt they had done a good job and happily agreed to stay an hour later than we had contracted. We got our photos on a flash drive before they left. We were so grateful for their service and help we tipped them well, and they left. Later, we looked at the pictures and my daughter wanted to watch the videos the guests had made for her. There were plenty of great photos.... but not a single video. They had not said that we would not get the videos so we were confused. None the less, I felt that we were very understanding and patient when we addressed the situation with them. And I felt that they would do right by us. At first we were in contact about the videos, with Adam giving us updates and everything. Then.... nothing. It became apparent that they were avoiding any inquiring emails and voicemail messages.
