It was fine when the snow was on the ground but I've been having to move it around each time I mow my lawn now. I've called them repeatedly to have them bury the line and they've given me three dates now that came and went, and aside from the initial visit, where they texted me saying they couldn't bury the line because of snow, the other two dates came and went without giving me a reason. I've been calling them every month now having them give me full credit for each month the job remains unfinished.

Then out of the blue, zero services - no Internet (we have jobs and kids who need access for school) and since TV came over the line, none of that either. Every morning, noon and evening I'd get a text saying restoration of service by X (i.e. 4pm the same day). After a day or two that showed itself to be a straight lie. No human to talk to on the phone, either. This baiting fraud went on for two weeks until we switched back to Spectrum. They owed me $7.01 per their recurring bill and kept it for months and months instead of just sending me a check. Eventually they sent a prepaid MasterCard I never requested containing my $7.01 which, if I activated, screwed me over with annual fees, etc. I finally got in touch with someone in the Philippines who said they'd send me a check; haven't gotten it yet - been about a week. Frontier is about the worst company with which i've had the displeasure of doing business. Shady and unfair business practices at every turn, in my view. Stay always unless you're a masochistic glutton for punishment. Consider yourself warned.

I pressed the call back feature and that call went straight to voicemail even though my phone accepts calls from unknown numbers. I called back the number provided to me. After an hour of being on hold, I was connected with someone who told me to restart my router- even though my building does NOT have physical routers as our wifi comes with our building. She then told me she was from the SALES team and would connect me with someone from the tech team. After being on hold for over an hour, I was connected with someone else from the sales team?! Luckily, Bernadette was initially from the tech support team and was able to actually do something and restart my router from her end. Thank god for Bernadette or I would have thrown my phone over my balcony. Although in the end, there is nothing you can do besides restarting your router. Bai Connect/Zentro is the WORST, DO NOT GET THIS PROVIDER. I can guarantee all these 5 star reviews are FAKE from people in their company. This internet provider is a SCAM. At least At&T or Spectrum has actual people able to help you or send technicians. I would NEVER get this internet service again.

What was even more frustrating was being billed for service at both my old and new addresses--despite the fact that I had only one account. When I called to dispute the charges, I was told they don't prorate services. That was the last straw. I decided to try Starry, and from the beginning, the experience has been fantastic. They let you try the service for free for a few days, no strings attached. The upload speeds are excellent--much better than what I was used to--and their routers are sleek and modern. Nicholas, the installer, was professional, friendly, and made setup a breeze. If Starry is available in your area, I highly recommend making the switch. It's been a refreshing change.

Now our internet can be down for hours, and restarting the equipment is only a temporary fix. What's most frustrating is the lack of urgency and support. Appointments are often several days out, and we've received very little effort toward actually finding the root cause. Of all the internet companies I've used, Starry is by far the worst. Three weeks of unreliable service and this level of customer support is completely unacceptable.

AT&T was the only creditor who wouldn't close his phone and internet account online sending them the Death certificate and the legal court papers for administrative authority until I went to their brick & mortar store. And when I did, the manager was not available for over 45 mins so I waited and then when I returned, they said he's in another 45 min meeting. I ended up going to another store the next day where I was finally able to close his phone account after he looked at the docs but they wouldn't close his internet account! I was told that I need to go back onliine and have them close it! After the waste of over 4 hours to close the AT&T accounts, they would not provide me access to his account even with the court papers. In addition, they said there was "no process" to get reibursement to my uncle's account for the 6 months when he did not use either of his phones since he was deceased. Also he lived alone, so the internet was not used either.. but staffer said AT&T only way they refund accounts is when it was their mistake. I called my Uncle's credit card company, Capital One, and they gave me ALL his account info by phone simply by me providing his SS# and DOB. They also refund any interest payments accrued (although he didn't have any). The staff said that AT&T could have looked this up in 30 seconds as he did and see that the info I provided matches what is posted in public records available to everyone. AT&T 's practices are cruel and I will disconnect with them since we also have AT&T for internet. I suggest you try another company and ask AI who are the most customer friendly internet /phone companies that are reasonably priced and function well.

If you call again, it's as though it never happened. There customer service is the worst I've dealt with in a long time. Dont get them.
