Finally an employee came out and stood helping somebody for about 5 minutes before another employee came out and called us because we had an appointment. By that time there were 19 people in line and two employees that were busy. We just needed to close an account and return equipment it should not have taken the half hour it did. The employee said he wanted to make a quick copy of my father-in-law's death certificate and disappeared into the back for 15 minutes. I'm not sure what kind of copy machine they have that takes 15 minutes to make a copy of one sheet paper. When we were about to leave, a third employee came out and was just browsing underneath the different desks and not calling anyone up. We were in and out in a relatively short time but in our experience, number 19 and 20 on that list were going to be there at least 3.5 hours waiting for their turn. You can overhear the employees spending more time trying to upsell customers on their cable than just getting the job done. Ugh. So glad we don't have to deal with this company again.

We sent them thirty-days notice of termination and now they are trying to collect thousands claiming we are obligated to pay the remainder of the contract year.
