I got there, checked in, and waited for a bit. They still took me a few minutes after my check in time, so don't plan too close to any other obligations you have! I had booked the appointment maybe 1 week in advance online. They did take a deposit, which is to be used towards your appointment. They take you to a large room where there are multiple chairs, so it's not exactly separated from other clients (like other places I've been to that do lashes). The lady who did my lash lift did not talk much but she seemed nice...maybe asked a few questions or mentioned a few words but that was it. It was also kind of assumed I had done lash lifts before because I don't recall being told to keep my eyes closed the whole time, even though I knew to do that. I had to kind of had to pay attention to what was happening to take cues on when to open my eyes. The lady doing my lashes was pretty gentle, such that I dozed off a bit. My lashes looked great afterwards. You have to keep from washing your eyelashes for 24 hours after. If you've never had a lash lift done, they might look unnatural, but I think that comes from how wet they look in pictures immediately after they are set with the perming solutions, but when they dry, they look like normal lashes, but just lifted. Anyway, they give you a complimentary little spoolie to brush them. Overall, it was a good experience, and I do plan on coming back.

Gets the job done. …read more When I need a pedicure because my other place is busy or closed. This is right next to my salon so I come here after done with haircut. . The pedicure I have done a fancy one which is there top price one. It was ok not the best so I just get the basic one now. . With the basic one not the 23 but the 28. So I understood with basic 23 and above basic for 28, your paying for the masque for the calves. The masque gives a cool refreshing feeling for tired legs. The masque also is nice to get rid of the dead skins too. . They basically get your foot taken care of if you have ingrown nails. After pedicure it comes with a color basic. If you want gel color its extra. . Overall clean the foot, got the ingrown nails taken care of, got the toes colored. However keep in mind the foot massage was a foot rub only no power just basically massage in the lotion into it. Which I don't expect much since its a basic pedi, but its kind of saying well basic pedi basic massage.

Especially when Tia is not there but Nikki the lash tech is the very worst. I went in 12:30 today to get my lashes done. It was a was one and I waited 45 minutes or more before she tells me to come back tomorrow. She's booked for the rest of the day ALL DAY! She has an appointments scheduled at 3pm ( it's a little after 1pm) and she has no more available time to do my lashes. At that time she had 1 client in her station she been working with and "NO ONE else" in the shop waiting or other-clients in the 49 minutes that I had been waiting. when I told her that tomorrow I am very busy preparing to going away on a trip And I work so I couldn't come back. She said oh well I don't have time for you today. After being a loyal client and referring numerous clients to this shop I as so continually disappointed at the disrespect and lack of appreciation for their cu!

As a true child of the '90s, I absolutely fell victim to the era of aggressive overplucking... and…read moremy eyebrows never really recovered. After years of battling uneven drawn on brows, spending way too much on makeup, and wasting precious time every morning trying to get them to match (and not look wild), I knew I needed something more permanent. I started looking into microblading, but like many people, I had mixed feelings. Would it look natural? Was it worth the price? Would I regret it? So I did what any curious Millennial does, I went down the Instagram rabbit hole. That's when I found Sidney Le and started following her team and their different artists. I watched for months, studied the styles, and finally decided to pull the trigger. From the moment I reached out, the team was helpful, clear, and direct, which I immensely appreciate. I won't lie, the price did give me a little sticker shock at first. But then I remembered: this is a tattoo... on your face. And when you factor in: 1. The quality and expertise of the artists 2. The high-end products they use and how long it lasts 3. The time, money, and daily frustration it saves you PLUS the fact that it won't smudge or wash off in water... It was a no-brainer. My first appointment went great. The artist really took time to assess my face and skin type, and we decided on the Ombre Brow technique. I've never looked back! Now I go in every 2 to 2.5 years for a refresh and see Sara, who I absolutely adore. She's patient, detailed, and always makes sure I'm happy with the shape and color before we start. Now, let's talk pain. Yes, it's a tattoo on your face, so no, it's not completely painless. The outline and initial scratching definitely sting. But after that, numbing cream is applied and it's honestly not bad. It is more pressure than pain. I've even fallen asleep during the process because Sara's setup is so calming: soft music, cozy blanket, and one of the comfiest tables I've ever laid on. If you're on the fence, let this be your sign to go for it. Microblading (or ombre brows, in my case) has saved me so much time and given me such a boost in confidence. Just remember: there is a healing process. Your brows will look dark, they'll itch, and they'll peel..... but trust the process!! Once they heal, you'll be obsessed. Honestly? Best beauty decision I've ever made. Worth every single penny.

And let me tell you, the work Sidney did on my wife's eyebrows was worth every penny. From the moment we walked in, it was nothing but professional, welcoming, and detail-focused. Sidney took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure my wife felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. The results? Flawless. Natural, clean, and perfectly shaped -- exactly what my wife wanted. She left glowing and couldn't stop smiling. And as the saying goes... Happy wife = happy life. So yes, I'm very happy too. If you're even considering permanent brows, don't hesitate. Sidney Le Beauty delivers quality work and a top-tier experience. Highly recommend!

I've gotten two lash lifts here now, overall, it's pretty good!…read more They are $68 by card and $65 if paying by cash. I've usually selected any lash technician, since I'm not sure who to go to yet. The first time I went, the tech took about 45 minutes. The second time I went, the tech took about 30 minutes. Both were very gentle, such that I did doze off at least a couple of times. I guess something to note is that they don't really ask you how lifted you want your lashes, so you might want to specify if you have specific ideas in mind. I probably preferred my second experience a little more in that the lash technician seemed to be meticulous with her technique, and more controlled with her movements (particularly when cleaning my eyelids and lashes). Although the second time, my right eye lashes were slightly less lifted than my left. It's subtle but noticeable to me, and I wonder if it's because my previous lift is lasting a bit longer than my left, so she probably lifted it a bit less (unitentionally). My lash lift from my first visit was still somewhat there (I had gotten it two months prior to my second one), so I'd expect not to need another one for two months from this. Your results might vary depending on your lash growth. It's pretty easy to book appointments online. There's plenty of parking, although they do share it with a gym. In terms of where you'll be seated, there's a common room where everyone can get their services done, and there seems to be two private rooms. For the first time, I ended up in the common room, and the second time I ended up in the private room. I will definitely be back!

I first met Navi in late 2021 for a lash appointment. I took a break from getting my lashes done…read moreafter my dad passed, but when I came back in 2023, I searched for her specifically, and I've been seeing her every three weeks since. Navi really took the time to help me find the lash style that suited me best. Since I wear glasses, I didn't like when my lashes brushed against the lenses. She worked with me to figure out the perfect look--starting with L and M curls in a cat eye shape, and eventually moving to CC curls that gave me a wispier style, made my eyes look bigger, and worked perfectly with glasses. At one point I wanted spikes and she made it happen. Whatever lash style you're hoping for, Navi can create it. Even though one of my eyes tends to lose lashes faster than the other, she always made my lashes look full and even after each refill. What I love most is how gentle she is. I barely feel her removing grown-out lashes, and it never hurts. She's also given me great advice on how to take care of my lashes and recommended a lash serum that actually works. Her lashes last long but with proper care! Navi is also the sweetest lash tech I've ever had. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and has the skill to deliver any lash look you want, I can't recommend Navi enough. She's the best, and I wish she never left San Jose. Miss and love you, Navi.
