I have to go to today. There were two people that helped me very patient outstanding Drew Andrew. I wanted to say thank you. I believe he's a manager. He was all over the place. He was on the photos. He was stocking. He was very busy and he was very helpful and I appreciate that as much as I needed to ask him and have him help me before, though he never got disappointed or frustrated. He was very Very understanding and this difficult time and there was another gentleman young guy. I believe his name was Jackson or Johnson. I wanna say thank you so much. He was very busy from the time he started. He's very bubbly very happy and very cool to work with. I seen him moving around with all his coworkers keeping himself busy. He was always busy. Very contagious person lovely very happy, jolly laughing and just having the ball like he loved his job Just wanted to say thank you. I appreciate it and gonna be taken care of. I did have a Internet with the lady upfront with the candy. It was really frustrating because they did have some prices that were kind of not scanning properly and she kind of had a attitude every you know rude but once again, Andrew came up there and fixed it and and I believe Johnson did also our Jackson just wanted to say thank you. I appreciate you guys this customer service and this time and day. It is very hard to work in customer service dealing with people people. Yes we all forget at the end of the day we are we all are human, but you guys stick in there and make it better. It's not the best neighborhood but it is a nice and good store that people do speak and make you feel welcome when you come in so keep up the awesome work cause that Walgreens are shut down but this one's OK thank you guys and I wish you guys the best. Stay amazing and keep up the awesome work.

I noticed one door blocked off and a large sign that warned "MOST of the isles are closed off for cleaning." MOST not ALL. Grabbing a small hand basket I could see the sunscreen right in front of me. About to grab it the woman employee said firmly that ALL of the isles are closed. Okay. They why are the doors open for customers. Then the male employee made a snarky comment that "Too bad I didn't make a huge sign for people to see. Yes it was very ignorant of me to think that if they were open for business that I would be allowed to buy something. Both employees were very rude. Without saying a single word I then sat the basket back down and left. That is when the two employees behind the counter began laughing loudly and calling me stupid. Here's the thing, I rarely shop at Walgreens since it's so rachet. I mean the parking spot permanently reserved for the police is a dead giveaway that the store is shitty. Now my rarely shopping at Walgreens is now a never shops at Walgreens. There are many other stores to choose from. As far a sunscreen goes a co-worker said they would share theirs with me. So not only having a dirty nasty rachet store the employees are the last thing to finally run me off for good.

Adj: mediocre This…read moreis another neighborhood pharmacy. Although I do not have any Rx scripts here, the location is convenient at the corner of Riverside and Florin, and sometimes it's a quick stop to pick up an essential or an item that I forgot to get at another store and don't want to backtrack. However, there have been reports of several incidents here, so safety can be a concern. I do not come here alone after dark, and try not to come here at night at all with or without someone accompanying. The store seems quite short-staffed, sadly. I ordered some photos to be printed here and on the evening when hubby and I came to pick them up on the way home from the gym, there were only 2 staff in the whole store, and both of them were cashiering. We had to wait till one of them cleared their line of customers checking out before she was available to help us get our several photo orders. As far as shopping here, there are usually well-stocked shelves, but sometimes they seem to stock their items in non-intuitive places and it takes me awhile to find what I'm looking for and staff is scarce so I don't try to find a staff person to help me find the item(s). The prices here, as w/other pharmacies like CVS (pretty much the only other chain pharmacy left), are pretty high, so definitely have to watch for sales if you're flexible about an item's brand or variety. Otherwise, it would be much less expensive for a food or essential item if bought at the Grocery Outlet just across the street. Occasionally, Walgreen's would offer promotions on their photo printing such as a free 8x10 or a few free 4x6, and it's quite easy to use either their app or their website to upload pictures to be printed at the store and although the quality isn't the best, it's pretty ok from my experience of what I need them for. Overall, this Walgreens is a helpful place, but isn't in the safest part of the greater Greenhaven area, and so it is best to only come in daylight.

Employees never smile and look beaten down. Must be a sad place to work or just bad management…read more You get the forced welcome to Walgreens when walking in. If there are no customers in line or waiting there is no one at the check out by the door. I can see why theft is an issue with Walgreens stores.

Unfortunately as I was pulling in the manager called the let me know my masseuse had called in sick and they could only rebook my massage to start 1.5 hours after the original time. I was disappointed, but I made the best of it and thankfully had a flexible schedule that day. I ended up ordering tea and lunch from the Tea Bar. Unfortunately the matcha was out of stock, but I opted for another green tea and the crab cake. It was raining the day I was there so I didn't end up using the pool. I really like my facial with Ruth. She was amazing and had lovely energy. I would definitely rebook. My massage was okay, but despite a few requests for more pressure, I was told that was the max she could do. I have had a lot of massages, but have never encountered that before

This review is a few months late. I visited in early October. I have been traveling and did not get…read morethe chance to write a complete review, especially because this one is negative. I decided to come here for a full spa day as a treat on my birthday. I booked a massage and wanted to hang out and use all the amenities available. I left very disappointed. I booked a deep tissue massage. I expected a relaxing and meditative experience, and let my masseuse know that I struggle with shoulder pain from playing tennis for years. He proceeded to walk me through a sort of physical therapy session? Like, imagine doing the physical therapy exercises/reps for tennis elbow. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing to do during a deep tissue massage but it wasn't exactly relaxing. I also don't think it was very effective since those sessions are typically done multiple times. He barely worked on the rest of my body and only focused on my right shoulder. After he was done, he didn't give me any time to relax by myself before telling me to get dressed and that my hour was up. After my massage session, I decided to use the hot tub and relax in the lobby, which was fine. There were minimal complimentary refreshments compared to some other spas i've been to. I wanted to get ready for the rest of my birthday (dinner with friends) at the spa so I decided to wash my hair. I brought my own hair dryer and my makeup products. In the middle of my shower, the power completely went out. There was no announcement from the attendants about what was going on. They just continued on as usual. I rinsed my hair out (in the dark!) but it was still wet and needed to be dried immediately. After asking an attendant, they said the power goes off regularly and that they had no clue when it would be back on. If I had known this, I would never have tried to get ready at the spa! I might not have even booked there. I had to leave the spa early and go home because my hair was very time sensitive. I did not get comped. I didn't even get an apology. I walked out of the spa into the cold day with fully wet hair on my birthday. Definitely not worth the price point it's at and should come with a warning tag about the power outages.
