Absolutely dreadful. I came here to get some blood work done in order to receive surgical clearance…read morefrom my doctor. I called beforehand to see if they accepted my insurance & they did. So I get to the place. It's neat & quiet. Im the only one there. I'm greeted, and told to fill out some paperwork so I do. Never once does the receptionist/phlebotomist ask for my ID or Insurance card. I don't like to be that person who tells people how to do their job & say "don't you need my insurance?" So I proceeded to fill out my paperwork. after I fill out my paperwork I turn it into her, and I figure she'll ask when she needs my ID. I know every office is ran different, so I didn't want to assume that they take that information at the beginning. I figured maybe they'll ask for it later. At this point someone else comes in, and the lab lady automatically asks for her ID. I said to myself that's weird, she hasn't asked me for mine? After waiting a while, the owner finally calls me back & tells me the prices. I said "ok, but I have insurance." And his response was "oh I thought you didn't have any insurance, (the staff never asked). Then he said "I'm over here breaking each lab price down one by one for you." For a second I felt bad because I wondered, is that what was taking them so long this whole time? Breaking down the prices? So I try not be rude and keep my patience and hand them my Cards. Because of this delay, the patient who came in after me gets seen before me. At this point I'm a lot frustrated but he assured me it will just be a while. I have anxiety that I actually have to take prescriptions for, so wearing the mask for long periods of times gives me even More anxiety because I feel like I can't breathe. And usually when that happens I tend to faint. So I started getting nervous because I'm so worried that I might faint here. The patient finally leaves and I'm thinking oh good it's finally my turn. I try to do my breathing exercises and drink some water to calm myself down. I don't want to be rude and remove the mask just because I have anxiety. Then another while passed, mind you, I'm literally the only one here. Then I realize the time and realize I have to go because I'm late to getting my brother to work. I excuse myself and tell them that I can no longer wait anymore and I'm late to getting my brother to work. And the owner says "well you should have told us you were in a rush" EXCUSE ME???? up until that point I was willing to come back another day but you're telling me that I have to TELL you that I'm in a rush to be treated with common courtesy and customer service?? I know I look young but I'm 26. I felt like he put the other two patients ahead of me because he probably thought they were more important EVEN THOUGH I arrived before both of them. I get this from time to time where people make me wait a long time and put me off to the side because I look young. And they take advantage of my patience. I shouldn't have to tell you I'm in a rush. You should take people in the order they arrive!!! I've been here once before and was in and out in 10 minutes. Which is the only reason I came back. And that other person gave me a nice experience which is why he gets 2 stars instead Of one

I recently moved out of these apartments, and it was by far one of the worst living experiences…read moreI've ever had. When I first moved in, there were bugs everywhere. Management refused to send out an exterminator, accused me of lying, and claimed no one else had these problems--yet I was the only person living in that building at the time. The unit was infested with fleas, and they tried to blame my dog, even though she had just been cleared by the vet and is consistently on preventative medication. I'm allergic to fleas, so I had to be on steroids and antihistamines constantly, but the manager showed no concern. I paid over $500 in medical to aid my allergic reaction and was never offered any compensation for it. I had to escalate to Greystar before anything was even addressed. When an exterminator finally came, he told me he had been out multiple times before to spray for fleas and spiders because the building has cracks in the foundation, creating plenty of entry points for pests. On top of that, the apartment itself was cheaply maintained. The dishwasher leaked, and their "fix" was to put a fan on the water and claim it would dry out. Months later, I discovered mold growing under the flooring. Despite multiple work orders and calls, no one ever came to properly address it. The flooring throughout the apartment was peeling up, and when maintenance came in for another issue, they left my front door open--I came home from work to find my dog sitting on the porch. The office staff also gave out inaccurate or misleading information constantly. For example, they told me my yard would be mowed regularly, but it went three weeks without being touched. When I asked, the manager said it was only "upon request," yet after that, mowing started happening every week without me requesting it, which made no sense. Overall, between the pest infestations, health risks, poor construction, unprofessional staff, and complete lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. While the manager I dealt with has since been replaced, the same office staff remains--and based on my experience, the problems run much deeper than just management turnover.
