Toilets are always clogged. Parking is a disaster. Workers are scammers at best when it comes to membership agreements.

The reason for 4 stars out of 5 is that the parking lot can get very crowded and they only have one set of water fountains. During peak hours you will likely have to weave around cars that park in non-designated parking spots and you will have to park over near the old Joanns fabric store building. They do have an overflow lot just west of the building and recognize that it's a problem but that area fills up too. I still feel for what you are paying for that it's not inconvenient enough to look elsewhere. Equipment is never broken. It is clean, new and gets the job done.

I have stuck with a Lenexa due to the coaches and "vibe" here. I recently upped my membership and class frequency because I genuinely enjoy coming here! I get so much more out of each session and push myself harder than I would just on my own. It definitely gets my vote!

I don't know if all Orange Theories are the same, but I can tell you stay away from this one…read more First of all not only do you have to pay high monthly fees but you have to pay for a gizmo that may or may not work, You can't just take the class and workout because you have to have this heart rate monitor so you can stay in the "zone" But I was willing to deal with that so I can have the structure. My first "Trial" class was pretty good. The instructor made sure I knew what I was doing, checked in with me throughout the class, and the heart rate monitor worked as it should. That didn't make it past that class. As my monitor didn't even register my name on the monitor, the instructor walked by several times as I sat there obviously not doing anything. Did she stop and check on what was wrong? Heck no. I had to go to the front desk three times to try to get it working. Now remember you must have the monitor to work out. So i sat there missing the first ten minutes of class. And having to get up and walking out of the training room repeatedly was embarrassing. And yet this "instructor " never did a damn thing. Of course the front desk didn't come into the room to see what the issue was. They just kept telling me it was fixed.. So I had to leave. Then I got an email later on with my progress report. WTF? I obviously didn't work out so what progress were you reporting on? At least I got an email from my sales rep trying to make it right. Got a phone call two mornings later from the Head "Coach" "extending a warm welcome". Like you had no clue what happened the class before? I was just another name on a list she finally got around to calling and feeding me a pre-scripted pitch. Then i got an email from the manager. If it wasn't for that email I would have quit right then . She promised to make sure everything ran smoothly the next week. Spoiler Alert? Yeah you know it didn't. My first issue was the website. I'd log in go to schedule my class and it would try to schedule a location 400 miles away. So I had to call in to book. Frustrating. I got there early to make sure they could double check the equipment. Noone made sure my monitor was working properly. What I did get was a babysitter who tried to tell me I was holding the row machine handles too tight. Once again WTF? If I can make this stupid monitor inoperable my squeezing my hands too hard then something is wrong with your equipment No matter how hard I rowed couldn't get above 34%(58 bpm) which is below a good resting heart rate(60 bpm) And since I've only recently quit smoking my resting beart rate is 80 bpm. Which means if I just sit there my monitor should register about 46%. But my babysitter convinced me it'll get better. Lol yeah. It should work from the beginning not 50, 80, 90% of the time. At the end of class I gave the front desk back the monitor. Of course I had to wait for someone to get to the desk. And of course she tried to convince me that she saw it working. Um no you didn't. Even my babysitter saw that it didn't work properly. And now it's been a whole week and I have not received another email from the manager or call from the "Head Coach". And I have yet to see a refund, which means I need to deal with them Monday or my bank to start a back charge. Both frustrating.

She is very creative designing our workouts, introducing just enough competition to keep it interesting without sending us to a marriage counselor! I had a total knee replacement about 10 years ago (so, no more running for me), and I have my share of arthritic complaints befitting my advanced age (I'll be 80 in January), but Lindsey has found many ways to modify our sessions to keep me going without producing more injury! The workouts are legit though, and definitely allow you to really push yourself to the next level. Their program includes a heart monitor so you can see in real time on a monitor how you are doing throughout the class. It motivates me to kick it up a notch to target those higher fat burning levels. Great, clean facility with so much attention to details. There is a large bathroom with changing areas and two showers. Soaps/shampoos available. Best part by far is free childcare, let me repeat, FREE childcare during your workout. They even offer balance meetings where ypu meet with a trainer to discuss the right nutrition plan for you and set up specialized goals. Amazing!

He was my 10th adoption and we had never needed outside training before. I was in tears when I came to Keaton and Mike, worried I would not ever know how to control my new adoption. Roscoe had daily fights with my other dogs, tried to attack my husband, we couldn't enter a room without his reactions. Keaton worked with us 1:1 for 12 weeks. I then did a board and train with Precision. Roscoe graduated early for good behavior. Keaton and Mike tailored the program to our needs and our goals with our dog. Roscoe is now a great companion at home. We have systems in place to create a successful environment for him. I joined the weekly training class, and we continued our learning. It was as much for me as it was for him. Roscoe even behaved well enough he was able to take the agility class, too. When we travel, Roscoe is always boarded with Precision because they know his breed, his temperament and I know both trainers and dogs are safe there. I am able to travel and not worry. Roscoe has always been comfortable when I drop him off and trots off with a trainer without issues.

It's one thing to deny the connection to KC Dawgs (although it's mentioned on the Precision website...), it's another to try and sweep that together with the primary events described in the review. The incident with my dog happened; it was shrouded with ambiguity & surface level detail, and my questions via email largely unanswered. Precision was eager to move on with as little information exchange as possible--up until I posted my original review on Google--where they presumably flagged it or otherwise pulled levers to have it removed.
