Stopped here happenstance for lunch. It is Valentines Day. We had the stuffed zucchini flowers and the Mortazza pizza, the chef prepared the pizza in the shape of a heart. Maria our server was wonderful. Everything was delicious and fresh.

Went last nite with friends, all enjoyed. Ambiance was quiet Sunday, background music was great, we had lotsa fun conversations and all could hear, no shouting needed. The served complimentary bread which had a bit of salt on the crust, nice! I started with the arugula, beet, fennel salad, it was ok way over dressed w/ too much vinegar, arugula was dead, the beet squares seemed over cooked and not firm. I had the cheese & spinach ravioli with sage butter, yummy. Husb hD the shrimp francese bug shrimp he enjoyed. Others had the veal saltimboca which they enjoyed. Dessert we chose the panacotta which was kept cold too cold so we missed the typical consistency. Others had the gelato which was hard frozen. Maria our server did a great job. While things weren't exactly perfect we did enjoy! Cappuccino was delish!

Ordered four appetizers: Nonna's meatballs, calamari, ceasar salad, and eggplant. The first three were good but something was seriously wrong with the eggplant parmigiana. The eggplant was mushy and not at all hot and was wrapped around a giant ball of soured mozzarella and ricotta cheeses. The waiter was told and did nothing about the matter. We were billed and paid for what would later give the taster a stomach ache.

What an amazing addition to Stuart!! After living here for 30 yrs I've been bored and unimpressed with local restaurants. This restaurant brought me back to life!! The ambiance, service, and food impeccable. Every bite of our food last night was amazing. Beef carpaccio melt in your mouth, steamed muscles and clams plump and cooked to perfect, white truffle pizza (the dough) my goodness, and finally the star table side cacio de Pepe!!!!! Of course we had to go for dessert. Cannoli and panna cotta. Everything is divine. The atmosphere is more for adults and date night, try it out you won't be disappointed

I really don't like giving bad reviews but this just did not live up to the hype. We saw a video on…read moreyou tube by the bar rescue guy raving about fanitnis and had to go check it out. We started with the whipped ricotta plate and it was a total let down. It's an appetizer which is usually defined as a small food item that is shareable among guest. The plate came with only one small piece of bread which we were forced to cut in half and then when we asked for more bread we were charged an extra fee for something we should have received with our "shareable" dish. The amount of ricotta was highly disappointing as well. I'm not sure if there is a shortage of ricotta but it was the thinnest layer on the plate we received. Now the presentation was very nice and the mandarins and radish added a beautiful pop of color and flavor to the plate but for the cost the amount felt cheap. The Caesar salad was ok nothing very special just a head of romaine cut in half with dressing poured on and more crostini that I didn't want because I just had to pay for more to go with my whipped ricotta . The chicken parm which we didn't get a photo of was wet and soggy and the sauce was too sweet for me but I heard that's how they do it in New Heaven. Either way it wasn't great and neither was the service. One bartender and she was just spaced out and our main courses didn't come out together and I'm thinking because I ordered a salad as my main but that kind of kink should be worked out system wise by now. The house Montepulcjano wine was in fact great and so see the band that was playing.
