Take out for a work lunch and everyone loved their meal. The food was ready at the requested time and all orders correct. I had the Chicken Milanese Caprese. Serving size is pretty big. The breading for the chicken needs a little more seasoning. The tomatoes weren't ripe so I had to toss them. Overall, a pretty good sandwich. The fries are delicious. read more

Not a great experience, unfortunately the evening we stopped in they were having issues with their help. Apparently the cook(s) were out sick and so we were limited to the happy hour menu for food choices. On top of that our waitress struggled and made numerous mistakes with our orders. Went last nite for BINGO nite and met group of friends First time eating here and won't be returning! Ordered the eggplant rolatini appetizer that was one small roll with hardly anything inside and the cheese on top was melted into sides of dish and burnt Worse I ever ate! If I could give a rating lower than 1 start I would.... this is the worst place I've ever eaten. I wouldn't even call it a restaurant. This old lady who is the manager is the rudest person I've ever met. She was screaming at an employee who was our waiter and she was the nicest person ever. Greatness all around- kind and attentive service, dog friendly, nice covered patio with ceiling fans, and great food. I sampled the fried zucchini, which came with pasta sauce, and stuffed shells which are always a favorite. My bf had the chicken parm, which he and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The best part was Def dessert- limoncello cake was supreme and the vesuvius cake was also really good (it's a cheesecake/chocolate fudge cake combo). Overall a very nice dining experience. read more

Hate writing negative reviews but after giving it three tries, can't hold back. 1st trip during the pandemic. Food and service were fair at best. 2nd trip - figured the first trip was an anomaly and things would be better. Went with two other couples and while the service (Jenn I think) was delightful, the food declined. Spoke with some gentleman who claimed to be the owner and his response was, "That's how we do it here". 3rd trip - Love clam pizza and tried to save the drive to Fantini's. It was ok (not great but okay) before this name change. Kind of an odd name they've come up with. Tells nothing about the restaurant. We've tried it three times since it's reopening. First visit - I had lasagna and my partner had spaghetti with meatballs. My lasagna was cold on the inside (like the microwaves hadn't touched it there) and my partner's spaghetti had very little sauce. He requested more sauce from the waitress and was told there would be an upcharge for that! Imagine. After having a discussion in the back the waitress reluctantly brought out some more spaghetti sauce. (I wish I had taken a photo of the first iteration) Second visit. Same thing with my lasagna even after I requested that it be served piping hot. Ugh. Cold inside. My partner requested the spaghetti with meatballs again. He was served spaghetti with meatsauce (not meatballs) Again having to have another conversation to request what he had ordered. Not a relaxing evening. I really like Dukes. The food is always good to excellent. We tend to alternate between pizza, sandwiches and bigger meals. The staff is always friendly. We have been about 10 times and have not been disappointed. The only minor annoyance is the outside, live music can be very loud. But, I will continue to visit. Gross!!!!! Ordered the chicken piccata and it was slimy and not "brown" like it usually is from any other place. Came out with slimy flour on it. If I could give this a zero I would! I hardly ever write reviews but this place totally warrants it. This place is horrible! The food and service were awful. We ordered Asiago cheeseballs appetizer and that was not good at all. It had a sweet chili sauce dip from a bottle and the cheese balls were awful! For main course we ordered a pizza. I asked the server what a Sicilian was and she said it was rectangular with more cheese than a regular pizza, like a deep dish so i ordered a meat specialty pizza Sicilian style. What we got was a plain cheese with such a thin layer of cheese with all dough! Dominoes pizza was better than what we got. When I asked the waitress, she said I ordered a Sicilian and that's what it was. I showed her on the menu that I wanted a meat one and each specialty pizza comes in either 12", 16", or Sicilian. On to the service. They have a paid jukebox that you can pay to play music so we put 7 songs on. About half way through the song, they turned the volume down then skipped every song in the queue. When I mentioned it to one of the workers, she said that the songs were inappropriate for the crowd that was there. This was a Thursday afternoon and the only people in the place were older adults and some were even dancing to the songs. I was floored!
