The main reason I'm leaving this review is when the owner found out I accidentally placed a pickup order at the wrong Piccola and I had walked over from my nearby hotel he cheerfully offered to drive over himself and pick it up and immediately took off to do so. Ten minutes later as I'm walking back to my hotel I with my food I was desperately hoping the food was great because my experience was so good I had to leave a review. Well, I'm a little disappointed because I'm traveling for work down from the NYC area and I dont have a place this good nearby. I ordered the meatball appetizer, mimoza pizza, and the ricotta cheescake. The meatballs were good, but they were meatballs and I dont know if they can be improved further. The pizza was amazing, I genuinely haven't had pizza this good that I can remember. They have a lot of classic and newer combinations that I really am excited to try next time I come back. Although I'd have to say that the cheesecake was really something else. If you compare it to cheesecake factory for a common reference then it's much smoother and lighter while still being rich and creamy. The sweetness is on point and this works much better as a dessert than regular cheesecake which can be a bit much. I make cheesecake regularly for my wife (its her favorite) and I just discovered that Ive been doing it wrong for years. This place is a nice small place with tasteful decoration, great ambiance and a beautiful oven as a centerpiece to let you know they mean business. There wasnt a free table at 9:30 on a Thursday night and thats probably because the food sets this place well above the competition. Try this place once and you'll be coming back. read more

We made reservations 2 nights ahead of time. Before we were finished having our drinks the waitress asked us to leave because she said they needed the table. There was no line at the door and there were two other tables completely empty. Very rude. read more

The tall gentleman (if I could even call him that) with the blue eyes was extremely rude and condescending. I entered the establishment and the staff did not make me feel welcome. zero stars. this place is attached to the hotel nearby and they charged $115 for room service and never showed up, I had to walk over there myself when I was already taxed for shipping, service fees, and delivering. once I got my food, I ate it and my pasta was too salty. The hostess was disrespectful and cancelled on our door dasher that was going to delivery out food to the room. The only good thing about this place is how considerate the manager is. read more

The Calamari's were overcooked. The customer service was not good had to ask for water refill three times and after spending $130. On food and wine not even ten minutes after having coffee and paying the bill they ask for us yo leave because they needed the table. There weren't even people waiting to be seated. We ordered $100 worth of pizza to be delivered to the hotel. The driver was not able to find the room and did not leave the pizza at the hotel nor the lobby and drove back with the pizza. Got charged $100 and the restaurant gave us the option to pick it up (we did not have a car as I was on vacation). Not happy with that service at all! read more

I ordered my 4 Stagioni pizza and Tiramisu online and 7 minutes later I received a text it was ready - speedy. They are located in a strip-mall type building and parking was very busy (there is parking in the back too though!) They were busy when I arrived. It's quite small inside but intimate, they have the option to dine outside in a nice courtyard-like area as well. I was greeted quickly when I entered and my pizza was ready very quick. The pizza was hot and it was an easy take out experience. Some slices had very little sauce. Overall a good pizza, but I was very disappointed to find what is listed as black olives on the menu are actually Kalamata olives. But the dough was perfect and overall I would try it again- just would get a different pizza. The Tiramisu is quite tasty and classic, I received a huge slice. read more

I just ate a really delicious pizza. If you are staying at the nearby Hilton Home2 or the La Quinta - stop looking for pizza. It's right across the street. Here's what I wished I knew before my order. It's hard to get a veggie pizza using the app. Also, I'm not good with their authentic Italian wording for the pizzas. Not a complaint-just mentioning it for app users who have never been here before. I ordered the 4 Stagioni Pizza. Took off the ham and added eggplant. They got the changes perfect! Thank you. I just didn't realize that this pizza is created in "4 Stagionis" which means each quarter of the pizza has an individual topping and you don't get a slice with a bite of all toppings. Again, not a complaint just info for the first timer if ordering this pizza thru the app. The toppings were all super fresh. The crust was fantastic. I did my order to go but the inside of the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Great for a date night or just a relaxing friends and family night without having to do the dishes...or shop...or cook...adulting is soooo hard. Didn't try the pasta but if I ever make it back I may try one of those. This was some really good pizza. read more

Great taste, very fresh ingredients, but the pizza wasn't quite done. It came out kind of soggy, messy, and difficult to eat with a chewy crust. It's a real shame, a couple more minutes in the oven, and it would have been perfect. We're wiling to give it another try though. read more
