The cashier who noted she hadn't been in for a month (one hears a lot while waiting for 20 minutes for a simple order) is just listless as there is no line but won't help the backlog. At one point she tells the drowning barista, who is already running more than 10 minutes late 'you are doing great' right before going back to the register and leaning on the counter. I approach her as my order is still not ready to request a refund and rather than just pull the cold brew lever to make the second drink she announces 'we'll, one is ready, do you want it?' She takes labors to demand the app and scan although she can fully see the order on her screen and needs a paper receipt signed to refund the drink they they can't bring themselves to possibly make. She is sure to wish me 'the loveliest of days' as I leave. Somehow it is the customer's fault for ordering there. The staff couldn't give less of a care, which is unfortunate. They could do so much more business if they even half tried, or if the staff supported one another.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. They don't deserve your business....besides, they charge too much anyway. GOOD BYE RIDGEFIELD STARBUCKS. I hadn't gone there in 4 years...they reminded me why.... Next time lock your door if you've already shut down....oh wait---you can't do that...you are still technically "open".
