I write this review of Royal Restrooms to make three points…read more First and most important, wow. I have been inside a facility, portable and temporary, from this vendor more than once. There is a local non profit that uses them for their events. I took a photo. You would not have any idea, if you were blindfolded and led into the unit, that it is portable and temporary. You would be in a guest in somebody's home, a nice one. I run half marathons. I use porta potties all the time. I have never seen anything such as this at any event with huge numbers of attendees. That is too bad. This exudes class. That might seem odd to say about this specific type of amenity. You have to see it to believe it. I am sure the cost is not the same, but if you experience the luxury you likely would agree that there is not even a family resemblance between this offering and the typical unit. Second, I would like to praise event planners. They are the customer who would specify this vendor. I participate in many functions. I believe event planners are not appreciated enough. I'd like to remedy that. To put together a formal gathering is not easy at all. The better you are, the less anyone notices. So I want to take this opportunity say thanks. Third, I would like to point out how Yelp is for much more than restaurant reviews. I was chatting with a work friend. She had no idea that there was anything else on this platform. I have enjoyed posting remarks. I am glad that Yelp can be a repository for commentary on any business. I rely on it for recommendations. In my contributions, I hope to make the world a better place, if only through a note about high end lavatories. There is so much else in the world people disagree about. A few days ago I noticed that on one of our faucets, if I closed the hot water side too fast there was a little bit of a rattle under the house. I thought I could handle it myself after asking Perplexity what it could be and installed a water arrestor. That didn't help so I thought, maybe it could be the strapping. I reached out to Handy Plumbing Man on a Saturday and they were quick to respond that they could have someone there on Monday. Monday morning came and their technician, Miguel, went down and found that one of the pipes they had worked on wasn't totally secured. No problem, mistakes happen. He said he'd call the office to get technicians over to check the strapping on the work below. I had to go into work but did get a message from them later on that day to see if they could get someone over the same day (Monday) to fix it. This is more on me that I had already gone into work, but they said they could do tomorrow morning at 8am. The guys, Carlos and Baltazar, came bright and early, went under the house and secured the pipe and then some. Awesome company!

The job was complicated by 16 years of rust and hard water and pre-existing terrible cracked granite countertops that hadn't been sealed and protected well at all around the faucet area. Eddie was able to schedule me within 48 hours of my call and Jorge from #1 Honest Plumber showed up ready to go. He inspected the issues with my sink and gave me an extremely reasonable flat-price quote to do the work. I agreed and then watched as Jorge did a skillful surgery to excise what remained of the old faucet, patched up my terrible granite like a dentist would patch up a cavity, and installed and tested my new faucet and soap dispenser. Jorge was polite, friendly, professional, efficient, tidy, careful and didn't even roast me for my ham-fisted attempts at DIY work before he showed up. It doesn't get much better than that! Freshly vaccinated and ready to get out of the rain we rented an RV for a month to visit relatives in CA. We discovered the black water valve pipe flanges were busted. Decided to fix in Bay Area while visiting family. Who knew there were no dump stations till Gilroy and the RV shops were 5-6 weeks out for appointments! The mobile RV guys need tanks empty to do work plus the smell was horrible. So we called and Junior got back to us quickly. He came and dumped the tanks, and ran cleaning solution through the black tank. Then we looked at the repair. He said he could do it! We did the repairs two days later using his tools and labor and a mix of parts that we both bought. Took about 2 hours and cost less way less than what I was quoted by the mobile RV guys. They answered the phone immediately, were able to schedule us right away for an emergency septic pump (which is not an easy task as we live up in the mountains), and showed up as promised within a few hours. Our tank was so full that they needed to do the job in two visits, but did them sequentially so the job is complete. Both the man who answered the phone plus the plumber were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Finally, their rates were very reasonable. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service from Pichanga. We needed to pump our septic tank on an emergency basis to fix backed up drains in our house. Junior and his helper showed up within an hour and a half on Sunday of a holiday weekend. They promptly pumped our septic tank (which cleared the drain problem) and saved our weekend. But never got a call with the estimates. - After 4 follow up attempts, I finally got an estimate for replacing my heater with another tank one, which wasn't at all what I asked for. - Another 3 requests for Mark (GM) to call. Had one phone call, was promised a call 2 days later. After 4 days, called and spoke to Mark. He said he'd try to piece together the story and would call back that day. Got a call the next day where I got rough estimates but he said he needed to come out and redo the video. Made an appointment for 8:30am today. - Mark didn't show, and they only contacted the backup number for my account (my ex) instead of the number if confirmed 8 times before to tell me a tech would be out at 1. I called at 11am, they told me they texted and called (none of which I got), and that Mark would call me back in a few minutes. I asked for my fees to be refunded, wasn't given an answer. The office is a hot mess, emails go unanswered, and another plumber came out (for free) and scoped my line and neither of us see any belly - so now it seems like I'm being given false information as well. Changing this review score and couldn't be more disappointed in how a company clearly doesn't respect their customers.

I was driving on 280 South and slowing down to safely exit at Meridian when a company van accelerated instead of yielding. The driver moved to the far right and passed me on the shoulder/outside of the lane. Given the wet road conditions, this maneuver was extremely unsafe and could have easily caused an accident. There was no reason for the driver to behave this way. I can't speak to the quality of their plumbing services, but this type of driving in a clearly marked company vehicle reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces safe driving expectations with their drivers

They also clean up well after. Their manner is always courteous and extremely kind. Hard to find a company like that nowadays. Their office manager-Fiona is probably the best office manager Ive ever worked with. Extremely responsive, reliable and resourceful.At some point I feel bad she spent too much time on our little project. I do certainly hope she stays with the company for a long time. I would highly recommend this company for any underground plumbing work
