He was very young, but very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I asked him to please look at my tires and let me know how many tires he believed I needed replacing. I watched through the window and I could see he spent time looking at each tire before walking back in. He notified me that I needed all four tires replaced. He went over a couple types of tires, knowing I only needed them for local driving. He took down my information and I received a text notifying me of the status of the estimated time of repair. I expected it to be a 40 minute wait time. 15 minutes later Matthew came over and let me know that my car was finished. A half an hour prior to when I thought it would be finished. I received a military discount, and was asked if I had a AAA card for another discount. I felt as if Matthew was insuring I was getting the best deal possible. He also went over everything as far as when I could come in for a free tire rotation, air, blowouts. He definitely made me feel I came to the right place for service.
