The new shop investigated and found that Commercial Tire gouged my axel shaft with an angle grinder (when they were cutting off what the needed to cut off to replace the seal). Bad enough that they damaged my property and didn't say anything, but rather filled the gouge with silicone ( are you shitting me?) put it back together and sent me on my way, to have issues later. All the mechanics are super communicative and the front desk receptionist is outstanding! Every single call including my past due reminder calls are always kind and helpful never aggressive or rude. i've had bad experiences at every single location besides this one.
