Totally bizarre experience here. I initially went in to take artsy photos, which I had done plenty of times before and never had any comments or problems. Every time I come to this location I get the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone acts like they can't be bothered to help a customer for more than a solid 60 seconds. They rather stand around and talk to each other and let people line up all the way out the door before helping someone. Love the staff here! Quick witted and eager to help! They know parts! If they don't have it they can search for it or put you on a parts list so if the part you want comes in they will let you know. Bring your own tools and be prepared to do some walking. They supply some carts. I've never been lucky enough to get one but they are there. Prices are more than reasonable! read more

This was a very cool place. I haven't done a picknpull in 40 yrs - and was looking for a car that is hard to find. Their inventory said they had one and they did! The store was well organized and run by the staff - and the cars were orderly and easy to locate. The part prices are what surprised me the most - I was expecting them to bleed me but that was not how it worked! the person evaluated my parts and stated a number and I was done. Smooth, fair and I"m now a fan. (FYI - during Covid, you need your mask which they enforced and rightly so in the building). If you're doing this, take a bottle of water cuz man is it hot! read more

Our van had severe mechanical issues and would cost more to fix than the value of the van. After a nice conversation on the phone with Pick N Pull they offered $150 and would tow the van to their yard. While that seemed a bit low we accepted. They could only offer a four hour window for the pick up and we had to be present. Difficult to arrange in a busy work day but my husband was able to move some things around and be with the van and wait for the tow truck. When the truck arrived he had a check for $100, not the lowball $150 that had been promised. We really couldn't do anything about it, they had us over a barrel as we couldn't readjust schedules again to do this another time. We feel this is what they do. promise one thing but deliver another knowing you can't really fight it. We will never use this company again. Cheaters. read more

Careful going there, they discriminate against ADA people about face coverings Per manager "you need a doctors note that says you can enter picknpull with no mask on. Falling under ADA this has been the only time I have truly been singled out and felt discriminated against. They also say per state mandate ADA people are required to have a card or paper on them at all time. read more

Went in with a daughter---Im on crutches and need help. They charge you to get in even if you don't buy anything. I needed her just to help me walk but they charged her too. They were over burdened with one woman on the phones---she was exasperated by a long winded buyer complaining about what he had just purchased. I asked abut something and was referred to a guy on the other side of the counter. He acted like what I said was gibberish. His show of disdain was perplexing. Ive been there 4 times before after having no other choice, and found service to be slow and rude each time. I notice another reviewer say that Hispanics are not treated well there---WHAT!? Most of the people in there looking for arts and also the guys who ere working outside and around the building were Hispanic. So the negative---service sucks. The positive---I saw no prejudice there at any time. Gotta be fair. I have no desire to go there again and hope the other stores have better people. read more

i used to come here since the mid 90's but it's been a few years. The customer service and knowledge base for the people working the desk has plummeted to no expertise or professionalism at all. The only helpful one was the blond girl who was trying to figure out what I was requiring, and the other guys were just rude and kept calling me bro and ignoring me. On top of that, the parts are overpriced, as if the scrap world doesn't realize how cheap you can order parts from the internet. I went here since it was on the way to where I was going, but when I asked for the price for what I pulled, it was more than a new part from a discount website I left the part on the counter, sat in my car in the parking lot and ordered the new part with my phone for 75% less than the scrapyard price. I have been to every Pick N Pull in the area and this one is by far the largest and has the most inventory. Even if you don't find what you want here, there's always stuff to look through. I end up spending more than I usually want to on stuff just because they have it. Excellent service, inventory, and experience. I visit every couple weeks. read more

The website quote form didn't work correctly, and my sweetie didn't call to make an appointment, so we just showed up there with the car., as the buyer was heading out to lunch. $2 Entry fee. Lots of inventory for older cars, newer cars not so much. They hand you a list of cars and how long they've been on the lot, then you can check to see if you can pull the part yourself. Check available cars online before coming. They do not inventory individual parts. Great, no frills yard. read more

While on my way through portland on a road trip totaling about 3000 miles I picked up 4 tires from the Sherwood location advertised as 175/65 r14 for their PREMIUM used tires at 140. I assumed since they were labeled and priced as a set of 4 they would all be the advertised size. After discovering they were not I drove AN HOUR AND A HALF BACK to the location in se on 113th ave because it was closer where they informed me that since they were not marked with a grease pen that I didn't purchase them from pick and pull even though I had my receipt clearly stating I had purchased them from a pick and pull. I called the Sherwood location and was told if I wanted to drive the 30+minutes across town I could talk to their manager who I'm assuming was near enough to have spoke to on the phone and they MIGHT be able to work something out. I am DRIVING ON CORDS right now when I would have accepted some NOT PREMIUM used tires that fit even. I BACKTRACKED AN HOUR AND A HALF AND GOT SHIT ON AND TOLD I WAS A LIAR. I'm pretty easy to please and will even eat food I find hairs in eating out and not bitch but now I'm out 70 bucks in worthless tires 15+dollars in gas and more than 3 hours of time and I'm probably going to have to come home early due to how much I have to spend now and for 8 bucks more than the price I paid I could have had 4 new tires delivered to my door. I had been their loyal patron for about 6 years but I will not be back after being called a liar and having my time wasted too. read more

Went here looking for a wheel cover for a 1999 Camry. They couldn't tell me if they had one in stock but gave me a list of about a dozen 1997-99 Camrys in their yard. Paid the $2 admission and wandered around for about an hour checking every 1997-99 Camry in the lot. No wheel covers on the cars, in the cars or in the trunks. In fact from what I could see, I doubt they had more than a few wheel covers for all the cars here. Either they go fast or Hub Cap World at 8827 SE Division buys them all for resale. At least that was who they recommended after I wasted $2 admission and an hour of my time. Oh well. read more
