Wow... was the meat manager rude. I understand it's the holiday, but really. He was just disrespectful and short with me.

Stopped in for water and the smell of Chicken, and meatloaf and O My!!!! Every department was Spot on with the exception that that oranges were all out dated. The seafood was well presented and many Sales. Meat department full of ready to cook masterpieces of beef, chicken or pork. Oh and I can't forget the 2 for $10 chicken/fried/rotisserie/ or meatloaf mix n match. Amazing baked goods! Fine Wine selection as well as Micro Brew assortments. I'm pleased how clean the store is and polite the workers are! Nice Job!! read more

I just don't like this PNS. The parking lot is horrible. Medians are everywhere, but there is no pedestrian zone between them. One of the building entrances puts you directly in the way of exiting customers. The liquor department is oddly situated within the store and gets closed by means of being roped off. The personal hygiene products are illogocally situated in two separate areas! This store looks great when you start at the proper side (look for the produce), but once you get past the new, fancy bakery/deli/cheese area, it's just a regular yet poorly laid out grocery store. 48/2014 read more

Beware order at your own risk!!!! Bakery protocol is out-dated!!! All paper orders...I placed an order for a birthday cake 3 weeks ago and I called to switch the dates, they said everything was set go, I go to pick up my order the day of my daughters party and the lady told me it was disposed because I was supposed to pick it up on Saturday, they never changed the date and there was nothing they could do...You think they would have called on Saturday confirming it was ready for pick up? The cashiers are few, the baggers are few. ONE checker on a busy day. When my husband POLITELY brought it up to the manager, he told him to use the self check out. Then he told him to shop somewhere else if he wasn't happy with the service. Are you kidding me? Well, we do go somewhere else now, even though this place is only 3 blocks from our home. Sendiks and Aldi now gets our business.The manager should be fired. Or work in telemarketing where he can be rude to people. read more

Spent more than $16 on 3 loaves of white Keto bread. It was not outdated, but every loaf was moldy (green & grey)

There are pros and cons to this Pick n Save. The pros would be a good selection of grocery items, a decent liquor selection, good sales (from time to time), friendly staff, and my favorite, a sushi bar. And the store is clean and well kept, also. The cons would be a poor layout of the store, higher prices at times, and the parking lot. If you want to see examples of human stupidity, you will see it in this parking lot. Almost every time I'm here, I hear horns honking in the parking lot because somebody was cut off. And there are way too many medians in the lot. For me, the pros do outweigh the cons. So I will continue to utilize this location from time to time. read more

Pick 'n Save can be expensive when it comes to their prices but they always have good deals / sale and coupons so in my opinion it's worth it. They always have quality items and I have never bought anything from their bakery, deli, etc that I haven't liked. Their fresh fruit section is amazing. Very rarely have I seen fruit that wasn't 100% fresh and that is usually when the season for that particular fruit is ending (example: strawberries). Their customer service is amazing. It doesn't matter who I am talking to (cashier, stockers, customer service rep, etc) they always treat me with respect and I have witnessed interactions with other customers and they were treated with respect as well. They truly want to make sure the customer is happy. I would avoid the chicken pot pie they make there and sell. I bought one and followed the directions for cooking it and still ended up getting food poisoning from it. Because of this I am very skeptical of anything else they sell that they make there and I will probably not buy or eat anything they make themselves for at least a couple years. read more

Went to this store to by some bakery,wrong move !! Did not find what I was looking for !! Talked to Bakery Manager, no helpl all she did was look at her clipboard and give me a half ass answer !!! Found what I was looking for finally !! When I asked to speak to the store manager all he did was give me some lame story how busy they are,he was also rude and not very friendly !!! Never has any baggers, every time I go and buy food the woman with crazy hair asks me a million times whether I have coupons or need paper or plastic. Ma'am I've already said plastic is fine and that I do not have any coupons, please stop asking me. And because she wastes so much time asking me repetitive questions AND there's never a bagger, she rushes to throw all our food in bags, resulting in me unloading groceries at home just for my wheat bread to be at the bottom of the bag with a bottle of bleach right on top. Less than 1 star. Every time I go there, they are changing the store around, can never find anything. Dumb. Last month I was there buying some pulled pork it's already made and when I was looking at it all the packages on the shelf were so I guess over a month past their expiration date disgusting. Then I needed to buy some dry cottage cheese and all of their cottage cheese that they had with dry was three weeks past the expiration date even more disgusting. Then this past Tuesday I took my boys grocery shopping and I always let them pick out their own cereal. That was January 30. This morning Saturday, February 3 my son goes to open the box of golden grahams cereal and says Mom look. The expiration date was for December 3, 2017 mind you we bought it January 30, 2018. So I guess you have to check a date at absolutely everything you buy from Pick 'n Save. So unhappy and upset read more

If you are disabled, don't shop here. Most of the electric carts are out of order, and some that are functional are being driven by employees who are restocking shelves. Really? My Aunt had to try and walk while staff were seated. Quite disgusting! read more

There is no excuse to not have baggers, their prices are increasing and they get plenty of business so they can afford them. They expect their cashiers to bag so customers feel guilty and end up packing too. Many prices are not posted and there are no self scanners so you have to track down a worker to find out the prices. read more

It took me a while to get used to this store's layout after they moved it from across the street. I like it though! The produce is usually good quality and fresh. The deli and butcher have excellent meats. Overall the store is kept clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The only drawback would be the parking lot. It can get pretty packed and isn't layed out the best. I usually just park back further and walk instead of driving around aimlessly looking for the "perfect" spot. read more

I went in with my 2 year old and 4 month old to find a gift for a friend for Mother's Day. Their selection was very picked over (which I understood being 2:30pm on Mother's Day.) When I didn't buy anything, the cart stopped working in the entryway- which quickly became a traffic jam. Unbeknownst to me, if you come into the store and don't buy anything, the carts know and stop. The assistant manager came over, looked into my cart (which had my daughter's car seat and my 2 year old's dolls), and asked if I'd checked out. I said I decided not to buy anything. He then said, "It's a security thing- if you come into the store and don't but anything the cart knows." That was it- no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, no Happy Mother's Day, nothing... when I was unloading my girls into the car, the cart guy came over, grabbed my cart and said "Happy Mother's Day." I had a much more personable interaction with the teenage employee than I did the assistant manager. read more

Possibility the Pick N Save on South 76th in Greenfield is going to close. Their shelves have had numerous empty shelves for 3 or 4 weeks now. Many everyday items are not being stocked. Sendik's and eijer's are still a better shopping experience from having merchandise and Meijer's being considerably lower in price. Add the poorly designed parking lot where customers have to push carts up hill and there is no reason anybody should shop at this Pick N Save. read more

Used to get the broasted chicken when the deli was open now they have the hot cases everything is charged by the pound now the cost is three times higher this way chicken was horrible dry and chewy we tried it three times from their new hot case section trust me it is a huge rip off and the quality has gone down and their prices have gone up never again! read more

Cashiers extremely unfriendly. When there was a problem with a coupon I had she did not listen to me and treated me as though she were talking to a child. Not professional at all. I would definitely not want a person so unfriendly representing my store. I attempted to go to the service desk as well with my problem, but the cashier had called ahead to brief the service desk of the problem in case I showed up. That woman also was extremely unfriendly and also would not let me explain my side. Horrible representation of the company. I have shopped very frequently at this store, and consistently have problems with the employees there. This was the last straw for me. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. read more

HORRIBLE parking lot. Drivers cut out into oncoming traffic whether it's 76th or Cold Spring and almost cause accidents. Live right by this store but choose to go to another location instead. read more
