Don't forget to take a peek at the clearance rack too. The staff here is always helpful and friendly. The only thing here that is a bit annoying is the lack of cellular service once you get into the building, forcing you to utilize their WiFi but you have to ask the information desk for the password. It would be really helpful to have that information posted at the door or around the store because I often use my phone in the store. Other than that, I love sendiks & will continue to shop here for years to come!

Although this is a bit far from my home, it's conveniently located near my work so I can pick up items after work. The liquor department is probably one of the biggest I've ever seen with many allocated items behind the counter and occasional raffles for the more rare allocations. The carts are big and noisy but I'll use the "small" ones if I can find one. The store can be overwhelming the first couple of times but eventually you get used to the layout. Woodmans is always busy but with the selection and prices, it's easy to see why. And even with the amount of product and people that pass through here, it's well kept and clean. My favorite departments are probably the huge produce and dairy department. Woodman's will continue to be a place I stop at for groceries and other goodies!

They either don't register that items have been placed on the belt or the card reader doesn't work. An employee said they just put in their 2-week notice because they're constantly having to deal with the broken machines and angry customers. Another issue is the app only has the correct aisle location for items about 50% of the time yet the store is always making announcements about using the app to find items.

Never in my life have I see carts in that condition at a big name grocery store. The workers here need more support. Kroger, you can do better for your customers and your employees.

They are short staffed by any measure, they press customers into working for free (self check out), and it's hard to find anyone who can help you find something specific. Long, slow lines if like me you insist on a human being check you out. Employees aren't well trained in pandemic precautions, most prefer the Amish Beard or Snorkel style of mask wearing without much hand cleaning. It's what the local customers prefer, this is an area where many don't really believe in COVID19, so although pretty busy hardly any customers are masked or distancing. At the time of my visit, local hospitals were nearing capacity again. Many goods have no prices marked, especially in endcap and special sale displays. On the plus side, there's a good selection of produce, flowers, fresh baked goods.
