Ordered a "family meal" and this is what we got. Supposed to feed 4 to 5. You can see the bottom of the container and we haven't even touched it. Where's the rest of the food!? Family meal? Totally unacceptable! Food tasted great but definitely did not provide the proper amount of food for this family meal. I've ordered this before at other locations and I'm positive they did us dirty with the amount we received. Very disappointed. Unacceptable. read more

Thought I give Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors (biz name is a mouthful) a chance to impress me with their dishes. It is located at Sierra Lakes Village in Fontana. Huge parking lot. First time here. Great indoor space with some outdoor seating. I was the only customer at the time. Lady staff was very friendly and helpful. Wow, menu has a great variety with appetizers, fried rice & chow mein, noodles, specific protein entrees such as tofu, chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon plus salads, family value packs, and dishes under 400 calories. I ended up getting the Drunken Noodle Chicken and Thai Basil Cashew Chicken Rice. Both dishes were made to order. They were very fresh. Portions were adequate. Unfortunately, flavor on the noodle missed the mark. Noodles needed more soy sauce and spice. Chicken was limited. Rice dish had more flavor. However, I felt there was more rice than the other half. This review does not reflect the service. The service was perfect. The lady that took my order was nice and easy to order from. She even brought me my food when it was ready. Reason for the 1 star is the price/food quality, quantity, and taste compared to your reg Panda Express in which is a perfect comparison to this place. Ordered orange chicken she offered white or brown rice and said fried or noodles would be 2.50 more. The white rice as you know is blan so I wish I would have just paired the extra for the flavor cause it kinda ruined my meal only getting one item. For the price. $17.16 for white rice a scoop of pre frozen orange chicken and a small coke is kinda crazy when I could have went to panda and got two items, fried rice and chow main with a small soda for less and a better taste. It's basically an expensive Panda Express with less flavor. That's all. Ambiance was fine. Nice clean place and it should be. read more

What in the too much salt is this?! Came here for dinner recently. I was craving some Chinese food with tofu. I ordered one of the tofu dishes with chow mein and an order of cream cheese wontons. Chow mein was VERY salty. Like too much soy sauce. I couldn't even eat it. And I'm usually not one to complain about salt. I love all the salty things, French fries, pizza, breads, etc. I love it all. But this............. This was salt overload. So much so that I couldn't even eat it. Now that is bad. I ate the tofu and threw the chow mein away. I would honestly prefer it to be under- soy sauced, rather than too much soy sauce. You can always add more, but not take away. My body felt like the Sahara Desert after two bites of that chow mein. Ya'll trying to dehydrate me and put me in the hospital with a water bag or what? lol The cream cheese wontons were good. I'm gonna start with the negative bc I only have one complaint it's that the water is egregiously bad. On my life probably the worst water I've tasted at a restaurant. Truly my hose water probably tastes better. Which makes me wonder if they can't make sure their water is properly filtered what other corners are cut? Not sure if the noodles are cooked in the same water but we did think they tasted off too. That aside the person who took our order was super friendly, really warm energy. The two chicken entrees we got were pretty good and same with the fried rice. I haven't tried this place in probably like 10 years, decided to give them another try, just please please fix the water and I would come back. read more

As creatures of comfort, my sister and I always have stuck to Panda Express but decided to try something new.
