Not sure how long they have been in this food hall but I am happy they came this way. I am a fan of their food and their service. This location is different because you use a kiosk to order is it's limited interaction. It's a food hall so it can get busy but it was chill when we went in. All the dishes were tasty and piping hot. The music was low but audible and the people were not too loud. Over all nice spot for this location.

I went into the food hall hungry and when I saw this restaurant it looked promising but there was no one staffing this counter. Looks vacant even though product was on the counter. Apparently they don't want the business. Same thing with Tikka next door- a ghosts town but they're not listed so I can't review them.

The lady up front greeted us SO kindly! There was a bit of a language barrier but we pulled out our translate and was so incredibly sweet, we didn't see red curry on the menu and asked for it and she went ahead and made some for us. It wasn't until after the fact when we ate we realized they were closed yet they took us in with open arms. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone who loves Thai, or is new to the food!! So yummy!! :))

A few of my Yelpie friends and I met up at the Victoria Gardens Food Hall. We were scouting out which food vendor would get our business. I love Thai food so I was eyeing the Elephant Thai Restaurant. There are a couple kiosks available on the counter for customers to order from. They also sell canisters of Thai tea if you're interested in making your own version of Thai Iced Tea. When should I be over your house? I'll have two cups please LOL. I ended up ordering 3 items... Drunken Noodles with chicken, Basil Stir-Fry Over Rice with chicken, and Thai Iced Tea with no boba. Both noodles and rice dishes were with mild spice... that's the highest level of spice I can handle LOL. I want to be able to taste my foods. Everything I ordered were yummy and delicious. Flavors were on point. Spice level was perfect. I would order them again and again. I will definitely be back to try their Pad Thai with chicken and Pad Sewe with shrimp next time. Staff was very friendly. Ambiance was quaint... it has a lovely restaurant front. Wait time was a little bit long though, but perhaps it was dinner time and they were one of the busiest food vendor at the food hall. Prices are average for Thai dishes. Nearby parking garage is available. Highly recommend this place!

028/24 This Thai Kiosk counter is located inside the Food Hall in Victoria Gardens Mall. Couldn't decide what to have that day so just had the fried cream cheese Rangoon. Very attractive floweretes wonton wrapper indeed made it appetizing. I was disappointed with the texture of the cream cheese filling. It was bland and the cheese texture was coarsely light that seemed less fat kind. The wait was not worth the taste. I might try them another day one more time cause I might have just come on a bad day!

Stopped by on Friday, 02/02/24 for the first time with my mom during lunch time. Located inside the food hall area in Victoria Gardens, we ordered the following: - 1 Pad Thai Noodle = $12.95 - 1 Pad See Ew Noodle = $12.95 SUBTOTAL = $25.90 TAX = $2.01 TOTAL = $27.91 The employee originally asked us to order via the kiosk. Upon ordering and checking out, we realized that we didn't click/order a dish but it was charging us. The employee apologized and mentioned that they've been having some system/technical issues. So she took our order. The wait time was about 10-15 minutes. Overall, the food was yummy and we liked how it wasn't too salty. Portions were a bit small. Overall 3/5.

I didn't know they had a Thai place at the Victoria gardens food court! I was looking for dinner to bring home and just walked inside the food court and saw this at the very end. I wanted to give it a try and was not disappointed!! This is probably the best pad Thai that I have ever tried!!! It's so good! Love the flavor! The ones I always eat has a sweet flavor which is okay but this did not and it was so yummy! The pad se ew was delicious too! Def would come back again!

It reminded me of my college days ... not in a good way, over priced tasteless food . Service very slow even on a slow day . No ambiance ...

The food was very delicious but for $17 very extremely small portion. Removed one star strictly for portion size too small for the price.

It's hot, tasty, and the same portion all the time. The store itself is in the same plaza as 99 ranch. It's a cute little cafe looking shop. Sometimes there's a wait to get in, but the turnover is mostly quick. You can order through Uber Eats or online through their website. My favorite is how numbing and actually spicy the dishes are. I love being in pain, and when you ask for spicy, you will get spicy. My go to is the chongqing zajiang or the yibin burning noodles. I've also tried chengdu zajiang and the sour pickled mustard with shredded pork, the stir fried potatoes, and the chicken with chili sauce. All dishes were excellent. They were very filling and delicious. The prices are extremely reasonable because they give you a good amount of food and the quality is great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

They have spacious seating and look through windows to see the cooks in the kitchen. The woman who served us was nice and attentive. There was a bit of a language barrier but she made sure to get our order right. The menu is large. Lots of options!! We ordered Pork Xiao Long Bao, House Mix Dry Noodles, Orange Chicken, Beef and Green Pepper Pan Fried Dumplings , Pork and Chili Oil Wontons, Smashed Cucumber with a side of rice. We enjoyed it all. The smashed cucumber was very flavorful. I like the twist of it being smashed. It provided a mix of texture and there was plenty to go around. The house mix dried noodles was spicy. We did order it without the peanut sauce due to an allergy but the noodles were cooked perfectly. Reminded me of a broth less ramen bowl. Lots of spices!! The pork Xia long bao was good too. I enjoyed the broth inside. Had a little tang to it. Very tasty with the vinegar and soy sauce mix we made. I was pleasantly surprised on how juicy the Beef and. Green pepper pan fried dumplings were. I would definitely get them again. The orange chicken was a hit in my opinion. It was cooked well and did not have too much breading. It had a nice crunch and the sauce was more of a glaze. It had a strong orange flavor taste to the sauce and was served with a few small slices of actual orange. My favorite dish was the Pork and Chili Oil Wontons. Man, I loved it. The chili oil was not spicy but more flavorful. The chili flakes is what gave it the kick. It was topped with green onion ( not too much). Every wonton ate made me want the next. Lots of flavor. We finished the meal with a shared desert. We had the chocolate dumplings. They were ok. I believe them to be melted Lindt chocolate wrapped in a dumpling. Never had it before. It was cool.

By the end of the meal, the only thing left on the table was two pieces of the beef roll and that was only because we were completely stuffed! The standout dishes for me were the tomato egg noodles and the XLBs. The noodles were comforting and flavorful, and the steamed dumplings were juicy and flavorful. I can't handle much spice, but both my husband and our friend absolutely loved the dry mixed noodles and the spicy chicken wontons. To finish our meal, we shared the salted egg yolk steamed buns, which were incredibly soft and made the perfect dessert. We were really impressed and only wish they would open a location in the South Bay someday. We'd be there all the time!

Sizzling plates used to be THE big thing in the early and mid 2000s with lots of boba places having them as as specialty (RIP Coffee Break and MJ's Tea House), but now aside from a handful of businesses and Pepper Lunch, they're much more rare. Glad that the IE has Sizzlin' Place as one of their sizzling plate heavy hitters. Aside from the sizzling plates, they have other menu items including fried appetizers, soup and dried noodles, and sides like fries and takoyaki, but if you're going to a sizzling plate place, you gotta get a sizzling plate, you know? That's decorum. Service is welcoming and friendly, and efficient in the safest way possible with the scorching hot plates. Seating can get limited due to the nature of the meal, but I've never had an issues the times I chose to eat here. Ambiance can be relaxed and chill when the Haven City Market isn't busy, but during weekends or rush hour, it can get a bit hectic and there may be a bit of a wait. A staple that you can never go wrong with is the hot plate beef and if you're a carnivore or if you're sharing, you have to upsize and upgrade it. The slices of beef here are just slightly thicker than what I'm used to at Pepper Lunch, but that just means it'll shrink less and get less stuck on the hot plate as well. You get a hearty serving of rice with some corn on top, pepper, and green onions. Like other sizzling plate places, you can always get pasta or udon instead of rice, if you're feeling a bit more adventurous. Super hot, filling meal that's easy to eat. Not the most flavorful sometimes, at least with what I order, and in comparison to other competitors, but hits the spot when need be.
