This place has gone way down hill. The meat is weird and not the same, the noodles aren't the same. The rice is just crap now. Guess what, the prices are higher. I get Inflation but don't change the OG stix meat, sauces, noodles and rice or get your cooks on board. Pretty disappointed. We won't be returning to this location. I'd rather drive farther to s location who isn't cutting as many corners. ‍This location was much better pre covid. I'm not sure what they did. read more

I ordered through DoorDash and unfortunately, I received more mistakes. Then good experiences. So I usually call the stores make sure that if I need something like a sauce that they put it in the bag. I called pickup sticks and spoke to a very caring sweet, with exceptional customer service, by the name of betsy. She was able to ensure that my order was correct. And even though doordash didn't allow me to select certain things, she had no problem fixing it with happiness. People post a lot of bad reviews, but I think more positivity needs to be shined upon when it's given to us. So thank you Betsy, from the north Fontana store. You were so amazing and helpful. I really hope that pick up sticks as a restaurant gives you recognition you deserve. read more

We came to eat on our way traveling and I'm glad we did. As soon as we entered the door, we were greeted with a "welcome in! Please let me know when you're ready to order." That's always a good sign. We were serviced quickly once we ordered and everything was nicely explained to us. The food was freshly cooked and looked amazing. We will be back when we find ourselves this way again. Good job. Wow! It's been a few years since I've eaten here. Incredibly terrible tasting, the whole thing, every entree. We ordered a family meal deal with, beef/broccoli, crispy honey chicken, orange chicken, shrimp/vegetables, egg roll, fried rice, chow mein, steamed white rice and cream cheese wontons. Sadly, the only thing that tastes ok are the cream cheese wontons. It's weird cuz they cook everything to order but none of the flavors are correct. My family and I won't be back. Even the steamed rice isn't good it tastes like minute rice. I'm super bummed, we just spent $75 bucks on food we don't want to eat. read more

I fell in love with the savory flavor of House Special Chicken that I returned on August 22 and 23 and ordered the same entree. The managers and crew on duty are polite, friendly and courteous. Great service, still awesome food that's is always hot and the manager Scot is still super great! Egg fried rice is great along with honey and house fried chicken entrees. Tofu coconut curry taste great and house tofu is vegan/vegetarian. The lunch combo prices are awesome for what you get. This food was honestly one of the most disappointing things I've ever had. I was super excited to try because I've heard good things. Everything I had tasted like it was days old, nothing was hot and also nothing had flavor. The beef broccoli tasted at least 3 days old and the broccoli was still raw. The chow mein was cold and also tasted extremely old. The only thing that was okay was the orange chicken and it wasn't anything special. It was absolutely not worth the price.
