While I didn't expected gulf size shrimp, I did expect in paying extra that there would be more than 4 tiny shrimp. By far now my least favorite Restaurant in the airport. The food was oily like make you sick oily. I asked for extra condiments and was give 1 sriracha and 1 soy sauce for 2 people. The workers held a full on conversation while me and my husband ordered and then if she missed what we said she spoke loudly to us. As someone who works in the airport. Do not eat hear. Food is so nasty like i can't even explain it. I forgot the food was nasty and accidentally ate here. Most things are burnt or cooked weird . This is a good, quick, somewhat healthy meal for those who want food quick and don't want a burger or a pre packaged sandwich off the neighboring shops. It's a small Chinese selection where you can select a meat item and then either white rice, fried rice or noodles. They also have egg rolls and decent drink selection. The food was fast and better than many other Chinese restaurants. The one note was that one of my items was Generals chicken which is usually a little spicy. This is Generals orange chicken and it was very sweet and not spicy at all. That isn't good or bad but something to be aware of. Your typical fast food Asian airport food. The noodles were "eh." The general Tso's orange chicken was not too bad. I did like the chunks of beef in the beef and broccoli. I think there were two in my one scoop. Along with about fifty slices of carrots. And one or two pieces of broccoli. They could've called it Carrots with broccoli and a bit of beef. So let's start with the fact that they charge airport prices and give tiny, tiny servings. Then, they actually weigh the container to make sure they didn't accidentally give you too much food! They have almost no vegetarians options. Then, they don't give more vegetables than they do meat courses despite the obvious cost difference. Approached food counter to order. Cashier and cook manned the front counter. Chubby Hispanic employee talking about his new job he was hoping to win. Stood at counter listening to conversation in clear view of all concerned. About 1 minute went by before any one acknowledged me. How do you open at 830 and not have all your food ready. Shouldn't that be done before you open. Maybe you should open at 9 or have you employees come in earlier so they can have all the food ready when you open. Telling a customer you have to wait 12 minutes is unacceptable. read more
