The person they sent said neither he nor anyone else at the company received the inspection report I sent so I re-emailed it while he was here and he did a cursory inspection by walking around the house (i.e., not actually getting on the roof). He said they'd send an estimate within 5 business days. That was 13 calendar days ago, or about 8 or 9 business days ago, and I haven't heard anything since then.
