Pickleball Kingdom is a nightmare to cancel Memberships. Supposed to be a Christian organization and their moral and ethics are very shady. I canceled my membership back in October 2025. I have been billed every month since. I call and dispute and get my money back. But what a pain. I hope they at least get fees for charge backs. To cancel you go to the app forces you to go to the club to cancel. Which I did. You go in and they can't do anything for you except for Me an email address to write My cancellation which I did in front of the lady. I received a response begging me to not to cancel and just freeze the membership. I responded no thanks please cancel. They simply refuse to cancel and I have left voice mails on the HQ PHONE. What a joke this company is, with all the courts around just play elsewhere and save yourself a similar nightmare. read more

Dealing with the hot weather, this place is where I would go play pickleball. Great newer location! They offer open play for visitors broken into playing levels. The parking can be packed at times but recommend playing pickleball games. Fun! Dave Kohlan is a very good instructor that makes lessons very fun. read more

FIRST TIME HERE! $20 drop in fee for open play. They have both AM & PM sessions for open play, you need to call to check hours as they do change. Great layout of courts! They are zoned by level of play: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced. Paddle rack system. High ceilings, AC & good flow of air throughout the warehouse so it's not stuffy. Very clean space. They have demo paddles to rent and also sell paddles & clothing. In the middle they have a bar and a second floor of chairs and tables to relax, sit and enjoy. Each court is sectioned off with fencing. You do need to register via email per person playing whether it be an adult or child to sign the waiver. Overall, great experience and played some competitive games. You'll find a good mixed crowd here. We were Greeted upon entry from ERIC who also accompanied us & walked us down to show us the courts and get us situated as it was our first time at Pickleball Kingdom. Was super hard to get a day pass, front guy wasn't really helpful, once I finally got in, started playing and everyone playing has some type of arrogance to them, scoffing and making faces every point I won. They stormed off court after loss. My family has become pretty obsessed with the game of pickleball as of late, so when some friends told us about Pickleball Kingdom, we could not wait to go check it out. We literally went the very next evening! Yes, it is a 25 minute drive from our house, but to be able to play indoors on nice courts makes it well worth it! I went online to create an account ahead of time, but even so, I missed doing waivers for my husband and kids. Not a bit deal, however -- Keith checked us in and we were able to finish the paperwork and pay for our drop-in session within a matter of minutes. The facility is spacious and clean. For the open play sessions, the courts are divided up so that you can play with folks of your same level: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. We headed out to the beginner courts to start and had a blast. My husband and son quickly moved on to Intermediate, while my daughter and I stayed with the beginners. It was perfect for us. Supposedly the evening we were there, it was the busiest they'd been "ever," according to some of the regulars. Understandably so as it was upwards of 100 degrees outside and like us, everyone wanted to be playing inside with some kickin' A/C! The Open Play sessions are super fun as you can mix-up who you play with each game and everyone is welcoming and nice. While we were there, a woman injured her calf muscle and while there was not ice available, the staff was attentive. Eric (I think that was his name) -- came to help her out and suggested she elevate / ice / have it looked at. We will definitely be back... although I'm secretly hoping that a PK location opens closer to my home as well! read more

Really rude and unwelcome service here. There are no new member discounts. $33 dollars for two people is steep for only one hour. The check-in had a long line and cut into our court time. They said we had to pay EXTRA for additional court time when THEY were late checking us in. They have a monopoly on indoor pickleball and reflect it with poor service and high prices. read more

I've been here a few times, and it is always a great experience. Consistent conditions seem to be critical to my pickle ball game, and this is an indoor climate. GREAT PLACE TO PLAY, clean and not super busy, but you can always call ahead to secure a court. I always go and pay the guess price, which is $15/hour/person, or $15 for open play. I've only every gone with girlfriends, but the open play approach seems fun and easy enough. On my numerous visits I've found the staff to be very friendly. read more

My friend and I signed up for the free Pickleball 101 class and we really enjoyed ourselves! Our instructor was Dave and he made the experience really fun and enjoyable! I do think the $85/month membership for drop in play is a bit expensive for me personally, I can't warrant that price per month for myself and there wasn't great signage for what/if there was singular/drop in rates/play. But it was worth the experience to play indoors in July in Arizona! I love that they have a bar/food area and lots of space for courts so people wouldn't have to wait around like they do at City parks or other facilities. The staff were kind and attentive but I wish they had better signage for pricing or maybe just a tiny-bit cheaper for those on a tight budget who really do want to play pickleball! read more

I am so glad I discovered Pickleball Kingdom! My aunt got me a racquet as a gift and I wanted to find somewhere to use it. For a beginner the outdoor courts were intimidating and hot. When I found a facility solely dedicated to 15 indoor courts with lessons and beginner courts I was sold! I signed up for the free 101 course online and once finished I then signed up for the $85 a month membership fee. I bought three balls for $12 and I was ready to go! Weekday evenings 5-8pm are the best time to find plenty of partners for beginning games. Already after two drop in sessions Ive learned the rules and perfecting my play. It is so much fun, two hours fly by and Im in a great mood after. Highly recommend! read more

I witness today where a teacher reprimanded a couple for being 5 min late to class in front of the entire class . I honestly felt like kicking the dudes ass. It's fun and competition is fun. Your 30 day cancelation policy has created an extra billing cycle I have to endure. Poor business policy. It's early October and my next billing cycle is 11/1. I have to wait until 12/1. Very poor cancelation policy needs to change and not have to be billed an extra month. read more

I have heard of pickleball kingdom from friends for some time. Everyone says nice things about this place. I was invited by friends to play and played here yesterday for the first time. The attendant at the front desk was polite and helped us get signed in and went over the clubs amenities. As I walked around, I found the place clean and well lit. A very nice place. Each court is individually fenced and the bathroom and locker room was clean and well stocked. It's $15/hour for each player. I guess this is normal and in the heat of Arizona well worth it. If you can't play outside for free, this is a great choice. I believe there is a rate for those that play there a lot to make it more affordable. I'm sure if you need that info it's in their website. If I lived closer, I might join and play there more. Highly recommended! read more

This facility is pretty amazing. It's an indoor facility with outdoor courts. We went in with a group during 5-8pm. The drop in rate was $15. It seemed a little high to me, but at the time it was raining so I still have it a try. I loved that even though we where inside the courts felt like playing outside. It is a little loud so hard to hear the scores from time to time. I noticed the roll up doors. So it make me wonder during the summer if they open up doors or run the AC. I didn't get a picture of their sign, but they do have courts divided by your level of play. The front desk staff was really nice! Prices are super steep, not sure where members get their money from. Free play courts are restricted by level. Not for the casual player. Did I mention prices are steep? The courts are rather small. If you're on the baseline and need to step back, there is a good chance you will smack the fence net behind you. Serious occasional annoyance. If you managed to lob your ball over into another court, you'll possibly have to figure your way through a maze or awkwardly ask another member to chase the ball. read more

Came from picklemall. Not a fan of this place at all, it's so enclosed with no fans. It feels rude having to cross others courts to enter yours. One worker there told us the time was shifting for a membership we were looking into so we decided not to get it (membership fee was waived too), talked to the SAME worker the following week regarding that membership and they said no the time isn't changing so we were like oh? then they were yeah but membership fee is back - i would've been okay with paying the fee but i don't really like the miscommunication that was done, felt grimmy. The workers there aren't the nicest either, when we first got there - we asked for a ball to use (we weren't told we had to get our own) and the worker looked so annoyed to grab us one of theirs. It wasn't until our 3rd visit, that a different worker told us we had to get our own with attitude... we literally had no idea. At pickleball, they always gave us the ball no problem. We also didn't have to pay for a paddle, but we do here and honestly the prices here just aren't worth it. So all in all, not a big fan of this place and workers there. read more

Can't imagine anyone giving a score other than 5+ stars to Pickleball Kingdom. The weather is so unpredictable in Arizona these days - cold, windy and rainy - and during the summer, you can only play outdoors until around 10 am. This place is a GODSEND! Regardless - 15 outdoor courts...indoors. Besides, I MUCH rather play indoors than outdoors. I played at Bell Bank Park in Mesa, and it was windy and cold. We had to adjust our schedule and our play based on the weather. Played at Herberger courts in Phoenix. People were nice, but only 4 courts; 2 were cracked and there was a 20-30 minute wait between games. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to PK and play as much and as often as I like. Sure it gets a little loud with the different courts, but if your ears are that sensitive, small earbuds are always an option. Weighing the pros and cons, the pros WELL outweigh the cons at Pickleball Kingdom. $5 bucks/hour isn't outrageous for what you get in Open Play. They always have promotions and you can't beat the staff. If a guest encountered someone with a bad attitude, they must have just been having a bad day. The staff couldn't be nicer! I do appreciate management that reaches out to resolve the issue, not everything goes as planned but when management steps up to resolve the issue that shows good character *** Beware, very deceptive business practices. I signed up for 4 lessons, after one lesson the coach said I didn't need anymore lessons, instead of refunding unused lessons the coach told me I could utilize the club for the remainder of the month, which I did. To my surprise the automatically signed me up for monthly membership without my approval and charged my credit card. When I called to request a credit for the charge since I did not sign up for membership they said when you sign up for lessons they automatically enroll you in the monthly membership. Very deceptive, DO NOT sign up for lessons, they will auto enroll you in the monthly plan and won't cancel or refund your money. VERY DECEPTIVE business practices read more

Tight courts. Warm & stuffy. Best players have left for Picklemall. They are pushing franchising; there's a reason for that.

It is way too crowded. Ever since Picklemall closed, this place has too many people. There was so much waiting, I only played 6 games in 3 hours at the 5:00-8:00 pm drop in on a Wednesday night, not really worth the $22. On top of that, I was demo-ing some paddles and one of the paddles got stolen out of my zipped up bag. Now I will have to pay for it. Lastly, some of the courts are so small that my paddle hits the fence on my backswing during serve and return. I do like the leveled play. read more

The coaches are all amazing and very helpful. They offer a Pickleball 101 class for beginners and it has definitely helped me out! Coach Dave is a blast, he makes it fun while teaching you all the basics of the game. Everyone there is about having fun and playing their best. You will see all ages, sizes, and all different skill levels of players. It's indoors and a great, fun, and addicting easy workout for anyone! Coach David is just an amazing professional coach and professional player . He speaks in a language that a beginner to a seasoned veteran can understand and will help anyone learn how to always I can't walk over there with it play their best! The staff here is absolutely so rude. Short when answering questions, and condescending. We had already reserved a court in the past and had made an account etc. but apparently they had updated their system recently, which requires you to create a new account. Instead of calmly explaining the existence of the new system, the employee got frustrated with me when I said I had already had an account and said NO I cannot find you, so you have to create another account because it's been way too long since you have been here (in a disrespectful tone etc.) I think places like this don't understand that there are other options for this market, and that I would rather play in 109 degrees than give you my money and be spoken to that way. read more

I signed up after a free class, it was around $90 a month (prices have since gone up...) I used it for about a month and a half but stopped. I was never billed after the first month. I didn't even catch this until they sent me one email four months later. I responded saying I no longer used the membership. Their very next response stated that I was not able to cancel due to past due memberships, they have been repeatedly attempting to contact me (false, never received any emails outside of the first) and that if I didn't pay in two weeks I would be sent to collections. I'm going to pay because I don't want the hassle but buyer beware.... read more
