Sean was nice and said he would always try to please his clients and he was the kind of guy that took his clients out to dinner and so on..He was coming on a Wednesday but then called that morning and said he couldn't come until the next day. Luckily we were available. He fixed the ceiling first and didn't put anything up to protect the walls. I now have to repaint the bathroom because the walls have white streaks from the spray he used. It is also on my floor and shower curtain. He refinished the tub and told us not to use it for two days. We waited six days because the tub was still sticky. When we did use the tub paint peeled off. Contacted Sean and he sent us a link to a bathtub fitter company. The roof was the last thing he fixed. He did not replace the vent that we wanted replaced. Instead he patched around the vent. We clearly stated we wanted it replaced because two roofing companies came and said it needed to be replaced. He was very unprofessional and we are sorry we hired him. He does not stand behind his work.

It didn't take her long, we talked about my colors and she left. She provided me an estimate quickly via their convenient portal, which was very reasonable. She also told me the painters would get the paint (SW) so I wouldn't have to. The two men arrived timely on the day we'd scheduled, and worked carefully to tape off all areas and place plastic on my floors. They removed my mounted televisions/mirrors and moved my furniture out of the way. They were also very careful with edging, and it definitely showed in the final result. Overall it took them about two days, and their work was excellent. I'd also asked to have one wall papered in my bedroom; this was done by a different contractor arranged through PPP and scheduled on a separate date. This man was also timely and very clean. It took him no time to get the wall done. Bonus: he was such a fun, interesting person! Overall, PPP's work was stellar and I was very happy with the results. Highly recommend them!
