It was my first time, and Danielle was the one who assisted me, and she literally went above & beyond in getting my situation taken care of for me! Beyond being helpful, she was also so fun to talk to. Also showed me a cool example of what deteriorated old film looks like, which I kinda geeked out over. It definitely reminded me of the "good ol' days" pre-covid when customer service & kindness was easier to find. Definitely gonna be coming back soon for some other photography needs, so great finding a local shop like this! They have a great collection of anything you'd need.
