We kept having trouble with our pool heater, and no one could seem to figure out what was really wrong. After reading the Yelp reviews, I called Picturesque Pools. I got a quick call back, and John came out the next day. After taking a look at the inside, he thought a new pressure switch might be in order, however, he wanted to do a good cleaning of the interior first, just to make sure that wasn't what was really going on. He could have gone ahead and sold me a new switch, but he determined our problem was due to the accumulated dirt and cobwebs. No extra up charge! I had a heater problem with my pool and was referred to John at Picturesque Pools by another pool service (Rancho Vista Pool Service). It took John a little bit longer to call back than I was expecting, but we didn't require immediate service, so it wasn't a huge deal. John called before arriving, as promised, and showed up on time. He quickly determined the problem, verified he should proceed to fix it and completed the repair within the next 15-30 minutes. Since we didn't know to clean out all the schmutz inside the heater now and then, ours is full of it. I'm going to ask John back to do that service next month so we don't burn out the new, replacement part any time soon. We needed the repair immediately and he was there. He made the repair and then waited an incredibly long time to be sure it worked. He is lazy and very unprofessional person.
