As was the case the first time, they did a fantastic job. Fagner, the owner came out was very professional polite technically sound and explained everything that he was doing. We have an above ground jacuzzi which wasn't working after a few weeks being unplugged. Master Geek diagnosed a bad pump so we paid to have them replace it. They didn't even bother to put the cover back on and the jacuzzi started to leak immediately after. They are claiming it is a coincidence and refusing to back their work. Master Geek was quick in responding to my request, they were able to order the new jet pump I needed and had it all installed just a couple days later. Honestly I picked this company cause of the name, Master Geek, it's too good. They sent out Fagner next day who had all the parts ready incase he had to fix something in my aqua link. But turns out everything was fine and the previous owners were too lazy or cheap so they just disconnected the power to the mobo. there weren't any issues with my pool after all but Fagner stayed and continued to troubleshoot, showing me how to use the app and then replacing some O rings on the valves. amazing service, very thorough and informative explaining everything to a clueless Boi like myself. read more

Overall, I was impressed by Master Geek Pool service (MGPS) as they were quick to reply, were clearly very technical/capable (more than I needed), had a good price and where quick/efficient at installing the system I needed. MGPS was one of the first to reply to my yelp request to replace my salt chlorinator after sending a detailed yelp request with pictures. They were one of the two lowest cost bids I got. What caught my attention most, was that they quoted a known-good chlorinator system, that was larger than my pool required, but had way better reviews than the smaller system of the same vendor (IOW, they installed the right system) based on reviews I had read. I was also impressed how fast and cleanly they installed the system (2 hours !). Their installer (Fagner) was clearly quite technical based on what tools he used and how quickly he did the job.
