This was my second visit to Pie Fection in Orlando on a Friday night, and while I enjoy the food, the overall experience was quite disappointing this time around. ​I came specifically to try the Picaña with Raclette cheese, but unfortunately, it was unavailable. I then tried to order a Chianti wine, and they were out of that as well. We ended up ordering other items: the Pizza was very good, as were the Beef Empanadas and the Filet Mignon. However, the Chicken Wings we ordered as an appetizer were extremely overcooked dry and tough to the point of being inedible. To make matters worse, a Calabrese dish we ordered never even made it to the table. ​Beyond the menu issues, the service needs significant improvement: ​Lack of Attention: Our server seemed very distracted. We had to ask for water twice as the pitcher sat empty without anyone noticing. ​Service Standards: Drinks are served in plastic cups, which felt out of place for the price point. ​Cleaning & Organization: There is no proactive culture of clearing dirty plates or empty glasses. We had to constantly ask for the table to be cleared and wiped down, which made the dining experience feel cluttered and uncomfortable. ​While the restaurant was busy, the lack of organization and basic hospitality standards was evident. I hope they can refine their service and inventory management, as the quality of the pizza is definitely there. read more

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the hostess and quickly seated in a booth. The waitress was very friendly and had our drink orders ready within a few minutes, and the all-you-can-eat pizzas started arriving shortly after. We also tried the fettuccine with filet mignon bites in Gorgonzola sauce, and it was delicious. My daughter had a kids' meal with rice, chicken, and fries and was very pleased with the flavors. Overall, this place was great and there's a lot to choose from. Delicious food with a great twist on normal Italian pizza. My main issue was with the pick up process as it took a long time to get someone to help us. It also was impossible to figure out where we were supposed to be waiting to be assisted. I ended up having to wander through the restaurant to wave someone down behind the counter just for them to toss me back and forth between other team members until someone retrieved our order. The medium pizzas are HUGE. One could easily feed 4 people with 2 slices each. The The dough is delicious. The catupiry cheese is creamy. The house special had so many non-average toppings like artichokes and corn among other things. Very filling. The calabresa pizza had SO MUCH MEAT! So if you're a meat lover - you will not be disappointed! The brigadeiro and strawberry pizza was equally delicious. The condensed milk made it taste very rich. The fettuccine bites were probably my favorite thing. The gorgonzola sauce made all the difference. The filet mignon bites were ok in size and kind of bland but they were tender so it still tasted good. It paired well with the sauce and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The salad was very basic and way too expensive for that portion and the quality of those specific ingredients. I could tell the pineapples were from a can. I definitely don't recommend that item but everything else is good! The pizzas are also expensive - about $30+ for a medium but they are huge and the quality of the toppings are good. There's such a thing called Brazilian Pizza?!? YEPPPPP. and It's DELICIOUS. We wanted to try something new and what drew us in was the crazy amount of different types of pizzas with weird toppings. We ordered the Cheesy Bacon fries, A medium pizza split with the Cuban and The Portuguese, an order of Hot Teriyaki Garlic Wings, and a Greek salad. The fries came out hot, melty, crispy, and so tasty! The fries were perfectly salted and crispy, and stayed crispy the entire time while being under a massive amount of shredded cheese and real bacon pieces. This could be a meal by itself! The pizza was perfect. Hot, crispy yet doughy crust, with a generous amount of toppings. The Cuban was my favorite because they used Brazilian seasoned steak instead of pork or ham and every bite had a slice of the steak. IT WAS DELICIOUS. The Portuguese side seemed weird with having a sliced boiled egg on top of pizza but it was pretty good. The green olives were awesome too. You don't get a lot of pizza places that use green olives and these taste like they came from a Greek restaurant. The Hot Teriyaki Garlic wings were not really impressive. It was not hot, no taste of garlic and it taste more like soy sauce than teriyaki sauce. And it was also extremely salty. The only downfall was that the server completely left off the wings and Mediterranean salad from our order and we had to ask for it 3 times from two different servers. There was a lot of confusion and miscommunications for no real reason, but I'll just default it to maybe because it was a busy night. Disappointed was to say the least!! $26 for a medium pizza with 6 slices is a RIP! But consider myself a bit of a foodie and I'd been wanting some pizza, so I stopped in placed my order then walked down to another store and when I came back it was ready! So for the most part I thought it smelled really GREAT, and it did! I resisted opening it in the car to look because I wanted it to stay hot since I be a bit of a drive home. Sadly, when I get home to open the box, the pizza looked nothing like the Supreme I ordered. EXCESSIVE amount of onions is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Very little red sauce, half melted cheese, whole olives, more sausage crumbles than pepperonis. I wasn't gonna call but I just couldn't let it slide. I spoke to the manager to see if they would at least correct it and possibly remake it, but nope. I will not be back, pizza went to trash and out of $26. First time here and the food was delicious! We had appetizers and pizzas. My kids had half bacon half meat lover's pizza and they said it was the best pizza they ever had. My husband and I had half Maria Bonita half Calabresa com catupiry. Soooo gooodd! I will be back for the dessert pizzas. They only let me down on drinks. This was our 2nd visit. We went in 2019 the week of Christmas the place was crazy busy and super good. Tonight we went around 7pm. They were not that busy. Our appetizer was Calabresa Sausage with sautéed onions and toast. Was a large portion and very good. We took home some leftovers and we will fold it into a omelette in the morning. The pizza we ordered was half 5 cheese and half Margarita. Flavor was good but extremely under cooked. We took the leftovers home and will finish cooking it tomorrow. Overall the experience was OK. I have had two fantastic experiences here at PieFection. Once for a call-in order for take-out pasta, and another for take-out pizza. I would HIGHLY recommend the Brazilian styles of Pizza at this location, usually called the Portuguese Pizza, it comes loaded with hard-boiled eggs, a very special sausage (not pepperoni), ham, onions, olives and a set of cheeses that are not runny or greasy, but more smooth and creamy. When I walked into PieFection, I looked around and could see 5-6 tables, where EVERY table had this pie being shared by a family of 5 or 6 people. The service is quick and on both occasions I was attended to quickly. My phone-in order came out in just a few minutes and I was off on my way. When I made the take-out order for the pizza, I had to wait about 20 minutes. They have a little assembly line of pizza making and it was busy non-stop around 6pm in the evening mid-week. I see a lot of folks saying this is the 'best' in the Orlando area.... I would say it has been CONSISTENT for me, but I need to try a few more places before I can up this to 5 stars.. read more

This is one of the best pizza places I've ever had. The picanha calzone is ridiculous and the brigadeiro strawberry pizza is something you won't find anywhere else. The wings are grilled fresh and sauce flavors are great. Sometimes it's hard ordering by phone for delivery because some of the employees are not fluent in English but it's all part of the Brazilian pizza experience here. DELICIOUS! Wow, I have not had PieFection for a couple years, but we ordered one last night off of Ubereats, and it was amazing. We ordered a large supreme pizza (minus the olives) and the three of us eating it were all very impressed. The crust is the perfect texture, thickness, and flavor. The toppings are fresh and they all stay on the pizza while eating it. The slices are huge and the cheese is just right. In the past I have also had their calzones and loved them, as well as the pizza with the egg on it (I forget the exact name of it). Everything I have had from PieFection is enjoyable. Trying out something new while visiting Orlando with my family. Basically chose here based on the "crazy for us" toppings and getting outside of our usual spots. It was busy, but we were seated right away. We started with the Cheesy Bacon fries and these were so tasty. A huge mound of perfectly crispy, well salted and piping hot fries topped with a shredded cheese and a generous mound of bacon pieces. As someone who loves piping hot food, this was perfection. The cheese looks like mozzarella but is obviously not. Not greasy at all. The cheese has a slight salty taste on its own and is drier than mozzarella. Melted but not stringy. We actually really liked these. The fries stayed hot and crispy down to the last bite. We chose to go Medium with the pizza and do a split of the Portuguese and Cuban. No onion and peppers by preference of 2 out of 3. We watched the kitchen making pizzas for the guests inside and a lot of pick up orders as well. They have a massive rotating oven in the center of the kitchen and it is all open for you to watch. Hand stretching dough and piling on toppings very generously. And the cheese... They go through a lotta cheese here. Shredding it up fresh on top on the spot. The crust comes out perfectly crisp and a slight chew. Pretty top on my pizza list now. Again, piping hot! The Cuban has very well seasoned and tender bite size chunks of beef. Pretty great but I was really feeling the Portuguese side. It is a first for having sliced boiled egg on top of pizza but I was digging it. The olives were also top quality, slightly salty not like a basic black olive at all. They really use great ingredients here. I am thoroughly impressed and will be back to try some more. (I see you Tuna Pizza.) My only discount of 1 star was that we ordered 10 Hot Teriyaki Garlic wings and a side Mediterranean salad. They completely left it off and we had to ask again after we started eating pizza. It took 2 people to put the order in and a whole lot of confusion in what we wanted. Nothing special or anything, but maybe a miscommunication. No biggie. Yet, it did come out after we were done. The salad was very good and fresh. Again with very top their ingredients. Yet the wings... Oh man. We didn't like them at all. The wings themselves were very nice and size and cooking. The sauce was the downfall. No taste of garlic, teriyaki or spice. It was very condensed soy sauce forward. Salty and way too overpowering. (Yeah, we're Asian and this was too much.) I would get wings again, but definitely plain or something else cause we were not digging those at all. Overall, we were very happy with our choice. They have a pretty big menu and encourage doing multi flavors. We didn't do dessert but it all sounds good and someone else was having the churros and those looked amazing. (We had sweets back home.) Again, this place was busy and aren't lacking customers for a reason. The pizza is good and for a lot of us Americans, the toppings are not typical but you can be adventurous or not.
