Went earlier this week on the way home from work, and they looked like they had a couple of new employees from previous visits. The quality of service was much better, and it appeared they were actually trying to clean the store. Food was good, and the new guy was very friendly. I enjoy the pizza there, so I hope this means they are trying to actually start cleaning the store and being more friendly to customers. I will definitely start visiting more often. read more

I've had pie five in the past and it was great. This time I ordered online before coming in. I do not recommend it. I'm sitting here waiting on my dinner 20 minutes after they said it would be finished l. (I ordered online 40 minutes ago.) It is not busy, and the staff was not apologetic nor did they offer a reason as to why my order was not even started. I'm disappointed in both the customer service and in the pace that they put food out. They had twenty minutes to complete my order, but it wasn't even started. And now I've waited for another twenty minutes since I've been here. :( Update: I've waited here for a total of thirty minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be completed. Also one of the pizzas did not fit in the box, so they just flipped half of it over. Will not be coming back. read more

Came in with my family after eating at a Pie Five in Branson a couple of weeks ago. The location in Branson was awesome!!!! This one in Little Rock by the outlets on the other hand is NOT !!!! They put to much sauce on our pizza we told them twice light sauce. The place was dirty and the only drink that wasn't empty was the root beer. The tea was old and tasted really gross and we didn't have any ice, we told them several times they came out looked and said it's ok ice is coming out... but it wasn't. We had dinner there Saturday evening. Service was fine, though we were made to feel more like an imposition than a guest. Food was good as well. The diningroom was filthy. There were a few tables open for eating in, but the majority of those were dirty. The large, dead bug on the floor also made for an unappetizing dinner companion. What bothered me the most was the fact the bathrooms didn't have soap. The employee we spoke with said they were out. Then why were you open? How were your employees washing after using the restroom? We are new to the area and to Pie Five and you did NOT make a very good impression. read more

I am recently Gluten Free. Their GF crust actually has flavor and doesn't taste like cardboard. The guy who made my pizza also made sure to change gloves and get out a clean scoop for my sauce to keep from contaminating my pizza. Plus my pizza tasted wonderful! We eat at this restaurant typically once a week--mostly at lunch. The food is fresh and made to order. Because of our frequent visits, we have gotten to know the awesome manager, and she is the dynamo providing great service and loves to welcome new customers. I've seen a few of the other reviews listed here and want to pass along that if you don't get the quality and service you expect, let Erica know; she will make it right. Looking for food before hitting Big Rock, and this was a good choice for a Sunday. Liked the toppings choices, including different sauces. Just the right amount of food for dinner without feeling stuffed. Cool, clean atmosphere. Price was better than I expected, and kids ate all their pizzas. Will be back! read more

The guys behind the counter were not helpful at all. I have a milk allergy, so I asked one of the workers if there was milk in the crust. He responded with "well I would assume so, this is a pizza place" then moved on to the next person in line. Also, very understaffed. I went to Pie five on Bass Pro Pkwy. Just wanted to try the cauliflower crust. The food was not bad, just typical fast food. The staff however was abysmal. They were not busy when we entered, we took a little time to order since it was a first visit. I asked if they had unsweetened tea and was told yes. I paid for a tea and the tea was not unsweetened, it had a sweetener in the product. I went back to the counter to have them pour out the drink so I could start over with water. Did not ask for a refund, just a removal of the product. I was very rudely told to pour out my own drink at the drink dispenser (most places do not want you to do that). I also turned this in on survey, I did get a very insincere sort of apology, "sorry you won't be back". Maybe it was an off day, but inexcusable in the food service business. I will not go back, the food was not good enough to overcome rude service. read more
