Wow! It's been a minute since we've been to The Pizzeria for pizza. We usually end up there for the homemade desserts. If you are ever wanting a European, fresh ingredients, Neapolitan type pizza, this place is it. I love a foldable, light, doughy pizza. The german chocolate pie....perfect! John was absolutely fantastic. Hope to have him again soon.

The flight of 8, comes with a bonus drink of whichever we liked most (Flyaway's Christmas)!

Such great service and such tasty food! We arrived maybe an hour before closing but never felt rushed or in the way. We also had a couple come in after us- even closer to closing- and they were still welcomed with open arms! Neapolitan style pizza AND calzones- you'd never guess how delicious and unique the flavor is. The restaurant is beautiful, with gorgeous tin ceiling on one side of the restaurant and wood graces the other. During the warmer months, I can't wait to try their porch seating! Though keeping with the Arkansas (southern) tradition of taxidermy, the animals are not weirdly placed or scary in the slightest- and during the holidays they even participate in the festivities with their own outfits!

I believe I had the pop, great pizza and did not feel heavy or bloated afterwards. Service was Excellent...

Chill spot, love this location....great service, food on point, beautiful outside...what more cd you want. Oh the decor inside and just as wonderful.... The server, was a bald head guy with beard (didn't get his name...cool dude and super friendly....bartender looked like Doc Hollyday...I wanted to yell "Wyatt Earp"...but I figured he had a colt on him..lol. Definitely earned my business and ill be back

It was ok. Little overpriced for what you get. The pickle and olive appetizer was yummy. It was our favorite part. Nice ambiance.

On our reservation, my husband noted…read morethat our wedding cake was a Rum cake and we rarely get it, but if they could make one it would be appreciated. (We ask every year) Not expecting them to honor it because it's a BIG ASK in food service - they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We were given champagne and they made a rum cake for us! We were crying with gratitude, the hostesses and wait staff were crying, and it will be an anniversary to remember. The ambiance and decor was edgy and modern. You could actually have a conversation while it not being too quiet or too loud. Oh and the food was fantastic! We ordered crispy rice cabbage salad () a patty melt, Khao Soi, and two cocktails. Unbelievable quality. Even better service! Our waitress, Parker, was knowledgable about everything on the menu, suggested the fries (don't skip those), and very attentive. We will be back.

Rating a 3.5 for now…read more Cool spot for a quick date night or one or two girlfriends night out for drinks. Atmosphere/Service: Okay art and cool atmosphere. No loud music so you can talk to and hear your guest. Some of the seating is family style and some individual which is cool. Drinks are amazing and staff is attentive so which made it great service! Food: Menu concept has a variety of food items. It has more Asian flare but also has a few items from other food cultures. Not quite a home run with all. The Appetizers we selected were good. I like the spin on the desconstructed crab Rangoon. It was really tasty and adding the cheese on top gave it a unique taste. The chicken wings were perfectly fried but sauce is required to develop taste. Which is fine if they were going for Korean Type fried wings. Dipping sauces were okay, chile lime is refreshing but not made for fried wings. Gochujang sauce was good and sweet chili heat were fine-Flavors were just as good as a store bought bottle. I was excited to try the crab fried rice but I found it to be dry and the flavor bland. It needed more vibrant veggies. The veggies were cut tiny so the flavors didn't come through like the roasted corn inside or the scallions. I couldn't taste they were in the rice. The "blue crab" was almost invisible. However if you use the sweet chili sauce on the rice it gives it a punch! Portion sizes were large-some too large. And usually that's a sign the food is probably not that great. Chicken Kimchi Stacker-The kimchi on the chicken sandwich was great but couldn't completely deliver enough flavor for the double fried bland chicken. It needed a special sauce to give it a kick. As for the entrees, we wrapped them up for take home. I added more scallions and rice vinegar and a touch of lite soy sauce to the fried rice. And I would probably go back to try other items. I would definitely return for the bar, and great Rangoon dip! Overall, No explosion or burst of flavors but it is well prepared and well presented food with a great staff.

We'd barely been seated 2 minutes before our server approached. "Can I start you off with some…read moreCheese Dip?" he cheerfully asked. Melting Pot Cheese Dip ($9), a food I don't recall ever previously experiencing, is said to have been invented in Arkansas and is considered an important part of Arkansas food culture. It's Tex-Mex-adjacent but closer to some delicious version of Cheese Whiz than Queso Fundido. Strewn with a liberal application of jalapeños and served with a big basket of fresh tortilla chips, this is the best way to start any meal but certainly the only way to start a meal here. We followed with Fish Fry Tacos (2 for $16.50), equally fresh, unique, and satisfying and not the type of fish tacos for which San Diego is known. Accompanied by your choice of 2 sides, I loved the "Smashed Smoky Pinto Beans" and was transfixed by the fresh flavors found in the "Tomato, Cucumber, and Mint Salad". Heights Taco & Tamale features lively decor in a space that's a joy to dine in with food that makes things even better. Who knew that Arkansas had its own spin on Tex-Mex food? I'm now a rabid fan of Ark-Mex food.

Server blamed the bartender. Bartender blamed the server, then said, "I'll speak to your server". Sugar, I don't want you to speak to my server. I just want you to mix my skinny Margarita in a glass with Tajin® on the rim- cuz Ima skinny little westside bitch- hand it to my server and send it my way. No speaking required. They have no carnitas. They have no machaca. And that tells you the whole story. I always get the Plato 47- but why? The plate looks beautiful, but visual joy doesn't carry you through. I take a couple of bites of taco, and it's just kind of bland. Same with the tamale- just not very tasty. Same with everything else, except the Margies. They are good. Let me tell you, it's a sad day when I leave more than half the food on the plate. Disclaimer: I do live in LA, and we know what Mexican food is supposed to taste like, but the food here is only photo-perfect. Did ICE carry all your Mexicans away or what? Oh yeah, BTW: #FuckICE #ChingaTuMaga
