We arrived at the date and time of 9 a.m. She had no indication of the appt and apologized stating she had been working there 2 weeks. They took the truck, anyway. We called at 2 p.m. to go round n' round with "Cornelius Bonner." Who is he? Received a call from Carmen at 5 p.m. stating truck was ready. Went to get truck to find that only the oil change was done. No detail, no common courtesy call or text to say the truck could not be detailed. Never ever go back to this dealer for anything!!! We contacted Anderson Ford and scheduled their Mobile service. The mobile technician confirmed it was a fuel pump issue. We then spoke with Stephen who made arrangements to have the truck towed to dealership. Luckily our truck was covered under the manufacture warranty and was repaired within 2 days. Stephen kept us informed during the process and was patient with our questions and concerns.

To start off with they never sent in our tag info to the dmv, so we were stuck without a car for a while after the temp tag expired. Then they told us the loan we got would not have an early payoff. It did and was a massive waste of money. I called the dealership and they denied that being in the contract but it was in the contract the bank sent over to us and it was even our signatures. I would have sued if it was more money on the line but legal fees would've been more expensive and not worth the hassle. I'm just glad it's over and done with and we don't have to deal with either of these people. DO NOT finance with Park National Bank, they are awful and keep charging you fees and interest of paid off principle balances.
