Great pizza. Great service. I ordered a pizza for delivery last night and everything from delivery time to pizza quality was perfect. I'm here in Miami on vacation and had the pizza delivered to my hotel room. I ordered online, and it didn't give me an option to add ranch dipping sauce on the side. So I asked for some in the additional comments and mentioned that I would be happy to pay. They added it to my order free of charge! The pizza itself was lovely. Great quality. You know what? If you're gonna charge me $24 for a 2 topping 16" pizza, it better knock my socks off. I ate this place's pizza tonight and my socks are still on. It wasn't a bad pizza. It had a good flavor to it. I thought the cheese was especially nice. But the pie was soggy and a little too greasy for my tastes. I gave Pieducks another try this weekend and....much better this time around. The crust was firm and the cheese was excellent.

Since we are at the time of lent, my boss and I decided to order from here last Friday. The reason Im knocking down a star is because my pizza was so greasy.. I mean ridiculously greasy that I couldn't eat more than a slice :(. I even went so far as to dab it down with a napkin and that just made it worse. I don't know what happened but it dried out the pizza to a point that the cheese was not edible. I love my pizza and I'm definitely not a one slice type of girl. They need to check their recipe and make sure that the margherita pizza is consistent. read more

Soooooo.... lets get one thing straight: I've only ordered from Pieducks when I've had a lot to drink. Usually I don't remember eating the pizza aside from seeing the pizza box on the floor the next morning (damn did I really eat that whole thing by myself???). Maybe this review won't be the most helpful for those looking for a New York style pizza down here in Miami, but just know it won't disappoint when you're craving something late after a long night out. Pieducks is really good. Living on Brickell this is the preferred choice for me. I usually get delivery and it takes about an hour to get it despite being only 5 minutes away. However, the pizza is really tasty most of the time. Sometimes they let them over cook and its a little burnt around the edges but its ok. I suppose it gives it that little bit of flare suggesting that its original. LoLz Anyway, its fresh ingredients are very tasty and enjoyable. If you get a chance you should definitely try this place out. read more

I've only had pieducks delivered and I must say its the best delivery pizza in downtown Miami. Everything tastes fresh and tasty. Delivery time is roughly 45 min. My favorite is the Major Tom pie. I also like to make my own pies with their great assortment of high quality toppings. The only negative comment is that this place is pricier than it should be. Unfortunately, if you want great pizza downtown, that's the price you pay. read more

Don't forget the salads! Yes, this pizza place has some great salads, too! My hubby and I will usually share a pizza and a Green Fields or Roast salad. They are made fresh while you wait. The roasted chicken they put on their salads is tasty, juicy and PLENTIFUL! I'm a pizza purist so I like my pizzas with good cheese and flavorful sauce. Their pizza does not disappoint! The crust is thin, and the sauce perfectly balances the slightly salty cheese! Don't come here for ambiance. Come here for the honest to goodness fresh and tasty food! read more

Not much to say, tasty, but I wouldn't go back. It's very thin-crust and, as someone else pointed out, pretty lightly cooked, so it's not crispy. That being said, nothing wrong with the cooking style. I got the margarita and found it to be rather bland and unmemorable. read more

The wife and I have had Pieducks a few times. The pizza is definitely a step above P-Johns or D-noes, but it has never wowed us. Tonight we ordered a caesar salad with chicken to accompany our pizza. The romaine was fresh enough, but the chicken was DRY and the dressing was horrifically bad. We think it was made with canola oil. To add insult to injury, it was EXPENSIVE. We should have skipped Pie Ducks, gone to Key Biscayne, and had Sir Pizza for less money. Only order from them if you want pizza in the Brickell area and are too lazy to leave your couch. read more

Disclaimer: It is not like Miami is known for pizza so my pizza expectations are low. 3 stars (really 2.5) is relative to other establishments here. It is more like a 0.5 star for NY/Chicago and like 1-1.5 star in DC. I've ordered 3-4 times from here so it's not terrible. The toppings and their specialty combos are good. Not innovative but good. If you're getting it delivered there is a large chance it will be cold within the first few minutes. I'm used to this so sometimes I heat up my oven in preparation (400deg for about 3-5mins) Today it was lukewarm upon arrival. I called to complain that the crushed red peppers and parm wasnt included. The delivery guy was apologetic but i was more annoyed that this wasnt the first time i went out of my way to request it and it didnt come. I didn't expect much but at least an acknowledgement (and maybe a "oh next time you can get a $1 off") I also mentioned the pizza was cold and I'm heating it in my oven. Their response was epic. It was like listening to the "don't dos" for the idiots guide of cust service, including: - "we should've charged you for the peppers/cheese but didn't" (I replied that I would've gladly paid. No response to that) - "oh no you are wrong it took 15 mins it can't be cold" (i told her I heated up my oven and was putting it in now but that wasn't even my complaint) - "he didn't see the request" (it was in bold red on their receipt. Right before the request to bring change for a $20 so I can tip. Oh and he had the change) - "the peppers/cheese were a separate order" (my reply: do you think I eat that by itself? Like I just pour it in my mouth?) - "the pizza doesn't need peppers/cheese" - "(something in Spanish) not charge you for pizza" my response: Im not sure what you said but I expect to pay in full for my pizza. I'm calling bc this isn't the first time my order is incorrect and now I'm yet again screwed. Either I wait and my pizza is even colder (pieducks day 2 is not so great) or eat it as is. And you're not being helpful or actually apologetic In the end nothing was done (she said shed send the delivery guy back 25mins ago but he's not here). To be honest, I never planned to review them bc they were just average / run of the mill but their lack of customer service prompted me to yelp. Just order dominos. It's easier, cheaper, promises to be hot, and pretty much as good as here (although the goat cheese here is better) read more

I don't get all the hype for this place. It was good pizza, but not great. The crust is neither thin and crispy, nor thick and chewy. They go very light on the tomato sauce, even when I ordered extra. The ceasar salad was kinda disappointing--the romaine was mostly the thick white part of the leaf, not the curly green end. The ceasar dressing was terrible--a very heavy olive oil taste to it that left an oil slick on the plate. It's better than chain pizza, for sure, but it can't touch Andiamo's. read more

Pieducks. The best pizza that I've ever had! Great name. The store is beautiful, you must go and check it out for yourself. The brick oven is a sculpture! it is a huge tower in the center of the store, and all the action surrounds it. The pizza comes out sizzling, and the aroma is fantastic. I've tried the "Ole Pie": kalamata olives, hearts of artichoke, cream goat cheese, fresh organic chives and all sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil, just delicious! I learned that their dough is prepared daily in house using bottled Spring water. I loved it! read more

I ate here for the first time today and I LOVED it. I had the Deep Forest Pie (fresh organic spinach, onions, mushrooms, garlic and green bell peppers with mozzarella and romana cheeses). Absolutely terrible customer service! I placed an order online like I have done on numerous occasions. After more than one hour of receiving no answer, I called to inquire about my order. The snarky girl who answered the phone told me that the driver could not find the address and claimed my phone number was wrong so no one bothered to try to contact me. Not only have they delivered to this address dozens of times, they have my phone number in the system and they have my email address. After I called to complain, the driver somehow magically found the address with no explanation given. Product is poor and customer service is downright offensive. read more

I have only ever ordered delivery pizza from them. Every single time I have ordered, the middle/center of the pizza arrives completely soggy. The last time I ordered, I even asked for extra crispy crust! (trying to combat the sogginess situation) They may be good in person, but for delivery, it is awful. I'd also like to mention that I live 2 blocks from the place, and neither time were there any delays in arrival (last time arrived in about 30 min!) Pizza arrived in the 45 min time frame expected for delivery. I like the online order process with credit card. Pizza is very good. It is a little salty as some other reviews mention, but when you are dealing with cheese and bacon that should be expected. The crust is good. I ordered the half Roni and D Bacon. I love the D Bacon.
