They were both very courteous and helpful - answered all the questions I had about the different types of earrings, lobe piercing & cartilege piercings. One of the reasons I picked this place was because they had numbing cream available! They applied numbing cream on my daughter and as we waited, I was inspired to also get a cartilage piercing for myself.
