I got my septum pierced by Adrian. I felt nothing! I loved the fact that he didn't give me a moment to fret or stress. There was no pep talk. He said lie down, I closed my eyes, and 3 seconds later I was pierced. I asked "you're done?!" I asked about after care and he said wash with salt water. Didn't try to sell me anything. He said you can change the jewelry in 3 months, I paid and left. I felt like he was rushing me out, haha. I honestly appreciate the way he went about it the way he did, because he didn't give me a chance to freak out. It's obvious he's been doing this for a long time. Gracias Adrian. read more

I walked in, asked for a nostril piercing and got it! $70 with good jewelry and a piercing that never had any healing issues. I got pierced in october and since then i've had absolutely no issues just drip!! My sister recommended this place since she's gotten multiple works from them, and my best friend got her navel pierced the next day! highly recommend Also super fun looking in there, loved the decor! read more

Im sad to make this review but its a long time coming. I've actually been pierced here, and can at least say the piercings situation here is top notch. now tattooing? I called for a walk in. I was told "we have openings today get here fast it's first come first serve, we always accept walkins." I'd like to add I'm covered in ink, I know walkins are never a guarantee. but I was told YES 30 min wait! so I wait the 30 mins, then the tattoo artist takes a person who's name wasn't on the list, I wrote my name down. then the new person who's name was never written then had a girlfriend come in and I guess she wanted a tattoo as well? so this all happens right in front of me, then I'm told, "sorry I had already chatted with this guy and he has his girl who wants to be added to the list too so no I can't tattoo you" unprofessional to say the least. if you can't keep your books organized, stop taking walkins. read more

I went on Saturday morning 10/5/25. I came as a minor for a nostril piercing. The place was very clean and I loved the Halloween decor. My little brother was very entertained by the games in the lobby. I was very happy with my piercing and rate the pain a 3/10 . Wish I knew which piercer it was, so I can request him next time. I came in with my bf yesterday to get his septum pierced and honestly Adrian did a bad job by not giving him a heads up it literally got stuck once he sticked the needle in and was so rough with it.I got my septum pierced at a another location and they've done a way better job than Adrian.My bf could've honestly fainted and he didn't even pierce it right it's literally crooked I don't recommend coming here. read more

I came back to get a small meaningful tattoo.. I called day of and they took me right away on a Friday night. It was quiet, a few ppl getting work done, very professional atmosphere. I showed the Travis, the artist, a pic of what I wanted and described what I did not want in the pic. He designed, I approved. Finished product was way better than I expected!! He was speedy! Do not come here for piercings. Just like many of the other reviews, I was not given options for jewelry, my flat was pierced at a bad angle (this was confirmed by another piercer), and the jewelry used for my flat was the wrong kind of earring (also cheap material). It's been months and I am constantly getting bumps and now have to get it professionally taken out because it won't unscrew. read more

I walked in to get my lip pierced and this was the result! Vertical labret I love it! My piercer was Kholay. He was super clean and gentle. He marked the spot where my piercing was going to go and then double checked with me. He's very soft spoken too! I know I'm coming back to get more piercing done. They have a saltwater aquarium and old school arcade machines which made the wait go my quick. read more

Ok. This is a tough review because, technically, it's not a review for Players Ink, because there are individual artists working in the establishment. First, I will say that the store is big, open and very clean. Also, I should mention that I've spent over $1k at Players Ink in the past 6 months, bringing them 5 new customers and continue to recommend it to others who ask. However, I've just experienced one of the worst service failures in any customer oriented environment ever. Rafael, who, by the way, is an awesome artist, has done work on 2 of my nieces, my sister and myself. So, I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out for my nephews tattoo and dropped off the sketch for some work the night before the appointment. We arrived for the appointment, and was told he was running 30 minutes behind schedule. 2 hours later from our scheduled appointment time, still no update from Rafael, I see him grab his car keys and say that he's leaving. Then, he catches sight of us waiting, goes back to his buds and appears 10 minutes later to tell us that he has to leave and that Ali will be doing the tattoo. So, okay, Ali is awesome, she did my tattoo the day before and I love it. But, no work had been done on the sketch and given it's a 3 hours job, there was no way that we could stay. So, we scheduled the next day with Ali. Upon arrival, she had the artwork complete and was ready to go. She did an AMAZING job on his tattoo and I was grateful for her diligence and professionalism. In summary, I would not recommend Rafael given his lack of care for the customer (yes, even those who have patronized him many times). However, Ali is the bomb and if you are thinking about Players Ink for your next tattoo or piercing, call Ali. Trust me, read the other reviews and you'll see similiar comments with respect to lack of service, but again, this is related to individuals, not the entire establishment. THANK YOU PLAYERS INK! I had a great experience getting my nose stud switched to a hoop today. Everything was clean, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I walked in and only waited about 10 minutes, which was really convenient. It was my first time at this shop, and I was a little nervous since I've never switched a piercing myself before, but I'm really glad I came in to have it done professionally. The piercer (I unfortunately didn't catch his name) took a look at my nose stud and helped me choose the perfect hoop. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely painless. I was in and out in under 20 minutes! Overall, I had a smooth and comfortable experience, and I really appreciate how efficient and kind everyone was. THIS is the place to go. I just did a review on another studio where i got my lip pierced AND they screwed it up... I SHOULD HAVE GONE HERE TO PLAYERS! THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER! My mother went here to get a tattoo extention here at Players by Andre, Elizabeth helped me take my lip ring out, and was basically like "why was it done off center?" Players IS the place to go. Everyone there is SO personable and nice. As I said my mother got a tattoo extention there. the first part to the tattoo she got at Players, when Andre was extending on her tattoo, he touched up his original work! WOULD ANY OTHER PLACE DO THAT?!?!?! and in all the whole tattoo cost $60!!! Players may be a little on the pricy side... I seriously can't recommend Players Ink enough! Adrian has been doing my piercings for a couple of years now, and I genuinely wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Every single time we come in, he remembers us from our last visit, which makes the experience feel so welcoming and personal. He's always friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We met Daniel, the apprentice, today, and he was also really friendly and helpful. After reading the awesome reviews for Andre at Player's Ink, my friend and I decided to have him do our tattoos today. I'm happy to report that Andre is just as awesome as everyone says he is. Andre is an extremely friendly guy with loads of patience. He is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you get exactly what you want. He's a gifted artist and I couldn't be happier with the work he did for me today. I wanted a cross on my back but something unique. I gave him a necklace which I love and asked him if he could replicate the shape which he did with total accuracy. The most amazing part about it is that Andre colored it to look like it was made of stained glass. It's beautiful!! I'll be sending all of my friends and family to him. read more

Players is one of the best around. If you bring in an idea, and have a general idea that MIGHT NOT look too good, the artist will tell you. At least thats what Ally did with me (I believe that was her name). She helped me out a lot. Thinking of the idea I had in mind before she started, the colour would have not looked the same... Adrian is the one whom I trust to do my piercings, he even changes them. So if you have a piercing that you dont trust yourself to change, go here. Last Friday evening I went to Players Ink to get my nostril pierced, based on a recommendation from my daughter. I called twice before I went, to get information about the piercing. Amanda took both my calls, and was very informative and helpful, and very sweet. When I showed up, Amanda was there, but Adrian did the piercing, as Amanda is still learning. Adrian was friendly, skilled and efficient. The piercing was quick and easy. Players has a large space, and is clean and tidy. I went to House of Pain in Santa Clara originally to get the first part of my Tattoo, I was not HAPPY with the work, but content. It was what I wanted, but getting the second spot of work done at Players I was MUCH more satisfied. Even the artist who did my work Ally said this was not that good of work that the guy at House of Pain did. I have gotten all my piercings except one done here, and I regret that. So I don't go here for tattoos(cuz i don't have any yet) but I do get my peicings done here. I have to say I love Adrian. He makes me feel comfortable and I have never had a problem with any of my peircings. I have had my lip and septum done by him and I will go back to get more. My girlfriend has also got her septum as well as her antieyebrow. Again she never had a problem and she loved them. I love it here and I would recomend to anyone get their first or 10th peircing. I had such a good experience at Players Ink getting my tongue pierced! Daniel and Adrian were both super nice, welcoming, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Had an appointment a few days ago that had been booked for a few weeks. It was so hot and unbearable in there that I had to reschedule my session because the A/C was broken. I took time off and changed plans around for this appointment and then couldn't even get my session done because it was too damn hot in there. I can't believe they would make clients suffer like that. Its summer, it's hot. Fix the damn air conditioning. I definitely will not be back until it cools down read more

This place is great! My tattoo Artist was Josh, he was extremely friendly and did exactly what I asked for, even more! I got something done on my side and as others know side tattoos hurt (all tattoos hurt) but josh made the whole process easy and fun. He put on a funny movie and he talked to me and my friends, we were laughing so much I had to make sure to not move for my tattoo. The end result is exactly what I wanted, I love looking at it! Andre is DaVinci reincarnated. When i first met him, he fixed a jacked up tattoo I had gotten somewhere else. I've had 2 more pieces done by him since then. I'm done getting inked, I have a conservative job and these three hidden ones are enough, but I do recomend him to eveyone I know. I got my 1st tattoo here it must have been about 15 years ago! The gentleman that did it took the time to design it from a figurine I brought in of a mouse on an innertube. I met him when I was working at a tow company in San Jose and he came to pick up his motorcycle. After talking with the piercer/tattoo artist and realizing her name was Sabrina I realized this was the person that used to work at a previous shop that had worked on me before and permanently damaged my friend and I, and ended up in the hospital with staph infections. I am still so scarred from the trauma that Sabrina caused me to endure and the hospital bills and pain I suffered. If I remember correctly I came in on 8/1/25 and Nhi took care of getting me the paperwork to fill out and did the actual piercing. Before we even did it she asked me about where I wanted it and was very patient with me in making sure it was exactly where I wanted it. It took a couple of tries but I got it to where I want it. Nhi did an amazing job! I barely felt anything and the piercing came out great! I spoke to Trung after about possibly getting another tattoo finished/touched up so in time I'll make another appointment for that. Also, the shop is pretty small so I don't recommend bringing lots of friends. Overall I met Nhi and Trung and they're very chill and will work with you on getting what you want. Highly recommend this shop for all your tattoo/ piercing needs!

He has a steady hand and is an artist that is Incredibly talented, like It's unbelievable the amount of skill he has. He turns a blank canvas into literal art. I love the way my arm sleeve is coming out , the color on it is phenomenal, I get so many compliments on it. Truly blessed to have him in California.
