I got my septum pierced by Adrian. I felt nothing! I loved the fact that he didn't give me a moment to fret or stress. There was no pep talk. He said lie down, I closed my eyes, and 3 seconds later I was pierced. I asked "you're done?!" I asked about after care and he said wash with salt water. Didn't try to sell me anything. Im sad to make this review but its a long time coming. I've actually been pierced here, and can at least say the piercings situation here is top notch. now tattooing? I called for a walk in. I was told "we have openings today get here fast it's first come first serve, we always accept walkins." I'd like to add I'm covered in ink, I know walkins are never a guarantee. but I was told YES 30 min wait! so I wait the 30 mins, then the tattoo artist takes a person who's name wasn't on the list, I wrote my name down. then the new person who's name was never written then had a girlfriend come in and I guess she wanted a tattoo as well? so this all happens right in front of me, then I'm told, "sorry I had already chatted with this guy and he has his girl who wants to be added to the list too so no I can't tattoo you" unprofessional to say the least. if you can't keep your books organized, stop taking walkins. read more

I went on Saturday morning 10/5/25. I came as a minor for a nostril piercing. The place was very clean and I loved the Halloween decor. Just like many of the other reviews, I was not given options for jewelry, my flat was pierced at a bad angle (this was confirmed by another piercer), and the jewelry used for my flat was the wrong kind of earring (also cheap material). Update on my earlobe double piercing: When you get double piercings, they typically use a smaller gem... but my ear tried eating the gem a month after I got the piercing! In no way I think it is Players Ink's fault! I just wanted to warn everyone who wants double piercings. Either ask for a big gem, or constantly check if your gems are still visible. Happened to both ears for me. I quickly noticed the 1st time & got it out while driving, but the 2nd time I needed my sister to re-pierce my skin with a needle because my ears were closing in! read more

Cannot rave enough about Players Ink - they are EXCEPTIONAL in this industry. Would recommend these guys to anyone & everyone for piercings! Not only are they skilled, but more importantly I would argue, they truly CARE. I had gotten a nose piercing from them a year ago which wasn't healing as perfectly as I would've liked because I have sensitive skin. I came in asking to change out my nose pin, but I LOVED that they examined it closely, then told me it's not time yet, and that I should take care of it with a specific routine they recommended and then come back once it's completely healed. His routine worked wonders, and it's perfectly healed now with a new pin they happily put in for me afterwards! I just went back today with a cartilage piercing I got done a month ago out-of-state with some friends, and got pretty nastily infected. For context, I have 6 piercings on each of my ear, so I'm pretty experienced when it comes to piercings. This time though, my ear swelled up so much that it was bloody, filled with pus, and you couldn't even see the earring inside all that swelling! I didn't even get the piercing done at this studio (I learned my lesson to ONLY come here from now on), and Rafael took me in immediately to check it out. He was instantly concerned at how bad it looked, and although it was immensely painful to get it taken out, he did it very quickly & expertly, and barely charged me a few bucks to get it done. I really, really appreciated how kind & empathetic these folks are, especially when their customers are in pain. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I had my piercings done by Adrian as a walk in and I was so scared for cartilage piercings but they surprisingly hurt way less than my second lobe piercings! I also appreciated that Adrian was very transparent with the process and let me know how much was realistically possible given my ear's anatomy. Reasonable pricing, not the most sterile technique but with topical antibiotic ointments and saline sprays I had minimal issues (I normally have very sensitive and easily infected skin to begin with).
