I was so nervous initially because of the lengthy instructions, higher pricing and negative reviews but I'm SO GLAD I took my baby here for her first piercing! The studio is SUPER clean, which is music to an anxious mama's ears. Everything is tidy and all seats are covered in plastics so you know that there as less chances of infections -- crossing all fingers! Angel is super direct, thoroughly and instructive -- which really helps when you have a small baby and is overall anxious about what to do during and after the piercing. Someone said "Reading the instructions over and over helped her prepare and know what to expect" and I wholeheartedly agree. I believe this also helps makes the process as smooth as possible for yourself and for Angel when the time comes. The process goes as such: Park, text and sit in your car & wait for Angel to come out. There, you'll be able to select your earrings and Angel can even make recommendations based on your baby's ears and loops. She'll welcome you inside, and this is when pre-reading the instructions help because she has very specific areas for parents to stand and be seated, etc. I knew exactly what to do as the cheerleading parent while my husband did the hard part of holding our baby while she gets her piercings. Everything was done within 10-15 mins most form start to finish. Highly recommend. We made the drive from SF today for our 3 month old. Angel and her team were incredibly friendly, helpful and everything was clean and sterile. We ended up choosing different earrings because they explained ear sizes and the positives and negatives to all the options. We didn't feel rushed and are happy with the earrings we ended up with. The actual piercing was pretty quick, they maxed markings for where the earring should go, we discussed it and then 30 seconds later we are free to hold and walk around with our baby.
