Unfortunately she told us we had to allow them to close because it was getting infected. Not wanting this to happen with our 15 month old, we picked titanium earrings with a backing that clasps in the earring itself .. it's flat on the back and does not come out. It worked out for a few months but the earring actually did come out for whatever reason. I came back and she replaced the earring without cost. Piercing Vegas is so professional and I believe they have the highest standards in education and customer service.

At that point, I was already feeling uncomfortable about moving forward. A blonde woman with short hair (unfortunately she was not wearing a name tag) performed the piercing. She was polite but very direct and businesslike, which in itself is fine; however, my daughter was visibly nervous and could have used a bit more reassurance. There were some difficulties getting the placement even, which extended the appointment and added to the feeling that things were rushed. When my daughter mentioned discomfort from the clamp, she was told something along the lines of "beauty is pain," which didn't feel appropriate given her age and anxiety. We purchased the recommended aftercare spray and followed all instructions carefully. The ear that had caused her the most discomfort developed significant bruising that turned into a blood blister and ultimately had to be lanced. While the piercing itself healed properly, the bruising was concerning. We later returned for a follow-up after seeing online that this was available. We explained what had happened and were simply looking for reassurance that this type of bruising can occur. The same staff member who performed the piercing spoke with us and was dismissive, responding with, "I'm not a dermatologist," rather than offering general feedback or acknowledgment. We were not seeking a medical diagnosis -- just some guidance and basic customer care. Overall, the experience felt rushed and lacking in the level of attentiveness and customer service you would expect, particularly when working with children. Based on our experience, we would not return and would instead recommend seeking out a local piercing studio that prioritizes both technical skill and a supportive customer experience.

The only variable I didn't define if the font. I assumed the tattoo artist would know best what would work. For some reason, they wanted me to provide artwork. I get it, you do a lot of work and everybody wants something different, but I just wanted a name and date, since the size was specified, the only thing left to debate was the type style. For some reason, they couldn't or wouldn't quote me, I was told that there was a good chance it would be the shop minimum, but they couldn't confirm and with it being 110 degrees, I didn't want to be shuffling up and down the strip when any competent shop should have been able to quote me in advance. That did in fact happen here, and when the people at Illuminati were clear and told me they would present me with font choice that didn't elevate their quote, I ended up using them. I have no idea how much money flows through Vegas, but when people come here, they come to spend. Pardon me if I like to know in advance what I'm spending. So unless Yelp has changed their policy that a review is a unique experience, I trust that this detailed account of Revolt satisfies the terms and conditions I agreed to. He assured me that the wait wasn't long and if I was already on the way, he'd wait for me. The shop itself is clean, and after completing a waiver, I worked with Jason. We discussed a few different piercings and I ultimately ended up getting my nose repierced, plus a helix and conch in my ear. Jason was quiet and put me at ease, and the piercing experience itself was quick and fairly painless. Everything has healed well, and I am keeping them in mind for future piercings despite being clear across town from me.
